Emero
Emero is an AI creative studio generating images, video, music and speech from third-party models, in its web app or through a Claude or ChatGPT connector. Platform access costs 10 USD monthly; generations are billed separately at provider cost.
What is Emero?
Emero is an AI creative studio published by 9523-9778 Quebec Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Quebec, trading as Emero from 4388 Rue Saint-Denis, Suite 200 #173, in Montreal. Its terms put it plainly: the platform lets you generate images, video, music and speech using leading third-party AI models, refine and edit that content, and organise it in one place.
Rather than train models of its own, Emero aggregates other people's. Eighteen were listed on the pricing page on 8 September 2026, among them FLUX.2 Pro, GPT Image 2, Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana Pro, Grok Imagine, Seedream 5 Lite, Sora 2 Pro, Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, Hailuo 2.3, Wan 2.7, Riverflow Pro, HappyHorse, Eleven Music, Lyria 3 and MiniMax Music 2.6.
The commercial argument sits in the site's own headline, No more paying retail for AI image & video. Access costs a flat 10 USD per month, and that platform fee includes no generation whatsoever: every image, clip or track is charged separately at the model provider's exact price, with no markup, and deducted from a dollar balance. There are no in-house credits, the price of each generation is displayed before it runs, and the balance never expires.
The second promise is about output quality rather than model access: Get output that actually works without becoming a prompt engineer. The publisher says it tests every model itself and teaches the user's assistant how to drive it, which is the distinction it draws in its FAQ with Higgsfield MCP, presented as merely exposing models.
There are two ways to work. The web app has a Generate tab and a Creations library. Alternatively, Emero is added as a connector inside Claude or ChatGPT, and the assistant then generates, chains and assembles video, searches the catalogue and manages the creations on the user's account, spending from the same balance.
Users own their output outright, no licensing is required, commercial and advertising use is permitted, and no customer content is used to train any model. Emero comes out of an earlier product called Adspectre, an AI creative director for brands connected to Facebook and Instagram; adspectre.ai now redirects to emero.studio.
What it does
- Generate images from a text prompt and reference files
- Generate video, with or without audio depending on the model
- Generate music and audio tracks
- Generate speech from text
- Pick the model from the catalogue and see the price of the generation before launching it
- Connect Claude or ChatGPT and create directly from the assistant
- Search and reuse past creations from the library
When to use Emero / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Emero is the right fit.
When to use Emero
- Creative and marketing teams producing large volumes of images and video
- Claude or ChatGPT users who want to generate media straight from their assistant
- Advertisers and social media managers, since the terms explicitly allow organic social posts and paid advertising
- Creators who want to try several frontier models without subscribing to each one separately
- Freelancers with irregular budgets, who prefer a dollar balance topped up on demand that never expires
When not to use Emero
- Anyone under 18: the platform is strictly 18+ and terminates accounts and deletes data with no refund
- Purely personal or hobby use: the platform states it is intended for business use
- Teams that need a public API to integrate: no API documentation is published
- Mobile-first users: there is no iOS or Android application
- Buyers who need a predictable flat invoice: the monthly fee covers no generation, so the total follows the volume produced
How to use Emero
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account from the signup page or the Free trial button; the publisher advertises setup in under a minute
- Enter a payment card: it is required from the free trial onwards to verify a real person, but it is not charged
- Spend the 2 USD of trial generations, which carry no time limit, on any model in the catalogue
- Choose a route: generate in the web app, or add Emero as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT
- In the web app, use the Generate tab to launch a creation and the Creations tab to browse the library
- Select the model and check the price of the generation displayed before it runs
- From a connected assistant, ask it to generate, chain and assemble video, or search the catalogue on your account
- Set spending limits for the connected assistant, and disconnect it at any time from the settings
- Subscribe when the trial balance runs out, which adds a further 2 USD bonus, and top the balance up on demand
- Cancel from the settings, and erase everything through Settings > Delete All Data
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Generations rebilled at the provider's exact cost with no markup, verifiable model by model on the public pricing page
