Overview

What is ReRoom?

ReRoom is an AI rendering and virtual staging tool published by Stylefie, Inc., online since at least April 2023. The gesture is the same across the product: upload a photograph, a 3D screenshot or an existing render, pick a style or a workflow, then add a short prompt describing what should change. Accepted formats are JPG, JPEG and PNG, and the product pages advertise a render time of roughly twenty seconds. Eight tools sit behind that gesture. Interior Rendering and Exterior Rendering restyle a space, with controls for colour palette, season, time of day, sky and landscape. Style Reference transfers the look of an uploaded reference image. Sketch to Image takes a hand or CAD drawing to a finished visual. Render Enhance adds realism to a flat 3D output through an adjustable preservation level. Image Upscale enlarges up to 4x. Image Editor lets you select an area and add, replace or remove content. Multi-Angle Rendering processes up to six views of one project together so they stay consistent. Around them sit virtual staging, floor-plan colourisation, people insertion and an image-to-video flythrough. The libraries are broad: 29 space types covering living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, meeting rooms, gyms, cafés, shops, restaurants, hotel lobbies and rooms, exhibition spaces, patios, gardens and pools, plus 27 named preset styles from Minimalist Haven to Industrial Loft, Japanese Zen and Art Deco Glamour, alongside custom styles. ReRoom is not browser-only. A documented OpenAPI 3.1.0 specification is published under SwaggerUI, and the site carries a desktop assistant and a SketchUp module, the API recognising SketchUp, Blender, Revit and Rhino environments. Team workspaces add seats, roles, centralised billing and shared moodboards, while the Terms mention single sign-on, audit logs, configurable retention and regional hosting where a plan includes them. Privacy is tiered rather than universal: private rendering is a paid feature, and renders made on free or trial accounts may be public by default. The interface is offered in fourteen languages.

What it does

  • Turn a room photograph, 3D screenshot or existing render into a photorealistic interior render
  • Stage an empty room virtually and remove the furniture already in place
  • Convert a sketch, a CAD drawing or a floor plan into a finished visual
  • Apply the look of a reference image to your own project
  • Enhance a flat 3D render and upscale the result up to 4x
  • Edit a selected area of an image to add, replace or remove an element
  • Render up to six viewpoints together, or animate a still image into a video flythrough

When to use ReRoom / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if ReRoom is the right fit.

When to use ReRoom

  • Interior designers who need several styling directions on a real room before committing to a concept
  • Estate agents and listing teams who want empty or dated rooms staged for property marketing
  • Architects and 3D users turning raw SketchUp, Revit, Blender or Rhino screenshots into presentation-ready visuals
  • Home stagers and remodellers building before-and-after comparisons for client approval
  • Design and architecture students, who get a dedicated EDU plan at a fraction of the standard price

When not to use ReRoom

  • Teams that need a documented GDPR position: the site never mentions the regulation, publishes no DPA and names no subprocessor
  • Anyone producing confidential client work on the free tier, where renders may be public by default
  • Users looking for text-to-image generation from a written brief alone, since every tool requires an uploaded image
  • Buyers who expect refunds or return flexibility, as all purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Professionals needing construction-grade or code-compliant documentation rather than presentation visuals

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how ReRoom handles your data.

GDPR overview

There is no GDPR implementation to report. The word GDPR appears nowhere on the site, neither in the Privacy Policy nor in the Terms of Service, both last updated on 23 May 2026. No legal basis is stated, no data-subject rights such as access, rectification, erasure or portability are described, no response deadline is given, no Article 27 EU representative is designated and no Data Protection Officer is named. No Data Processing Agreement is published or offered, and no subprocessor list exists. Privacy questions are routed to a single generic address, feedback@reroom.ai. Governing law is left unnamed: the Terms refer only to the jurisdiction in which Stylefie, Inc. is incorporated. For a service marketed in French, German, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese and Turkish, that silence is itself worth noting.

Who owns the data?

Under the Terms of Service you keep whatever rights you already hold in your User Input, meaning prompts, uploaded photographs, sketches, plans and references. As between you and Stylefie, Inc., you also own the Output the service generates from that input, including for commercial purposes. Stylefie does not claim ownership of Output, but warns that similar or identical images may be generated for other users. The service itself, its software and its underlying AI models remain the exclusive property of Stylefie, Inc. and its licensors. You grant the publisher a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display and technically adapt your content, solely to operate the service; that licence transfers no ownership.

Reuse rights

Yes. Subject to the Terms, you may use Output commercially with no further fees or royalties owed to Stylefie, Inc., and you may reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display it, for proposals, listings, design reviews, presentations and marketing. No permission request is needed. Two limits apply. Stylefie gives no warranty that Output is unique, non-infringing, accurate or fit for a particular commercial, architectural, real-estate or regulatory use, so clearing rights before publication remains your responsibility. On the publisher's side, User Content is used only to run the service, that is to generate and deliver Output, provide support, secure the platform, prevent fraud and comply with the law, and never to train the generative models Stylefie develops or controls. Content forwarded to third-party AI model providers falls under their own terms instead.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
No retention period is published. The Terms say you can delete your content using the tools built into the service, but that deleted material may remain in backups, logs or security records for a limited period where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution or technical continuity purposes. How long that limited period lasts is never stated, either for content or for log data. Team accounts may obtain configurable retention, but only where the plan or written agreement includes it. Terminating an account ends your right to use the service, and the Terms do not say what happens to stored content afterwards. The Privacy Policy adds that information collected from a child under 13 is removed once the publisher becomes aware of it.

