Echos

Echos is an AI UGC platform that runs short-form distribution for brands: autonomous agents create videos, spin variants and publish them across fleets of TikTok and Instagram accounts, billed on the views actually delivered at a target CPM.

Overview

What is Echos?

Echos is an AI user-generated-content platform built for one job: distributing short-form video at volume. It is published by TryClover, Inc., trading as Echos, and is one of four products in the Clover Labs portfolio alongside 1Price, RedRover and Pixel.

Rather than handing a brand another video editor, Echos operates a fleet of social accounts on that brand's behalf. AI agents create the posts, warm up the accounts and publish on TikTok and Instagram, with the profiles orchestrated through real devices so the activity reads as organic. The vendor states its AI handles about 95% of content creation, leaving a final human pass to the customer — who is also contractually required to review and approve posts before they go out.

The product is organised into three systems. Discover scans the wider internet for videos and accounts that already outperform, breaks down what made them viral and lets teams file the hooks and formats worth reusing. Campaigns handles bulk publishing: carousels, slideshows and a full week of short-form content prepared in minutes. Variants multiplies what works — a single winning video becomes hundreds of unique cuts with fresh hooks, captions, lengths and edits, while a persona engine gives each synthetic account its own voice and posting rhythm. A workflow builder chains these steps to data triggers.

Commercially, Echos positions itself against paid media rather than against creative tools. Campaigns run in two shapes: Performance+, where the customer sets a monthly budget and the system maximises reach at a target CPM, and Guaranteed CPM, where the customer sets a view target and Echos works back to the budget required. The site advertises an average CPM of roughly five dollars, more than 100 million impressions generated, over 2,000 accounts managed and an 8x return — figures published without external sourcing.

Results are tied back to the business through Stripe, Shopify, the Apple App Store, Google Analytics and Zapier, so campaigns are measured in link-in-bio clicks, signups, downloads, site traffic and attributed revenue rather than views alone. Each account posts up to three times a day per platform, and customers can connect their own Instagram or TikTok profiles. Access is web-only, and a demo is mandatory before onboarding.

What it does

  • Create, warm up and operate fleets of TikTok and Instagram accounts on the brand's behalf
  • Detect viral videos and outlier accounts across the internet and break down why they perform
  • Publish a week of short-form content, carousels and slideshows in bulk within minutes
  • Turn one winning video into hundreds of variants with fresh hooks, captions, lengths and edits
  • Build synthetic personas with their own tone, behaviour and posting style
  • Run budget-based or guaranteed-view campaigns against a target CPM
  • Attribute clicks, signups, traffic and revenue through Stripe, Shopify, App Store and Google Analytics
Audience

When to use Echos / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if Echos is the right fit.

When to use Echos

  • Growth and performance marketers looking to replace part of a paid media budget with organic-looking short-form reach
  • Ecommerce and retail brands that need product-driven TikTok and Instagram volume tied back to Shopify or Stripe revenue
  • Consumer app teams chasing installs and signups from link-in-bio traffic rather than from ad auctions
  • B2B and SaaS marketing teams with a monthly distribution budget of at least a few thousand dollars
  • Founders and heads of growth who want a distribution engine to run itself instead of hiring a content and creator team

When not to use Echos

  • Anyone who wants to test a tool before committing: there is no free trial and a sales demo is mandatory before onboarding
  • Small budgets: the published budget simulator starts at USD 2,000 per month and the guaranteed-views model locks pricing for twelve months
  • Brands that need to own the social accounts they grow, since every account Echos operates stays Echos property
  • Teams that must distribute on YouTube, Snapchat, X or LinkedIn today, as only Instagram and TikTok are live
  • Organisations with strict AI-disclosure or authenticity policies, because the model relies on synthetic personas run by agents
Get started

How to use Echos

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Book a demo from the website — it is a prerequisite, not an option, and runs in under thirty minutes
  2. Come prepared with your primary goal (views or budget), your target audience, sample creatives and an estimated monthly spend
  3. Choose a campaign model: Performance+ if you start from a budget, Guaranteed CPM if you start from a view target
  4. Set the monthly budget or the target number of views on the pricing simulator and agree the order form
  5. Get onboarded with the Customer Success team, who set up the account fleet and the campaign parameters
  6. Connect your revenue and analytics stack — Stripe, Shopify, Apple App Store, Google Analytics or Zapier
  7. Optionally connect your own existing Instagram or TikTok accounts for publishing alongside the Echos fleet
  8. Define your personas, tone and posting style in the persona engine so the synthetic accounts stay on brand
  9. Review and approve the generated posts in reasonable time, as the contract requires, and add the final human touch
  10. Track link-in-bio clicks, signups, traffic and attributed revenue in the dashboard, then scale the winning formats