- No in-house credit system: prices shown in dollars before each run, and a balance that never expires, even with the subscription paused
- Unused balance refundable at any time by a simple email, with no window and no penalty
- Access to eighteen frontier models for a low 10 USD monthly fee, instead of one subscription per model
- Full ownership of the output, no licensing requirement, and advertising use expressly permitted
- No model training on customer content, stated in both the privacy policy and the terms
- Unusually detailed legal documentation for a product this size, with instant self-service data deletion
Cons
- The 10 USD monthly fee covers no generation at all: the real cost depends entirely on the volume produced and is hard to forecast
- No permanently free plan; past the 2 USD trial, access requires the subscription, and a card is registered from the trial onwards
- No public API documentation, and no iOS or Android application
- Recent and unfinished rebrand: emero.studio was registered on 1 September 2026, the app still runs on app.adspectre.ai, the signup page is still titled "Sign Up | Adspectre", and the GDPR page, dated July 2025, still describes a Facebook and Instagram advertising product
- No verifiable history: no Wayback Machine snapshot exists for either domain, and no founder or director is named behind the numbered company
- Thin public site: no product or features page, an empty blog announcing "More posts coming soon", and no named list of sub-processors
- No Article 27 EU representative and no DPO despite the GDPR claims, no published security certification (neither SOC 2 nor ISO 27001), and no response to Do Not Track signals
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanently free plan. Access to the platform requires a fee of 10.00 USD per month, and that fee includes no generation: every image, video, music or speech output is charged separately at the model provider's exact price, with no markup, and deducted from a prepaid dollar balance. A free trial grants 2 USD of generations with no time limit; a payment card is required but is not charged, and a further 2 USD bonus is credited on subscription. Indicative unit prices published on 8 September 2026: FLUX.2 Pro 1 MP image at 0.03 USD, GPT Image 2 (Low) at 0.012 USD, Grok Imagine at 0.02 USD per image, Seedream 5 Lite at 0.035 USD per image, Nano Banana Pro 4K at 0.30 USD; on video, Veo 3.1 1080p at 0.20 USD per second (0.40 USD with audio), Sora 2 Pro 720p at 0.30 USD per second, Kling 3.0 720p at 0.168 USD per second, Seedance 2.0 480p at 0.08 USD per second; on audio, Eleven Music at 0.0083 USD per second, a 30-second Lyria 3 clip at 0.04 USD and a full MiniMax Music 2.6 track at 0.15 USD. All prices are quoted in US dollars, taxes included, with QST and GST included for Quebec. The subscription may be cancelled at any time, access and balance running to the end of the current cycle, and the unused balance is refundable at any time on request to hello@emero.studio, while generations already produced are not refundable. Model prices follow the providers' own and may change, with decreases and volume discounts passed on.
- 10 USD per month
- the only subscription tier displayed

- each image
- video
- music or speech output is charged at the model provider's exact price and deducted from a rechargeable dollar balance
- outside the subscription
- 2 USD of generations with no time limit
- presented as a trial period rather than a plan

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Emero handles your data.
GDPR overview
Emero is a Canadian company that states it follows GDPR requirements for European users even though not directly subject to EU jurisdiction. A dedicated GDPR page (last updated July 2025) and a privacy policy effective September 2026 invoke the GDPR alongside CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25. Concrete commitments include the data subject rights (information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, automated decision-making and profiling), replies within 30 days and one month at most, Article 28 data processing agreements offered to every customer, breach notification to the supervisory authority within 72 hours, and transfers framed by standard contractual clauses, transfer impact assessments and, where relevant, binding corporate rules. Two gaps: no Article 27 EU representative and no data protection officer is named, and every legal or GDPR request goes to a single address, hello@emero.studio.
Who owns the data?
Under the terms, the user keeps ownership of everything they bring or create: prompts, reference material, brand assets and generated media. Emero takes only a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit and display that content, strictly in order to operate the service; the licence ends when the content or the account is deleted, except for backups purged on the retention schedule. Emero claims no ownership of Generated Output, no royalty and no additional usage restriction. Two reservations apply: the terms of the underlying model providers still govern content produced by their models, and Emero does not warrant that output is copyrightable, original or non-infringing, and warns that AI-generated content may not be protectable in some jurisdictions.
