GDPR overview
Implementation is minimal and declarative. The privacy policy, effective 10 July 2025, lists access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, portability and objection to marketing, but only "depending on applicable laws (such as GDPR or CCPA)": the GDPR is cited as a law that may apply, and compliance is never claimed. Who owns the data?