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Billing is tied to delivered views at a target CPM, with a guaranteed-reach option rather than a flat licence fee
  • Price ranges are visible on the pricing simulator without contacting sales first
  • The chain is covered end to end: viral discovery, creation, variation, publishing and measurement
  • Revenue attribution through Stripe and Shopify measures business outcomes, not just impressions
  • No human creator pipeline to recruit, brief or pay, unlike most of the UGC platforms Echos compares itself to
  • Deliverables are assigned to the customer once fees are paid, and billing is per workspace rather than per seat
  • The privacy notice names its subprocessors explicitly, and substantial free hook libraries are open to anyone

Cons

  • No free trial, and a sales demo is mandatory before any account can start
  • High entry point: the budget simulator floor is USD 2,000 per month, and the guaranteed model fixes pricing for twelve months
  • Fees are non-refundable and late invoices carry interest of up to 1.5% per month
  • The TikTok and Instagram accounts remain Echos property, so no social asset transfers to the customer at the end of the contract
  • Platform risk sits with the customer: Echos disclaims responsibility for suspensions, bans or takedowns and warrants no results
  • De-identified data derived from customer data may be used to train proprietary models, with no documented opt-out
  • No published DPA, no Article 27 EU representative, no stated hosting location and no security certification; legal pages are served from a staging subdomain

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how Echos handles your data.

GDPR overview

GDPR is addressed explicitly but partially. The privacy notice, effective 17 April 2026, sets out the legal bases relied on for EU and UK users — consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations and vital interests — and grants access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and no-automated-decision rights, with complaint routes to a member state authority, the UK ICO or the Swiss FDPIC. The terms add that Echos will comply with applicable data protection laws, maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures and notify security incidents. What is missing is just as concrete: no Article 27 EU representative, no named data protection officer, no published or on-request data processing agreement, no stated hosting country or region, and no security certification. Requests go to a single address, hello@cloverlabs.ai.

Who owns the data?

Under the terms and conditions, the customer keeps ownership of everything it uploads, described as Customer Data, and every deliverable produced through the service — analytics, reports, content and social posts — is assigned to the customer once all fees are paid. In exchange, Echos takes a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, analyse and use that data to run and improve the service, and a licence to the customer's logos and trademarks for the duration of the contract. Echos keeps exclusive ownership of its own technology, data models and, importantly, of the TikTok and Instagram accounts it creates and operates. It also owns any de-identified data derived from Customer Data.

Reuse rights

The customer is free to reuse what the platform produces: once invoices are settled, deliverables become its sole and exclusive property, and no further permission is required to publish, repurpose or archive them. That freedom is bounded in two places. First, anything that reuses Echos technology or background intellectual property is covered only by a limited internal-business licence, so the underlying methods, templates and account networks cannot be extracted, resold or replicated. Second, the social accounts themselves are never transferred. On Echos's side, the terms forbid selling, renting or otherwise commercially exploiting Customer Data, and restrict processing to delivering the service — but de-identified data derived from it is carved out and may be used for any lawful purpose, including training proprietary algorithms and models.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Echos keeps personal data only as long as the purposes in its privacy notice require, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law for tax, accounting or other legal reasons. As a rule, nothing is kept longer than the period during which you hold an account, except for backups, security and legal compliance. Once there is no ongoing legitimate need, data is deleted or anonymised; where deletion is impossible because the data sits in backup archives, it is stored securely and isolated from further processing until deletion becomes possible. Closing your account triggers deactivation or deletion from active databases, though some records may be kept to prevent fraud, resolve disputes and enforce the terms. No retention period is published in figures.

Hosting summary

Echos publishes no hosting jurisdiction. Neither the privacy notice nor the terms name a country, a region or a data centre, and no security certification — SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA — is claimed anywhere on the site. What is disclosed is the subprocessor list: Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for cloud, database and authentication, Stripe for payments and invoicing, PostHog for product and web analytics, Google for analytics, and Slack where the customer connects it. The terms commit Echos to appropriate technical and organisational measures and to notifying security incidents, but give no detail. Network lookups place the site's IP in Amsterdam, on Amazon infrastructure flagged as anycast — a CDN edge, not evidence of where customer data actually rests. The company itself is registered in Dover, Delaware, while the contract is governed by the law of Ontario, Canada. Anyone with a data residency requirement should raise it during the sales call, as the published material will not answer it.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Echos.

