Ad Suite AI
Ad Suite AI is a paid-media platform for small businesses, startups and agencies. Its AI builds, launches and optimizes Google, Meta, LinkedIn and ChatGPT campaigns from $100 a month, and a human team reviews every setup before it goes live.
What is Ad Suite AI?
Ad Suite AI is a web platform that runs the whole paid advertising cycle for companies that have no media buyer in-house. It is published by Ad Suite AI Inc., based at 2030 Bristol Circle in Oakville, Ontario, and the product itself lives at app.adsuiteai.com. The positioning is blunt: No More DIY. Everything DFY. — a middle path between an agency, which the pricing page puts at $500 to $2,000 a month, and the self-service consoles of the ad networks.
The work starts with a conversation. You describe your business, your goals and what you want to promote; the AI also reads your website. From there it runs keyword research and competitor analysis, produces a proposal deck with a plan, a roadmap and a recommended budget, then generates the creative — headlines, descriptions, images, video and carousels drawn from more than 80 ad formats. The About page splits the process into eight steps: capturing the need, research, proposal, asset development, tag and event setup, launch, analysis and adjustment.
Coverage spans Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Ads and ChatGPT Ads, with campaign objectives for lead generation, online sales, traffic, awareness and reach, product consideration and app promotion. Automation is only partial: Google and Meta campaigns are created and configured automatically, while LinkedIn and ChatGPT are set up by hand by the team.
What the company puts forward as its difference is the human check. Every setup and ad is reviewed by our team before anything goes live, says the homepage, under the tagline Smart Ads, AI Powered, Human Validated. Six differentiators are claimed: persona-based dynamic campaigns, real-time improvements, transparent optimizations with the reasoning behind each change, detailed audit trails, full reporting and a coach mode.
The scale is modest and openly stated: 20+ businesses, 95+ media plans, 145+ ads and 245+ campaigns, with three named five-star testimonials — EyeStyle Optical, Nooshin CPA and Tamaam Immigration. Five people are listed on the About page under playful job titles. The marketing site runs on WordPress; the application is a separate React app.