Hosting summary

ReRoom publishes no hosting jurisdiction. Neither the Privacy Policy nor the Terms names a country, a region or a data centre. Section 16 of the Terms states only that Stylefie, Inc. relies on third-party cloud vendors and other providers for storage, processing, hosting, security, analytics, payments and support, without naming any of them, and that it requires those vendors to process data only for authorised service purposes. Section 8 mentions regional hosting as a possible team-workspace control, available where a plan, order form or separate written agreement includes it, but names no region. No subprocessor list is published, and the site carries no security certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. As an observation from collection rather than a vendor statement, the domain is served behind Cloudflare on an anycast address, and render images are delivered from Amazon S3 and Cloudflare Images endpoints. The publisher also disclaims liability, to the extent permitted by law, for breaches caused by third-party vendors.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting ReRoom.

  • Free-tier renders may be published by default, so a client photograph uploaded on the wrong plan can end up in a public gallery or an advertisement
  • Content is forwarded to third-party AI providers whose own terms may allow training on it; the no-training promise does not extend to them
  • Uploading a client's plans, photographs or branded material without the required rights and consents breaches the Terms and leaves the liability with you
  • Generated images may be similar or identical to those produced for other users, so visual exclusivity cannot be assumed for a listing or a pitch
  • Fast, convincing renders invite over-promising: an AI visual is not a buildable specification, and a client may read it as one
  • Liability is capped at the greater of twelve months of fees or USD 100, with no refunds and no named jurisdiction in which to bring a claim
  • Google Analytics and a Facebook tracking pixel run on the site, and the only contact address is obfuscated, which makes routing a data request harder
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Very low for the core product. ReRoom runs in a browser: sign in with a work email or a Google account, upload a JPG, JPEG or PNG, pick a preset style and generate. No 3D skill is required, and Auto-Prompt together with the Precise, Balanced and Creative modes takes care of prompt writing. Renders take about twenty seconds. More technical paths exist for those who want them, namely a documented REST API with bearer-token or cookie authentication, a desktop assistant and a SketchUp module. Team setup adds seats, roles and email invitations.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is ReRoom?
ReRoom is an AI interior design and virtual staging tool from Stylefie, Inc. You upload a photograph, a 3D screenshot or a sketch of a space, choose a direction, and it generates photorealistic interior, exterior or staging concepts for renovation ideas, property listings, mood boards and client presentations.
Does ReRoom train its AI models on my client designs?
No. Both the Privacy Policy and the Terms state that uploads, prompts, references, project files and generated outputs are not used to train, fine-tune or improve the generative models Stylefie develops or controls. Content may still be sent to third-party AI providers, whose own terms govern how they handle it.
Who owns the images I generate?
As between you and Stylefie, you own the Output and may use it commercially for proposals, listings, design reviews, presentations and marketing. The platform, the software and the underlying AI models remain the property of Stylefie, Inc. and its licensors. Identical or similar images may be generated for other users.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free tier allows three renders per day, but output is watermarked, restricted to non-commercial use, produced at standard quality and shared in the public gallery. Private rendering, watermark-free output and commercial rights all require a paid plan.
How much does a paid plan cost?
Individual plans are USD 39 per month, or USD 33 per month on the annual plan billed as a single USD 390 charge for the first year. Team plans are USD 49 monthly or USD 41 per month billed annually at USD 490. Students with a valid academic email pay from USD 5.
Which files can I upload, and how long does a render take?
The tools accept JPG, JPEG and PNG files, whether a room photograph, a 3D screenshot or an existing render. The product pages advertise a render time of about twenty seconds, and upscaling time varies with image size.
Does ReRoom offer an API or a plugin?
Yes. A documented OpenAPI 3.1.0 specification is published under SwaggerUI on the site, with a production endpoint on the reroom.ai domain and bearer-token or cookie authentication. A desktop assistant and a SketchUp module are also offered, and the API recognises SketchUp, Blender, Revit and Rhino environments.
Can my team control access and data retention?
Team workspaces can include member access controls, single sign-on, audit logs, configurable retention, data isolation or regional hosting, but only where those controls are included in your plan or written agreement. No retention period is published on the site.
Is there a minimum age, and can I get a refund?
The Privacy Policy states that the service does not address anyone under the age of 13. Under the Terms, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law or a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
Conclusion

Should you pick ReRoom?

ReRoom is a focused tool rather than a general-purpose generator: it restyles and stages spaces from images, and everything in the product serves that single job. Within that scope the coverage is unusually complete for the price, with eight rendering and editing tools, 29 space types, 27 preset styles, virtual staging, 4x upscaling, multi-angle consistency and image-to-video flythroughs, reachable from a browser, a documented REST API, a desktop assistant or a SketchUp module. Two commitments stand out for professional use. Stylefie, Inc. states plainly, in both the Privacy Policy and the Terms, that it does not train its generative models on user content, and it leaves ownership of generated images with the user, with full commercial rights from the first paid tier. For an interior designer, an estate agent or a home stager, those two points weigh more than any feature list. The reservations concern transparency rather than capability. There is no postal address, no legal notice page, no named officer and no stated jurisdiction; the word GDPR appears nowhere on the site, there is no Data Processing Agreement, no subprocessor list and no named hosting country. The Terms explicitly decline to promise that third-party AI providers will not train on content passed to them. Renders created on a free or trial account may be public by default, purchases are non-refundable, and the only published contact is one generic address. The practical reading is straightforward. ReRoom suits professional design and property-marketing work well, provided any confidential client project runs on a paid plan with private rendering enabled, and provided the buyer is comfortable contracting with a company that publishes no address and takes no documented position on European data protection.
