Vaizle
Vaizle is a chat-based AI marketing analyst that connects your ad accounts, social pages, web analytics, Shopify store and competitor sources, then answers questions in plain language with charts, tables, summaries and suggested next steps.
What is Vaizle?
Vaizle is a chat-based AI marketing analyst. Instead of opening one dashboard per platform, you connect your accounts once and then ask the question you would put to a knowledgeable colleague: why did ROAS fall this week and where should I look first, what changed most across my channels, how do I turn these client accounts into notes worth sending. The product answers in plain language and backs the answer with charts, tables, summaries and suggested next steps. Its own positioning is blunt about the difference it claims: answers, not dashboards.
The connected surface is broad. Ad analytics covers Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok. Social analytics covers Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok pages. Web analytics comes from Google Analytics and Google Search Console, ecommerce from Shopify, and competitive research from the Meta Ad Library, the Google Ads Transparency Center and public Facebook and Instagram pages. Because it all lands in the same conversation, you can weigh advertising spend against Shopify sales, or social growth against site traffic, without exporting anything into a spreadsheet first. Since February 2026 you can also add your own brand context so the answers reflect how the business actually works.
Two limits define the product as sharply as its features. Vaizle reads and explains, but it does not act: it will not change your campaigns, pages, store or analytics settings. And it bills in monthly credits — 1,000, 10,000 or 20,000 depending on the plan — with identical platform coverage on all three tiers.
The company has been at this a while. The idea began in December 2015 with a report on the Indian Premier League, built using a small social analytics tool called Sazer; it became Vaizle in January 2017 and opened to marketers in April 2018. Ad analysis arrived in 2021, Google Sheets connectors in 2023, and the conversational agent launched in August 2025 on Meta Ads before expanding across platforms in June 2026. The site claims more than $100M in ad spend analysed and over 10 billion ad impressions processed. Alongside the paid agent, Vaizle publishes 69+ free marketing tools that need no sign-up.

When to use Vaizle / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Vaizle is the right fit.
When to use Vaizle
- Performance marketers running campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok who need one place to ask why the numbers moved
- Agencies juggling several client accounts that must be summarised into client-ready notes every week
- Founders and growth leads who want the three things that changed most across their channels without opening six platforms
- Social media and content managers tracking page performance, posting windows and competitor creative
- Solopreneurs, freelancers and small ecommerce teams comparing ad spend against Shopify sales on a modest budget
When not to use Vaizle
- Teams that need the tool to act, not just advise: Vaizle analyses and explains, but it does not change campaigns, pages, stores or analytics settings
- Developers looking for a public API: no developer documentation or endpoint is published anywhere on the site
- Anyone who works mainly from a phone: there is no iOS or Android app, only a browser workspace
- Organisations with strict data residency requirements: personal data is transferred to and processed in India, with no EU hosting option
- Buyers who want to try before committing: there is no free plan on the AI agent, no advertised trial, and purchases are non-refundable

Pros & Cons
Pros
- One conversation covers ads, social, web, ecommerce and competitors, instead of six separate platforms
- All three plans carry the same platform coverage: you never pay separately per channel
- A $9 monthly entry point is unusually low for multi-platform marketing analytics
- Competitor and ad-spy research is built in, sparing a separate subscription
- 69+ free tools and three free courses let you judge the quality before paying anything
- Outputs are exportable: charts, tables, summaries and reports can all be downloaded
- A GDPR-referenced Data Processing Agreement is published, which is rare at this price level
Cons
- The legal paperwork is inherited and contradictory: three different company identities appear across the site
- The privacy policy (March 2018) and terms (December 2018) predate the AI product launched in August 2025 and describe a social analytics dashboard
- Nothing is published about whether customer data is used to train AI models, and no opt-out is documented
- Data is transferred to and processed in India, with no EU residency option
- No free plan on the AI agent, no advertised free trial, and purchases are non-refundable
- No public API and no mobile application
- Credit-based billing makes the real monthly cost hard to estimate before you have used the tool

