TukiAI
TukiAI is an AI sales and service agent for WooCommerce stores, answering shoppers, recommending products and handling after-sales requests on your website, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, in 54 claimed languages, installed through a WordPress plugin.
What is TukiAI?
TukiAI is an AI sales and service agent built specifically for WooCommerce stores. It presents itself as an agent rather than a chatbot: beyond answering questions, it is meant to carry a full sales conversation, from discovering what a shopper needs to sending a secure payment link inside the chat.
Installation goes through a WordPress plugin. TukiAI advertises around two minutes to connect a store, then up to 24 hours while the agent learns the catalogue, categories, prices, stock, product variations and FAQ content before going live. The site's own how-it-works page tempers that promise: the real duration depends on the structure, size and quality of the catalogue.
The same agent, with the same knowledge and the same personality, works across four channels: website chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram direct messages and comments. TukiAI declares itself an official Tech Provider on the Meta Business platform, authorised for the WhatsApp Business API, so merchants can keep their existing number. The vendor claims native fluency in 54 languages, slang included, although the site itself exists only in English and Hebrew.
Under the hood, several models are used — GPT-4 (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google) and Mistral — with automatic switching depending on the task. Stock and prices are synchronised in real time, so the agent is not supposed to recommend an out-of-stock product.
On the service side, it handles order status, address changes, order notes, merged orders and delivery questions. It watches for frustration, urgency and high-value intent, then hands the conversation over to the merchant with full context. A continuous-learning loop asks the merchant to reinforce answers the agent judged uncertain.
Merchants keep control through a mobile app with real-time notifications, one-gesture takeover, and configurable persona, tone and escalation rules. Weekly reports cover revenue attributed to the agent, conversation volume, closing rate, CSAT and the most discussed products.
The site advertises +67% conversion, a 30%+ conversion uplift, 35% of abandoned carts recovered and 99.9% uptime, alongside three first-name testimonials. TukiAI was built by Eyal Biton from his own WooCommerce store, Spider 3D, with a first bot assembled in early 2025.

- Produce a weekly report on conversations, conversion rate, revenue and top products
When to use TukiAI / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if TukiAI is the right fit.
When to use TukiAI
- Small and mid-sized WooCommerce merchants with an active catalogue and a small team
- Solo store owners who cannot answer customer messages around the clock
- Shops that receive many pre-purchase questions about sizing, compatibility or delivery
- Merchants who want to sell more to their existing traffic without a development project
- Stores whose customers write on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram rather than by email
When not to use TukiAI
- Merchants who do not run WooCommerce, the only platform the product pages cover
- Businesses whose sales happen almost entirely through social media
- Enterprise helpdesks with dozens of agents and complex service-level commitments
- Global multi-brand support teams looking for a complete omnichannel suite
- Technical teams that need a public API to integrate the agent into their own code
How to use TukiAI
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Check the prerequisites: an active WooCommerce store, an organised catalogue, clear product names, up-to-date prices and stock, and published shipping, return and service policies
- Sign up for the pilot on admin.tukiai.com and install the WordPress plugin
- Connect the store so the agent can read the catalogue, stock, prices and policies
- Let the agent learn products, categories, prices, stock, variations (colour, size, model, bundle) and FAQ content, which takes up to 24 hours
- Connect WhatsApp through the official Meta API on your existing number, without changing number or losing history
- Configure the persona, tone, rules and escalation thresholds before going live
- Go live: the agent answers, recommends, sells and handles service, escalating to you when needed
- Install the mobile app to receive notifications and take over a conversation in one gesture
- Review the reports dashboard at admin.tukiai.com/reports and the weekly summaries
- Run the reinforcement loop: approve, edit or reject the improved answers the agent proposes
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Deliberate WooCommerce specialisation rather than a generalist platform
- Goes live without development work: a plugin to install, no automation flows to build
- Three-month pilot with no credit card and no commitment
- Pay as you Sell model aligned on results, at $0.50 per completed sale
- Low fixed-price alternative at $29 per month with unlimited sales and service chats
- Prices published openly, with a calculator and an explicit switchover point around 60 sales a month
- Native omnichannel coverage with a claimed Meta Tech Provider status, after-sales capabilities a simple chatbot rarely offers, and documented human escalation and real-time supervision
Cons
- WooCommerce only in practice: Shopify appears in the terms but on no product page, and there is no public API or developer documentation
- No postal address and no registered legal entity published, a single obfuscated contact email, and no legal or GDPR-specific address
- No data processing agreement, no certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and no named list of sub-processors
- No hosting country or region stated, and no clarity on whether customer data is used for training, with no documented opt-out
- The 54 languages are neither listed nor verifiable; the site itself is only in English and Hebrew
- Performance figures (+67%, 30%+, 35%) come from generic third-party sources rather than measured product results, and testimonials carry no store name or verifiable link
- A young product with visible loose ends: domain registered in July 2025, first merchants still being recruited, an accessibility page left with unfilled placeholders, and a privacy link in the terms pointing to an old Netlify domain
- No official social profile (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) to check the company's activity
Pricing & Plans
TukiAI offers a free three-month pilot of the full product, with no credit card and no commitment, presented on the pricing page as the Starter plan. The cheapest fixed-price plan is USD 29 per month for unlimited sales and service chats with priority support. All prices are stated excluding tax, with VAT or sales tax added according to the region.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how TukiAI handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR compliance is claimed as a badge on the home page and the WhatsApp page, but is never developed in a dedicated section. The substance sits in the privacy policy: section 6 names the legal bases (contract, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligation) and section 11 lists the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and objection to marketing. Those rights are exercised through the contact form only, with no GDPR mailbox and no named DPO. Section 8 mentions possible international transfers protected by safeguards that are described but not named, such as contractual commitments and security measures. No EU representative under Article 27 is designated. Governing law is the State of Israel, with the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa. The privacy policy is dated 1 May 2026; the terms show 1 May 2026 in the header and November 2025 in the body.
Who owns the data?
TukiAI's privacy policy sets out a dual role. For merchant, visitor and contact data it collects for its own purposes, TukiAI acts as data controller; for the conversations it handles on behalf of a WooCommerce store, it acts as data processor or service provider. The merchant remains responsible for lawful use of the tool and for informing its own customers, and data tied to a store is shared with that store's owner, so shoppers can also turn to the merchant directly. Ownership of the service itself is separate: under section 6 of the terms, all rights in the code, design, logo and underlying technology belong to TukiAI or its licensors.
Reuse rights
The privacy policy lists what is collected: merchant identity and billing details (name, email, phone, company name, role, credentials), WooCommerce catalogue data (products, prices, stock, images, policies, orders), customer conversations, and technical data such as IP address, browser, pages viewed and logs. It is used to deliver the service, generate recommendations, manage accounts, produce analytics and improvements, protect against fraud, meet legal obligations and, with consent, for marketing. TukiAI also reuses aggregated, anonymised or de-identified information to improve performance and build new features. It states that it does not sell personal information and does not intentionally use end-customer data for unrelated advertising, and it recommends not entering sensitive data. Data is shared with service providers (hosting, infrastructure, analytics, support, payments, communications, security, AI), with store owners, payment providers, authorities, and in the event of a business transfer.