Reuse rights
No permission is needed to reuse what the platform produces: users own their output, face no licensing requirement, and may publish it commercially, in organic social posts and in paid advertising, remaining responsible for the content and for the destination platform's rules. On Emero's side, the platform collects the name and email given at signup, support correspondence, billing records (no full card number is stored), prompts and reference files, generated media, and usage and device data (device type, operating system, browser, IP address, pages viewed, features used, time spent). Prompts and references are routed to the third-party model providers the user selects, and prompts and generations are stored so they stay accessible, searchable and reusable in the library. Processing rests on the Article 6 legal bases: performance of the contract, consent, legitimate interests and legal obligation. Data is shared with model providers, cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics and support tools, may be disclosed under legal obligations and may transfer in a business sale, and aggregated or de-identified data may be used freely; personal data is never sold. Emero states that no customer content, prompt or generation is used to train any AI model, and that one user's data is never used to benefit another. A connected Claude or ChatGPT assistant reaches the account and the creations to act on the user's behalf, and can be disconnected at any time from the settings. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) require explicit consent; the site does not honour Do Not Track signals.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
Emero is operated from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The privacy policy states that personal data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside the user's country of residence, including to servers in jurisdictions such as the United States. That wording is indicative rather than limiting: no hosting country is guaranteed, no specific region is named, and no European data residency option is offered. At infrastructure level, the domain is managed by Cloudflare and its DNS records resolve to an Amazon anycast node (AS16509), which points to United States infrastructure without the site ever confirming it. The publisher declares encryption in transit and at rest, and frames cross-border transfers with standard contractual clauses, transfer and privacy impact assessments and, where relevant, binding corporate rules. What remains unspecified: the hosting providers actually used, the location of the data centres, and any named list of sub-processors, which are described by category only.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Emero.
- The 10 USD monthly fee includes no generation: the real invoice depends entirely on how much you produce, and model prices follow the providers' own and can rise
- A payment card is registered from the free trial onwards, and generations already produced are never refundable, only the unused balance is
- Publishing generated content without the AI disclosure the destination platform requires, or stripping the C2PA metadata, leads to immediate and permanent termination with no refund
- A connected assistant acts on your account and spends your balance, so whatever it triggers is charged to you; the publisher warns its AI can misread an instruction, repeat a step or produce more outputs than intended
- You alone are responsible for the rights to the faces and voices used: deepfakes and cloning a real person's voice or face without consent are prohibited
- The rebrand from Adspectre is recent and unfinished, and some legal pages still describe the previous advertising product, so read them with that in mind
- The platform is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 and over, with no exception and no refund if the rule is broken, and no independent security certification is published
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Very low. Nothing has to be installed: the web app opens straight after signup, and the publisher advertises setup in under a minute. The only prerequisite is a payment card, required from the free trial onwards. Connecting an assistant takes one click on the Connect Claude or Connect ChatGPT button. There is no API key to manage and no developer documentation to read, and no prompting expertise is expected, since not having to become a prompt engineer is the product's central argument.

Should you pick Emero?
Emero makes a proposition that is unusually easy to check: a low subscription, generations rebilled at the model provider's exact price, and full ownership of what comes out. The catalogue is broad and current, eighteen models with a published price for each, and the legal documentation is far more detailed than a product this young normally offers, from the retention table to the self-service deletion switch. For a creative or marketing team that already lives inside Claude or ChatGPT, the connector plus at-cost billing is a genuinely different way to buy generative media.
The reverse side is real. The 10 USD monthly fee includes no generation, so the invoice follows the volume produced and needs watching; there is no public API, no mobile app, no product page and no verifiable history, since neither domain has a single Wayback Machine snapshot. The rebrand from Adspectre is recent and visibly unfinished, with the application still hosted on app.adspectre.ai and a GDPR page dated July 2025 still describing the previous advertising product. Nothing here suggests bad faith, but it does mean the legal pages have to be read carefully and re-checked in a few months. Nor is anything published about the people behind the numbered Quebec company.
Emero is therefore worth the detour for anyone who generates enough media for provider-cost pricing to pay back the platform fee, who is comfortable with a spend that varies month to month, and who does not need an API, a mobile app or a documented corporate track record. Users under 18 are excluded outright, and anyone publishing generated content must apply the AI disclosure their destination platform requires, on pain of permanent termination without refund.
