It is published by Edensign Inc., a Delaware-governed company whose domain was registered in September 2024, and it displays a Harvard Innovation Labs incubation badge on every page. You upload a photo of a room, vacant, cluttered or occupied, pick a room type and an interior style, and the platform returns the staged result on screen in about fifteen seconds rather than emailing it hours later.
Its stated differentiator is multi-angle consistency. Most staging tools process one photo at a time, so two angles of the same living room come back with two different sofas and a listing that falls apart as soon as a buyer swipes. Edensign says it builds a 3D spatial map of the room first, covering walls, windows, floor plan and camera positions, places the furniture once in real 3D coordinates, then renders it into each photo from that photo's own perspective. The intended result is the same sectional in the same corner across a full MLS photo set.
Around that core sit more than twenty named tools covering the rest of a listing workflow: decluttering, furniture editing and replacement, interior renovation previews, 2D-to-3D floor plans, vacant-lot-to-house visualisation, day-to-dusk conversion, sky, weather and season replacement, lawn and landscape design, pool addition and water clean-up, wall repainting, flooring swaps, aerial photo correction and exterior rendering. A separate AI Listing Intelligence feature reads a set of listing photos and returns room-by-room quality and condition scores together with a suggested price range.
Accepted inputs are JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF and HEIC, and the API exposes eight interior styles and eight room types. Outputs carry no watermark, revisions are unlimited, and subscription plans advertise image storage forever. Access is web-based, with an HTTP API and iframe embedding reserved for the Enterprise tier.
The publisher sets its own limits plainly: section 6 of the Terms warns that outputs are machine-generated, may contain inaccuracies or artefacts, and are not guaranteed accurate, realistic or suitable for professional, legal, architectural or regulatory use.

GDPR overview
There is no mention of the GDPR anywhere on the site. A search of the whole collected corpus, page text and archived HTML alike, returns not a single occurrence of the GDPR, the CCPA or any equivalent framework. No Article 27 representative, no data protection officer, no legal basis for processing, no data processing agreement and no subprocessor list are published. This is silence rather than refusal: Edensign never states that it is non-compliant. The privacy policy does grant rights that resemble the European ones, namely access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent, exercised through a single address, contact@edensign.io, but without reference to any regulation. That policy carries no effective date; only the cookie policy is dated, 13 March 2026. The Terms place the contract under Delaware law and Delaware courts.
Who owns the data?
Under section 5 of the Terms of Service, you keep ownership of everything you upload: images, files, data and prompts. Submitting them grants Edensign Inc. a licence to host, store, process, modify and transform that content in order to provide and improve its services, and the same clause states this may include using content to enhance model performance, unless an opt-out mechanism is provided and selected. No such mechanism is documented anywhere on the site. You remain responsible for holding the rights to whatever you upload. Edensign keeps ownership of its software, models, interfaces, documentation and branding, and its privacy policy states that it neither sells nor rents personal data.
Reuse rights
Yes, and broadly. The staged images you receive are yours to use indefinitely: the pricing FAQ states there are no licensing restrictions and no expiration date, outputs are delivered without a watermark, and subscription plans advertise image storage forever. Edensign lists the intended destinations itself: all major MLS systems, Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, agency or personal websites, digital brochures, emails and printed marketing material. Two limits apply. Section 6 of the Terms allows you to use outputs for your own purposes provided you comply with applicable law and third-party rights, while section 9 forbids using them in misleading or deceptive ways, which places the judgement on you. Nowhere does the site address whether a listing must disclose that a photograph was digitally altered. Section 12 adds that outputs come with no warranty of accuracy or realism.

Hosting summary
Edensign publishes nothing about where its data is hosted. The privacy policy mentions only trusted third-party service providers that help operate the platform, giving cloud hosting and analytics tools as examples, and the cookie policy refers in the same way to unnamed cloud infrastructure, authentication and payment providers. No country, no region, no named provider and no data-residency commitment appear anywhere on the site, and no option to choose a processing region is offered. No international transfer mechanism is described either, which follows from the complete absence of any GDPR reference. The only jurisdictional element the publisher does state is legal rather than technical: the Terms place the contract under the law of the State of Delaware and give exclusive competence to the state and federal courts of Delaware. For a buyer who needs to document where listing photographs are processed, this is the gap to raise with the vendor before signing, alongside the absence of a data processing agreement and of a subprocessor list.

Its scope is narrow and coherent, the real estate listing photograph, aimed mostly at the North American market, and its pricing is public and readable, expressed per photo from a solo agent up to a brokerage running sixty thousand photos a year.