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Vaizle handles your data.
GDPR overview
Partial, and inconsistent. Vaizle publishes a Data Processing Agreement that references Regulation (EU) 2016/679 explicitly: technical and organisational measures under Article 32(1), assistance with data subject rights, breach notification without undue delay, help with impact assessments under Articles 35 and 36, audit and inspection rights, and standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EEA. The difficulty is who signs it. The document names Code Path SRL, not Vaizle, as the processor, declares itself governed by Romanian law, and its Annex 1 describes a social media analytics dashboard rather than today's AI agent. The Terms and Conditions, meanwhile, are governed by Indian law. The privacy policy dates from 15 March 2018 and never uses the word GDPR at all. No Article 27 EU representative and no Data Protection Officer are named.
Who owns the data?
Under the Terms and Conditions, you keep ownership of what you put in. Section 11.1 states that you retain the copyright and any other intellectual property rights you already hold in the content you submit, and section 9.3 confirms that Vaizle obtains no right, title or interest in it. In return you grant Vaizle a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, modify and publish that content on social networks on your behalf, for the sole purpose of displaying, distributing, improving and promoting the service. Vaizle and its licensors own the platform itself under section 9.1, while section 10.1 grants you a perpetual licence over the reports you generate through it.
Reuse rights
Yes, within limits. Section 10.1 gives you a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and non-exclusive licence to access, use, reproduce, display, distribute and create derivative works of the reports you generate, so the charts, tables and summaries you export can go straight into a client deck or an internal review without asking anyone's permission. The restriction is on scope rather than format: the service may be used only for your own internal business purposes, never for the benefit of third parties and never resold (section 5.5), and you may not use it to build a competing product (section 10.2). On its own side, Vaizle uses the data it collects to operate and maintain the service, provide support, monitor usage, analyse how the service is used in order to improve it, and detect technical problems. Nothing on the site states whether customer data is used to train AI models.

Hosting summary
The privacy policy states that your information, including personal data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside your own state, province or country, and that users located outside India should note that their data is transferred to India and processed there. India is therefore the only processing location the publisher names. No data centre, hosting provider or region is identified, and no EU data residency option is offered. The site itself is served through Cloudflare, whose anycast address resolves in the United States, but that is content delivery infrastructure rather than a storage location. The Data Processing Agreement adds that transfers of personal data out of the European Economic Area should rely on EU-approved standard contractual clauses, and that the processor may not transfer data outside the EU or EEA without the controller's prior written consent — a commitment that sits awkwardly beside a privacy policy routing data to India by default. No hosting or security certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is published.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Vaizle.
- Three different company identities appear across the site — Vaizle a.s. in the terms, Vaizle Inc. on the contact page, Code Path SRL in the DPA — so it is genuinely unclear which entity you are contracting with
- The published DPA names a third party as processor and is governed by Romanian law, while the terms are governed by Indian law: your practical recourse in a dispute is hard to determine
- Nothing tells you whether your connected marketing data is used to train AI models, and no opt-out is offered
- Connecting accounts means granting elevated permissions to ad platforms and your Shopify store; check what each connection can read before approving it
- Section 11.1 of the terms grants Vaizle a broad licence to use, adapt and publish content you submit, including on social networks
- Automatic renewal applies and purchases are non-refundable, so a plan bought on impulse cannot be undone
- The deeper risk with any analyst-in-a-chat is trusting a fluent summary without checking the numbers underneath it; the urgency counters and unattributed testimonials on the pricing page are a useful reminder to keep your own judgement in the loop
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low. There is nothing to install: Vaizle runs in the browser, and the pricing page promises no complex setup. The real work is connecting accounts — ad platforms, social pages, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Shopify — which requires administrator rights on each of them, plus the elevated permissions the DPA mentions for restricted metrics such as impressions and demographic data. Once the connections are made, no technical skill is needed: questions are asked in plain language. The 69+ free tools require no account at all.

Should you pick Vaizle?
Vaizle makes a proposition that is easy to grasp and genuinely useful: replace the ritual of opening six platforms with a single question typed into a chat. The coverage is real — paid media, social pages, Google Analytics, Search Console, Shopify and competitor research all feed the same conversation — and at $9 a month the entry point is remarkably low for that breadth. The publisher has been building marketing analytics since 2017 and documents its roadmap month by month, which is more transparency about product history than most tools offer.
The reservations sit almost entirely on the legal and governance side. The site carries three different corporate identities: Vaizle a.s. with a Punjab address in the terms, Vaizle Inc. with a Delaware headquarters on the contact page, and Code Path SRL in the Data Processing Agreement, which is also declared subject to Romanian law while the terms are governed by Indian law. The privacy policy and the terms both predate the AI product by seven years and describe a social media analytics dashboard. Nothing is said about whether your connected marketing data trains AI models, and no opt-out exists. Data is processed in India, with no EU residency option.
Practically, the good news is that you can test the reasoning before paying: the 69+ free tools need no account. The bad news is that once you do pay, there is no trial and no refund, so the decision is made partly blind — a small bet at $9, a less comfortable one at $119.
A sensible fit for marketing teams that want faster answers and have no hard compliance requirement. Teams handling sensitive personal data should read the legal pages closely, and ask the publisher which entity they are actually contracting with, before signing up.
