11Sight
11Sight runs AI voice agents for car dealerships and hospitality groups, answering inbound calls around the clock, booking or rescheduling service appointments in under 90 seconds, and handing complex calls to staff with full conversation context.
What is 11Sight?
11Sight is a voice AI platform that the company describes as workforce augmentation, aimed squarely at two verticals: automotive retail and hospitality. Rather than a single general-purpose assistant, it ships four customer-facing agents plus one internal supervisor. The Service Agent greets callers by name, gathers the details a service department needs, and books, cancels or reschedules workshop appointments. The Frontdesk Agent handles routine enquiries such as opening hours and location, forwards calls to a person, a department or another AI agent, and takes messages when nobody is free. The Sales Agent meets website visitors first, answers inventory questions, suggests alternatives and passes qualified leads to the sales team with the chat transcript attached. The Outbound Agent calls customers proactively with appointment reminders, recall notices and service alerts. Above all four sits the Sentinel Agent, which reviews every conversation continuously so the system, in the company's words, becomes self-improving.
The escalation model is the pivot of the product. 11Sight says its agents handle 76% of calls and route the remaining 24% to a human, carrying the conversation context and meeting goals across through a patented call routing system. The company reports three US patents with a fourth pending. Buyers keep their existing telephony: the platform overlays Twilio, RingCentral, Cisco, GOTO, Intermedia or Genesys, and writes back into CRM and dealer management systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, CDK Global, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack and Tekion. The underlying model is a customer choice between OpenAI, Gemini Vertex and Claude AI, and six named synthetic voices are offered.
The company's own figures, none independently audited, claim 1,400+ dealerships served, roughly $2M in added revenue per dealer per year, 28% more appointments booked, and service bookings completed in under 90 seconds. 11Sight grew out of an earlier inbound video calling product, the e-line and e-room platform, which is still sold and still carries the only published pricing. Founded by Aleks Gollu and Farokh Eskafi, the company is remote-first and an alumnus of the 2021 Alchemist Accelerator.

When to use 11Sight / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if 11Sight is the right fit.
When to use 11Sight
- Dealership service departments that lose repair orders to unanswered or queued phone calls
- Service advisors and BDC teams drowning in booking, rescheduling and status-check calls
- Multi-rooftop dealer groups wanting one AI front line with consistent metrics across stores
- Hotels and hospitality operators covering front-desk enquiries and check-in support after hours
- Contact centres that want an AI first tier which escalates to a named advisor with context
When not to use 11Sight
- Buyers outside automotive and hospitality, the only two verticals the site documents
- Teams that need a published price before talking to sales, since the AI agents are quote-only
- Developers looking for a self-serve API, as no public API documentation exists
- Organisations requiring evidence of SOC 2 or ISO 27001, which the site never claims
- Companies needing a documented opt-out from AI model training or a published subprocessor list
How to use 11Sight
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Try the live voice demo from the website, or dial the published demo line on (361) 880-1275
- Run the Dealer Value Calculator with your call volume, advisor hourly cost, repair order count and show rate
- Fill in the contact form, choosing a reason such as Sales or Partnership and your region
- Book a meeting with the sales team through the scheduling link to scope agents and pricing
- Pick the agents you need among Service, Frontdesk, Sales and Outbound
- Choose one of the six synthetic voices for your brand
- Connect your existing telephony, keeping your numbers, routing rules and carrier contracts
- Connect your CRM and DMS so calls, transcripts and appointments write back automatically
- Define the forwarding rules that decide which advisors ring when the AI escalates
- Go live, typically within days according to the FAQ, with onboarding support and no code to write
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Genuinely vertical: dealer management system integrations that generalist voice AI tools do not carry
- Keeps existing telephony intact, with no change of numbers, routing rules or carrier contracts
- Escalation hands over transcripts and meeting goals rather than dumping a cold transfer on an advisor
- The Sentinel quality agent reviewing every call is uncommon in this segment
- Model choice is left to the customer across three major LLM providers
- Long track record for the category: the domain has been live since 2016 and three US patents are claimed
- Explicit migration support for dealerships leaving Toma or unhappy with Pam.ai, Stella Automotive, Mia and Numa
Cons
- No public pricing for the AI agents themselves, which are gated behind 'contact us for pricing'
- The pricing page contradicts itself, showing Starter at both $60 and $30 per seat per month
- That pricing page describes the legacy e-line and e-room platform, not the AI agents the site sells
- Privacy policy dates from December 2021 and terms from May 2018, both predating the AI products
- No security certification is published, neither SOC 2 nor ISO 27001, and no subprocessor list exists
- No documented way to exclude your data from AI model training
- Minimum age is inconsistent: 18 in the privacy policy, 13 in the terms of service
Pricing & Plans
A free Freemium tier is described on the pricing page: a single-user account with a free e-line address and unlimited inbound browser or mobile video calls. The cheapest paid entry point is the Starter plan at USD 60 per seat per month billed monthly, or USD 576 per seat per year with the 20% annual discount. Premium follows at USD 100 per seat per month, and Enterprise is quoted individually. A 14-day free trial is offered, cancellable at any time. Two caveats apply. First, the pricing page is internally inconsistent: smaller captions under the same plan cards quote USD 30 and USD 50 per seat per month. Second, these figures cover the e-line and e-room engagement platform; the AI voice agents that the rest of the site promotes carry no published price and are quoted on request.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how 11Sight handles your data.
