NeuroMarketing
AI marketing automation product from Malta's Neural AI, part of the NeuroStack suite. It generates campaign content, segments audiences, orchestrates email, social and ad campaigns from one interface, and reports performance. Delivered as a custom engagement, priced on quotation.
What is NeuroMarketing?
NeuroMarketing is one of the 21 products in NeuroStack, the modular AI platform built by Neural AI Ltd, an artificial intelligence company based at the Malta Life Sciences Park in San Gwann. The vendor describes it as AI-powered social media and email marketing integrations that automate campaign creation, audience targeting and performance optimization, and offers it either on its own or as part of a larger custom build.
Four capabilities are documented. Intelligent Campaign Creation generates email copy, social posts and ad variations tailored to each audience segment, with predictive A/B testing that ranks creative approaches before a campaign launches rather than after budget has been spent. Audience Intelligence builds detailed profiles and segments from customer behaviour, purchase history, engagement patterns and demographic data, and uses them to decide not only who receives a message but what it contains, when it arrives and through which channel. Cross-Platform Orchestration runs email, social and advertising campaigns from a single interface while adapting each message to the format of its platform. Performance Analytics and AI Insights consolidates opens, clicks, conversions, ROI and engagement into one dashboard and generates the periodic reports that marketing teams would otherwise assemble by hand.
The product leans on its siblings in the suite: NeuroIntelligence for messaging, NeuroImageGen for visual assets, NeuroCRM for the customer data behind segmentation, NeuroSummarisation for reporting and NeuroMaltese for bilingual Maltese and English campaigns. Neural AI distinguishes it from NeuroOutreach, which handles one-to-one sales prospecting.
It is important to understand how it is bought. There is no sign-up, no login, no free trial and no published price. Every call to action leads to a free 30-minute consultation, after which Neural AI scopes and builds the automation around the client's existing stack, promising deployment in weeks rather than months. Two deployments are documented by name: a Marketing Outreach campaign system delivered to a marketing agency in February 2025, and a Hotel Contact Finder project for the hospitality sector.

When to use NeuroMarketing / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if NeuroMarketing is the right fit.
When to use NeuroMarketing
- Small marketing teams running email, social and paid campaigns at once without the budget to hire for each channel
- E-commerce managers facing bulk content work, such as writing SEO-optimised descriptions for thousands of product listings
- Content and media operations publishing at a high cadence and losing hours to formatting, tagging and social repurposing
- Malta-based and European organisations that need campaign content produced in both Maltese and English
- Retail, hospitality and real-estate businesses, the three sectors for which the vendor documents a specific marketing use rather than boilerplate
When not to use NeuroMarketing
- Anyone wanting to sign up and start today: there is no self-service account, no login and no trial, only a booked consultation
- Buyers who need a published price before engaging, since no rate card, plan or starting price exists anywhere on the site
- Developers looking to call the product programmatically: it exposes no API and publishes no technical documentation
- Teams needing mobile or offline access, as no iOS, Android, desktop or browser-extension version exists
- Organisations whose procurement requires signed terms of service and a data processing agreement before any pilot, as neither is published
How to use NeuroMarketing
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Understand first that there is no self-service sign-up: the entry point is a booked consultation or the contact form
- Book the free 30-minute session through the Calendly widget on the consultation page, or send the contact form and expect a reply within one business day
- Work through a marketing operations audit in which Neural AI documents your current content process, campaign workflows, tool stack and reporting
- Capture your brand voice, messaging framework and approval process in a form that can steer AI generation, since this determines output quality
- Let the team map and integrate your marketing stack: CMS, email platform, social scheduler, CRM, advertising platforms and analytics
- Have NeuroIntelligence analyse your customer data to build the audience segments that drive content and channel choices
- Review the content generation pipelines once built, configured with your guidelines, publishing schedule and approval steps
- Approve the campaign automation rules: trigger conditions, segmentation logic, content selection, channel sequencing and optimisation thresholds
- Train your marketing team to run the automation and agree the governance for content approval
- Monitor the unified dashboard and let the team retune models on performance data over time
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Genuinely multi-channel: email, social, advertising and reporting are handled by one arrangement rather than four disconnected tools
- Named integrations rather than vague claims, including Mailchimp, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Buffer, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Human review is explicitly kept in the loop; the vendor states outright that this is not fully unattended publication
- Maltese and English generation is a rare capability, grounded in the technical director's doctoral work on low-resource language NLP
- The delivery team is identifiable: two named directors with public profiles and a stated 15 further engineers
- Two deployments are documented by name, one with a claimed reduction of manual marketing effort of over 70 percent
- Neural AI prepares Maltese and EU grant applications as part of the engagement, which can materially change the net cost for an SME
Cons
- No public pricing at all: four probable pricing paths return the site's 404 page and the 460-URL sitemap contains none
- No self-service whatsoever, so no way to evaluate the product without first booking a sales conversation
- No terms and conditions exist; /terms redirects to the privacy policy, leaving service commitments and ownership of generated content unaddressed
- No data processing agreement is published or offered, and no documented way to exclude your data from model training
- No product API and no technical documentation, which rules out embedding it in your own systems
- Of the 17 industries shown on the product page, 14 carry an identical boilerplate line; only retail, hospitality and real estate get specific content
- Headline figures such as a claimed 30 to 50 percent improvement in campaign metrics cannot be verified outside the vendor's own site
Pricing & Plans
No pricing is published. Neural AI does not disclose a free plan, a starting price, a currency or a billing unit for NeuroMarketing, and no pricing page exists on the site: four likely pricing paths were probed and each returned the site's standard error page, while the 460-URL sitemap contains no rate card. Commercial terms are established by quotation following a consultation. Two items are offered at no charge, both pre-sales rather than product access: a 30-minute consultation with the engineering team, carrying no obligation, and an AI Readiness Audit of 18 questions described as free for all Maltese businesses with no credit card required. Prospective buyers should expect a scoped proposal rather than a subscription.
Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how NeuroMarketing handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR implementation is concrete on the website side. The privacy policy, effective 2 May 2026, names Malta and the GDPR as its jurisdiction and cites both the Regulation and Malta's Data Protection Act (Chapter 586). It sets out four legal bases by article, 6(1)(b), 6(1)(f), 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(a), enumerates seven data-subject rights, promises a response within 30 days at privacy@neuralai.mt, and names the Maltese Information and Data Protection Commissioner as the supervisory authority. Transfers outside the EEA to Calendly and Cloudflare are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. No DPO and no Article 27 representative are designated, and none is required for a Malta-established controller. Two gaps matter: no data processing agreement is offered, and the cookie policy states that no advertising pixels are used while the same page's consent widget offers Google Analytics and Meta Pixel categories.
Who owns the data?
No answer can be sourced, because the site publishes no terms and conditions at all: the /terms and /terms-of-service paths simply redirect to the privacy policy. The only legal documents are a privacy policy and a cookie policy, both dated 2 May 2026, and both cover the marketing website alone. Neural AI Ltd is named as data controller for website data and states that it does not sell, rent or trade personal data for marketing purposes. Nothing addresses ownership of the campaign content the tool generates, of the customer records it processes, or of the tuned models built from a client's brand guidelines. That silence should be resolved contractually before any engagement.
Reuse rights
The site gives no reusable answer, because it has no terms and conditions in which reuse rights would normally be granted. The privacy policy limits itself to website processing and lists its purposes: answering enquiries, delivering a service engagement, scheduling meetings through Calendly, improving the site with anonymised analytics, and meeting legal obligations. It cites its legal bases by article, including contractual necessity under Article 6(1)(b) and legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). On the product side, Neural AI states that content is generated, then reviewed by the client's own team and published, and that models are retrained on performance data over time. No licence, assignment or reuse clause is published, so whether a client may freely reuse generated assets is a matter for the individual contract rather than something the public documentation settles.