  • The accounts producing your reach are never yours: end the contract and the audience, the handles and the followers stay with Echos
  • The terms forbid using the service for anything that misleads or manipulates an audience, while the product itself runs synthetic personas — that judgement call is left entirely to the customer
  • Platform enforcement is an accepted risk: bans, suspensions and takedowns are explicitly outside the vendor's responsibility and no result is warranted
  • De-identified data derived from your own data may train proprietary models, and no opt-out is documented anywhere on the site
  • Data governance gaps to weigh before signing: no DPA, no EU Article 27 representative, no disclosed hosting country, no SOC 2 or ISO 27001
  • Outsourcing distribution wholesale can hollow out an in-house content skill that is hard to rebuild once the contract ends
  • The headline numbers — 100M+ impressions, 8x ROI, 142K followers per account — are vendor claims with no external sourcing, and the twelve-month fixed pricing leaves little room to walk away if they do not materialise
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Technically easy, procedurally gated. There is no code to write, no API to wire and no software to install: the site advertises a five-minute setup, integrations with Stripe, Shopify, the Apple App Store, Google Analytics and Zapier connect in a few clicks, and the Customer Success team handles onboarding. The real cost is not technical. A demo is mandatory before anything starts, and the contract obliges the customer to review and approve every post in reasonable time — a recurring editorial workload that does not go away once the campaign is live.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does Echos actually work?
Echos automatically creates and warms up social accounts, identifies content formats that are already proving viral across the internet, and publishes at scale through AI agents. The vendor advertises millions of views at an average CPM of roughly five dollars.
Which platforms does Echos publish on?
Instagram and TikTok today, with YouTube, Snapchat and X announced as planned. Each account posts up to three times a day per platform, and you can also connect your own existing Instagram or TikTok accounts.
Is there a free trial or a free plan?
No. The FAQ states that free trial plans are not offered at the moment. You can explore the application, request a demo and use the free virality report, free metrics and free hook libraries, none of which require a card.
What does Echos cost?
Billing follows results at a target CPM of about USD 5. The budget simulator starts at USD 2,000 per month, and one million guaranteed views is priced at USD 5,000 per month. Fees are non-refundable and every purchase goes through a sales call.
Do I need a demo before getting started?
Yes. Booking a demo is required before onboarding so the team can walk you through the platform and show campaign examples. Bring your goal, target audience, sample creatives and estimated monthly spend.
Who owns the accounts and the content produced?
You keep ownership of the data you upload, and all deliverables — analytics, reports, content and posts — are assigned to you once fees are paid. The TikTok and Instagram accounts that Echos creates and operates remain Echos property and are never transferred.
Is my data used to train AI models?
The terms let Echos create de-identified data derived from customer data and use it for any lawful purpose, including training proprietary algorithms and models. No opt-out from that use is documented on the site.
What integrations are available, and is there an API?
Stripe, Shopify, the Apple App Store, Google Analytics and Zapier are listed, and missing integrations can be requested by email. There is no public API documentation and no mobile app; the product is a web application.
How compliant with the GDPR is Echos?
The privacy notice sets out GDPR legal bases and grants EEA, UK and Swiss data subject rights, and the terms commit Echos to applicable data protection laws. However, no Article 27 EU representative, no DPA, no hosting location and no security certification are published.
Is there a minimum age to use the service?
Yes. The privacy notice states that Echos does not knowingly collect data from or market to anyone under 18 years of age, and that using the services means representing that you are at least 18.
Conclusion

Should you pick Echos?

Echos is not a video generator with a publishing button bolted on; it is a distribution service that happens to use AI to produce the content it distributes. That distinction decides whether it is worth the money. The value sits in the fleet of warmed TikTok and Instagram accounts, in the ability to turn one proven video into hundreds of variants, and in a commercial model that charges for views delivered at a target CPM rather than for software seats. For an ecommerce brand, a consumer app or a growth team already spending on paid media, that is a legible trade, and the Stripe and Shopify attribution means the result can be checked against revenue rather than against impressions.

The reservations are equally concrete. There is no free trial, a demo is compulsory, and the published entry point is USD 2,000 a month with fees that are not refundable — this is a considered purchase, not an experiment. The accounts that generate the reach stay with Echos, so nothing transfers when the contract ends, and the terms explicitly place platform risk on the customer: a suspension or takedown by TikTok or Instagram is not Echos's responsibility. On data, the picture is mixed — subprocessors are named and customer data is not sold, but de-identified derivatives may be used to train proprietary models with no documented opt-out, and there is no DPA, no Article 27 representative and no stated hosting location.

The company is also young: the domain was registered in July 2025 and first archived in December 2025, and no founder, incorporation date or funding is public. Echos is a credible option for teams that want reach at a predictable cost per thousand views and are comfortable with synthetic personas doing the talking. Everyone else should read the terms first.