When to use Ad Suite AI / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Ad Suite AI is the right fit.
When to use Ad Suite AI
- Small and medium business owners with no marketing experience who still need Google and Meta campaigns running
- Startups and founders who want done-for-you paid media without paying agency rates
- Local service businesses in the ten sectors the site targets: optical, SaaS, health and wellness, home services, pet care, restaurants, education, professional services, local retail and D2C, events and hospitality
- Advertisers working with modest budgets, which the platform and its blog address head-on
- Small agencies and consultants who need a campaign briefed, built and launched in under 15 minutes
When not to use Ad Suite AI
- Developers and technical teams: there is no public API and no developer documentation anywhere on the site
- Advertisers whose priority is LinkedIn Ads or ChatGPT Ads, which the team still sets up by hand rather than automatically
- Anyone who wants to run campaigns from a phone: there is no iOS or Android app
- Buyers with a security or compliance checklist: no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification is published, and no DPA is offered
- Anyone who needs a long track record, or who is under 18: the domain dates from February 2025, claimed traction is 20+ businesses, 95+ media plans, 145+ ads and 245+ campaigns, and the terms set an 18 minimum
How to use Ad Suite AI
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create a free account on app.adsuiteai.com, signing in with Google or an email address
- Tell the AI chatbot, by text or by voice, what your business does, what your goals are and what you want to promote
- Let the AI read your website to fill in the gaps in the brief
- Go through the proposal deck: plan, roadmap and recommended budget, all of it editable
- Review the ads the AI generates from its 80+ formats; the team refines them, produces variants offline and folds in your feedback
- Swap or adjust the creative — images, headlines, videos, copy — or upload your own assets instead
- Approve the brief and the proposal; nothing is charged until you decide to launch
- Go live, at which point fees start at $100 a month with a minimum of 10% of your ad budget
- Follow results on the real-time dashboard and change campaigns whenever you want
- Take the performance review your plan includes: monthly on Starter, twice a month on Growth, weekly on Pro
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Entry price far below an agency: $100 a month against the $500 to $2,000 the pricing page attributes to traditional agencies
- No setup fees — account configuration, Google Tag Manager, conversion tags and the measurement dashboard are all included
- Every setup and every ad is reviewed by a person before it goes live; the AI does not publish on its own
- Nothing is paid before you approve the proposal: no upfront payment and no subscription fee until launch
- You keep control of the output — brief, proposal and creative are editable, need your approval, and you can upload your own assets
- Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and ChatGPT campaigns in one place, aimed explicitly at people with no marketing background, with a launch announced in under 15 minutes
- Optimizations are explained and audit trails are detailed, where the native ad platforms usually stay opaque, and a coach mode passes the reasoning back to you
Cons
- The $100 a month is a floor, not the price: the pricing page adds Minimum of 10% of Your Ad Budget, so the fee rises with your media spend
- Automation is partial — LinkedIn Ads and ChatGPT Ads are configured by hand by the team, at this time in the site's own words
- No API, no developer documentation and no mobile app
- No published security certification (no SOC 2, no ISO 27001), no DPA mentioned and no EU representative designated under Article 27
- Data is transferred to and processed in the United States even though the company is Canadian, and section 4 of the terms takes a worldwide royalty-free licence on any content you submit, which also becomes non-confidential
- No refund policy published in advance: refunds of Ad Suite AI fees, if any, are governed by whatever policy is stated at the time of purchase
- Company and product are very young (domain registered in February 2025), claimed traction is modest (20+ businesses), the three named testimonials are all five stars and unverifiable, and the pricing page never says which dollar it charges in
Pricing & Plans
An account can be opened at no charge: sign-up, the brief and the proposal cost nothing, and billing begins only when you decide to launch. The cheapest paid tier is Starter at USD 100 per month. That figure is a floor rather than a price, since every plan carries the note Minimum of 10% of Your Ad Budget — a monthly media budget of USD 5,000 therefore puts the fee at USD 500. Growth costs USD 150 per month and Pro USD 200 per month, on the same condition. No setup fee applies: account configuration, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking (tags and triggers) and the measurement dashboard are included. Advertising spend itself is billed directly by Google and Meta and does not pass through Ad Suite AI. Payment is handled by Stripe. Two caveats: the pricing page shows a bare dollar sign and never names the currency, and no time-limited free trial is offered.
- campaign setup on Google

- ad copy with headlines and descriptions
- continuous optimization
- a monthly performance review and email support
- everything in Starter
- plus a twice-monthly performance review and phone support

- a simple interface
- a central dashboard
- scalability

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Ad Suite AI handles your data.
GDPR overview
The privacy policy, dated 30 December 2025, carries a dedicated GDPR section. It sets out rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and withdrawal of consent, and states that you may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in the European Economic Area. The company may verify your identity before acting on a request. Everything goes through a single address, hello@adsuiteai.com. CalOPPA and CCPA sections sit alongside the GDPR one, the CCPA in force since 1 January 2020; the terms of service are dated 20 May 2026. Two gaps are worth noting: no EU representative is designated under Article 27, and no data protection officer is named. The policy also states plainly that data is transferred to and processed in the United States.
Who owns the data?
Ad Suite AI Inc. describes itself as the data controller for the information you provide. Section 4 of the terms is blunt about content: Any content you submit becomes non-confidential, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. The service's own materials — text, graphics, logos, software — stay the property of Ad Suite AI or its licensors under section 10. By supplying a business name or a website URL you also let the company display your name as a client, with removal available on request. Chatbot conversations are recorded and stored in full.
Reuse rights
The privacy policy lists the purposes: running the service, telling you about changes, customer support, analysis to improve the product, usage monitoring, incident detection, billing and collection, account and subscription notices, plus news and offers you can opt out of. The data collected covers email, name, phone, postal address, cookies, usage data and, with permission, location. On the platform itself: sign-in credentials (Google or email), your marketing brief, business contact details, a description of your activity and your target audience, campaign descriptions and profile data. Voice input is converted to text, processed by large language models and may be turned back into speech. Named service providers are Google Analytics, Cloudflare Analytics, Segment.io, Mixpanel, PostHog and Stripe. The company states it does not sell personal information for monetary gain and that it honours Do Not Track signals.