Hosting summary
The published hosting information describes the marketing website only. Neural AI states that the site is served over HTTPS and hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. The privacy policy's third-party table gives a location for each processor: Calendly Inc. in the USA and Cloudflare Inc., listed for website hosting and CDN, also in the USA, both covered by Standard Contractual Clauses, with an unnamed email provider in the EU or EEA. Transfers outside the EEA are said to carry appropriate safeguards. The controller is established in Malta, so the supervisory authority is the Maltese Information and Data Protection Commissioner. Two caveats matter. The resolved server address is a Cloudflare anycast node, so its apparent United States location identifies a content delivery point rather than a data residency. More importantly, nothing at all is published about where data is hosted in an actual NeuroStack deployment, which is the question a prospective client needs answered.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting NeuroMarketing.
- Content generated at volume can quietly flatten a brand's voice; the vendor keeps review steps in the workflow, but the discipline to use them falls on your team
- Audience profiling draws on behaviour, purchase history and demographics, and no published document explains how that data is handled inside a client deployment
- No data processing agreement is offered, yet a GDPR-accountable business would be entrusting customer data to a processor
- No documented way to exclude your data from model training, while the vendor states that models are retrained on performance data over time
- With no terms and conditions, there is no published service commitment, no ownership clause for generated content and no limitation of liability
- Automating campaign production concentrates operational knowledge in a supplier of 17 people, which is a real continuity risk for a core marketing function
- Claimed performance gains of 30 to 50 percent are unverifiable outside the vendor's site and should not be read as a commitment
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Nothing is installed by the customer: Neural AI implements the whole arrangement across a seven-step process, from a marketing operations audit through to continuous optimisation, and quotes deployment in weeks rather than months. No development skills are required and there is no API to integrate against. The real effort is organisational rather than technical. You must connect an existing stack, CMS, email platform, social scheduler, CRM, ad platforms and analytics, with data clean enough to drive personalisation, and you must formalise brand voice, messaging framework and approval routes before generation can be trusted. Team training and governance are included.

Should you pick NeuroMarketing?
NeuroMarketing is a real, documented product rather than a page of marketing claims. It sits inside a 21-product suite, its four capabilities are described in concrete terms, its integrations are named, and two client deployments are identified with dates and outcomes. The proposition is coherent: automate the production and coordination that consumes a marketing team's hours, keep human review before publication, and consolidate performance data that would otherwise sit in five disconnected platforms. The bilingual Maltese and English capability is unusual and rests on genuine research credentials.
The reservations are equally concrete. Commercially, the product is opaque: no price, no plan, no trial and no way to evaluate it without a sales conversation. Legally, the gaps are more serious than the pricing. The site publishes no terms and conditions at all, so nothing settles who owns generated content or what service is committed to; no data processing agreement is offered, which will stop many procurement processes outright; and the privacy policy covers only the marketing website, saying nothing about data handled in a client deployment, even though the product processes customer behaviour and purchase history. The cookie policy also contradicts itself, declaring that no advertising pixels are used while the same page's consent widget offers a Meta Pixel category.
This suits an organisation, most naturally in Malta or elsewhere in Europe, that is comfortable buying a bespoke engagement from a 17-person specialist team and willing to negotiate the contractual terms that the public documentation leaves open. It suits far less anyone who needs to compare prices, run a trial, or clear a vendor through a compliance review on published documents alone.