GDPR overview
The privacy policy states plainly that 11Sight is compliant with the GDPR and positions the company as a data controller. It lists the full set of data subject rights: information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, and rights concerning automated decision-making and profiling. Erasure requests must be completed across all databases within a maximum of thirty days. Transfers outside the European Union are said to rely on data processing agreements maintaining an adequate mechanism. The CCPA is cited alongside the GDPR, with California 'Shine the Light' rights described separately. Two gaps are worth noting: no Article 27 EU representative is named anywhere, and no data protection officer is appointed, the contact being privacy@11sight.com addressed to a Privacy Officer. The policy itself dates from 31 December 2021, before the current AI agent products.
Who owns the data?
11Sight Inc, a US C-Corp, operates the service and controls the platform data. Under the privacy policy dated 31 December 2021, your organisation's administrator holds broad rights over member accounts: viewing call logs, changing or suspending passwords, and retaining account information. 11Sight may share data with resellers, distributors, value-added resellers and service providers acting on its behalf, and states it does not pass information to third parties for targeted advertising. Payment card details are never stored by 11Sight or its partners, but held by the licensed payment institution. Information may also be transferred wholesale in a merger, acquisition, divestiture or bankruptcy, and shared freely once aggregated and anonymised.
Reuse rights
Call logs, including images and video captured during a call, are placed in the member's own call history and remain available to that member and to the organisation's administrator. Some recipients can record a call; the caller is warned during the call and continued use counts as consent. Members choose whether their profile page appears in the 11Sight directory. Preference changes and data requests go through privacy@11sight.com, and a complete erasure request must be honoured across all databases within thirty days. Promotional emails can be unsubscribed from, service messages cannot. Nothing in the published terms grants or denies an explicit right to reuse AI output commercially, so that question is unresolved on the site.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
The privacy policy states that data sits on servers owned and operated either by 11Sight or by contracted suppliers and partners, primarily located in the United States, Canada and Turkey, and that the server footprint will expand to other countries as the service grows. 11Sight Inc is a US C-Corp and the terms of service are governed by the law of the State of California, with disputes heard in Alameda County. Transfers out of the European Union are said to rely on data processing agreements maintaining a GDPR-compliant mechanism, and the policy invokes both the CCPA and the GDPR as the applicable protections. A technical check of the domain resolves to 198.202.211.1, geolocated in the United States and announced by Cloudflare; this is an anycast CDN node and indicates nothing about where data is actually stored. No hosting or security certification is published anywhere on the site.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting 11Sight.
- Callers may not realise they are speaking to software: the site notes some customers never notice
- Calls are logged with images and video, and the organisation's administrator can read every call log
- That same administrator can change member passwords and suspend or terminate accounts
- Data is transferred and stored across the United States, Canada and Turkey, under differing legal protections
- The published privacy policy and terms predate the AI product, so what you agree to may not describe what actually happens
- Handing the phone front line to AI erodes the call-handling skills of the team that used to do it
- Automated outbound calling carries telemarketing compliance risk that falls on the customer, not the vendor
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low for the intended buyer. The FAQ describes a cloud-based, no-code deployment with most dealerships live within days, agents pre-trained on automotive workflows, and onboarding support for phone system and CRM integration. Existing telephony is kept rather than replaced, which removes the hardest part of most rollouts. The real work is configuration: choosing agents, picking a voice, and defining forwarding rules. Anything outside the 28 published integrations requires the vendor's engineering team to build custom webhooks and API connections, since no public API documentation exists.

Should you pick 11Sight?
11Sight is a vertical product, and that is its strongest argument. The dealer management system integrations, the patented routing that hands an advisor a call with its transcript and meeting goals, and the Sentinel agent scoring every conversation are things generalist voice AI vendors rarely carry. The company is not new to the problem either: the domain has been live since 2016, and the current agents are a deliberate pivot from an earlier inbound video calling platform rather than a first attempt.
The reservations are mostly about what the site does not say. Every performance figure — 76% of calls handled, 28% more appointments, $2M in added revenue per dealer, bookings in under 90 seconds — is self-reported, with no third-party audit published. The AI agents carry no public price at all, and the pricing page that does exist describes a different product and contradicts itself on the Starter rate. The legal documents lag the product badly: a privacy policy from December 2021 and terms from May 2018, still written around video calls, cannot reasonably describe how a 2026 voice AI stack handles recordings and transcripts. There is no published security certification, no subprocessor list, and no documented way to keep your conversations out of model training.
For a dealership group losing repair orders to unanswered phones, this is a serious candidate worth a demo, and the migration support for stores leaving competitors is a real signal of focus. Anyone with a procurement checklist, however, should expect to ask for the pricing, the certifications and an updated data processing agreement in writing, because none of the three is available on the website.