Hosting summary
The privacy policy commits to one point only: If you are located outside the United States and choose to share information with us, please note that we transfer and process the data, including Personal Data, in the United States. Nothing else is stated. No data centre, no hosting provider and no cloud region is named, there is no data residency guarantee and no mention of standard contractual clauses. The named service providers handling data are Google Analytics, Cloudflare Analytics, Segment.io, Mixpanel, PostHog and Stripe — a list the policy itself calls non-exhaustive. The application runs at app.adsuiteai.com and the marketing site on WordPress. The domain sits behind Cloudflare: the resolved address, 66.235.200.145, belongs to AS13335 Cloudflare Inc. and is anycast, which identifies a CDN edge and says nothing about where data is stored. In short: processing in the United States, declared but undocumented, by a company registered in Ontario, Canada.

Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Ad Suite AI.
- The advertised price is a floor: Minimum of 10% of Your Ad Budget means a $5,000 monthly budget turns $100 of fees into $500
- Ad spend is billed directly by Google and Meta, so without a valid card in your Google Ads account the ads simply do not run (terms, section 8.2)
- Your Google Ads account may be created under the manager account (MCC) of Ad Suite AI or its affiliates, and campaigns can stay paused until you complete the steps Google requires (terms, section 8.1)
- Section 4 of the terms makes any content you submit non-confidential and grants a worldwide, royalty-free licence over it; chatbot conversations are recorded and stored in full
- Data is transferred to and processed in the United States
- No refund policy is published in advance — refunds depend on whatever policy is stated at the time of purchase
- Disputes go to mandatory arbitration (section 15) under Canadian law and jurisdiction (section 19), and the terms can be changed at any time, effective as soon as they are posted (section 16)
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Very low. You sign up with a Google account or an email address, and the pricing page promises One Click Setup — Get started instantly without long onboarding or technical hurdles. No technical skill is needed: the team installs Google Tag Manager, the conversion tags and the triggers at no charge, and there is no API or integration to code. What you do need is a website to advertise and a valid payment method in your Google Ads account. The site says a campaign can be live in under 15 minutes.

Should you pick Ad Suite AI?
Ad Suite AI sits in the gap between an agency, which its own pricing page puts at $500 to $2,000 a month, and the self-service consoles of the ad networks: done-for-you paid media at a low entry price. Its strongest argument is the pairing of AI with a systematic human check — every setup and every ad is reviewed before it goes live — alongside optimizations that come with an explanation, detailed audit trails and a coach mode that hands the reasoning back to the advertiser.
Three reservations deserve attention. First, the price. The $100 a month on the pricing page is a floor: the same page adds Minimum of 10% of Your Ad Budget, so a $5,000 monthly media budget means a $500 fee. Read the plans as a percentage, not as a subscription. Second, automation is partial. Google and Meta are handled automatically; LinkedIn Ads and ChatGPT Ads are set up by hand by the team, and there is no API, no developer documentation and no mobile app. Third, maturity: the domain was registered in February 2025, claimed traction is 20+ businesses and 245+ campaigns, and the three testimonials are all five stars and impossible to verify from outside.
Data governance is the weakest area. Processing happens in the United States for a Canadian company, section 4 of the terms takes a broad worldwide licence on anything you submit, no DPA is offered and no security certification is published.
Worth a look if you run a small business or a young startup, have nobody in-house buying media and want one supplier to own the whole cycle. Look elsewhere if you need programmatic access, a certified compliance posture, or a fee that stays fixed while your ad spend grows.
