The platform's terms of use state that BeeOdiversity ensures personal data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection law, expressly naming Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Belgian Privacy Act of 30 July 2018. Belgian law governs the terms, with jurisdiction given to the French-speaking courts where the company has its registered office. Who owns the data?