Hosting summary
No hosting country or region is named anywhere: not in the privacy policy, not in the terms, not elsewhere on the site. Section 8 of the privacy policy states only that data may be stored or processed outside the user's country, with safeguards that are described in general terms (contractual commitments, security measures, other lawful transfer mechanisms) but never named. Section 7 refers to cloud hosting and infrastructure providers without naming a single one. Section 10 describes access controls, encryption in transit "where appropriate", secure infrastructure, monitoring and internal restrictions. The home page displays "SSL encrypted", "Secure cloud storage" and "99.9% uptime" badges. On the network side, the domain resolves to a Cloudflare anycast address registered in the United States, which reflects the CDN edge and says nothing about where data is actually stored. In short, hosting is the least documented part of the offering.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting TukiAI.
- The publisher has no published legal entity, postal address or registration number, and a single written contact channel (an obfuscated email plus a form), which makes any dispute or formal request difficult
- GDPR compliance is claimed as a badge but never documented: no data processing agreement, no named sub-processors, no Article 27 EU representative, and rights exercised through a contact form only
- The hosting country is not stated while international transfers are announced, and it is unclear whether customer conversations are used for training, with no opt-out documented
- The agent acts on real orders, changing addresses, adding notes and merging orders, so the scope of its permissions should be defined before going live
- Contractual liability is capped at the amounts paid over twelve months and the service is provided "as is", which places the operational risk on the merchant
- Documentation contradicts itself: the terms announce a permanent free plan while the pricing FAQ says the agent stops if no paid plan is chosen after the pilot, the terms carry two different dates, and their privacy link points to an old external domain
- Delegating every customer conversation to an agent can erode the merchant's own feel for customers and their objections, and the conversion figures on display come from generic third-party sources rather than measured results, so expectations should be set on your own pilot data
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low for the installation itself: a WordPress plugin and a one-click connection, advertised at around two minutes, then up to 24 hours while the agent learns the catalogue. The FAQ states that no technical skills are required. The real effort is editorial and comes first: a clean, well-structured catalogue, clear product names, accurate prices and stock, and published shipping, return and service policies. The site itself notes that the actual duration depends on catalogue size and quality. Connecting WhatsApp runs through the Meta API on your existing number, and the persona, tone, rules and escalation thresholds still need configuring.

Should you pick TukiAI?
TukiAI is a narrowly targeted tool, and that focus is its main strength. It does one thing: run sales and after-sales conversations for a WooCommerce store, in the same thread, on the website, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram. The barrier to entry is deliberately low, with a WordPress plugin, no automation flows to build, and a three-month pilot that requires no credit card. Pricing is unusually readable for this market: USD 0.50 per completed sale plus USD 0.10 per service chat, or USD 29 a month for unlimited use, and the switchover point is stated openly at around 60 sales a month.
The counterpart is a publisher that is very thinly documented. There is no postal address, no registered legal entity, no legal or GDPR mailbox, no data processing agreement, no named sub-processors and no stated hosting country, while the privacy policy announces that international transfers may occur. Whether customer conversations feed model training is left unclear, and no opt-out is documented. Several loose ends are visible from the outside: the terms link to a privacy policy on an old external domain, they carry two different dates, Shopify appears in the terms but nowhere in the product pages, and the accessibility statement is published with unfilled placeholders.
The product is also young. The domain was registered in July 2025, and the founder's page describes recruiting the first merchants. The performance figures on display come from generic third-party sources rather than measured TukiAI results, and the testimonials carry no store name or link.
The sensible approach is the one the site itself suggests: use the free pilot and measure real conversations over 14 to 30 days rather than judging on the published promises, and scope precisely what the agent may do on real orders before going live.
