Who owns the data?
Everything published on the website - text, graphics, software, images and video - belongs to Visro AI, its licensors or its suppliers. Content submitted by users remains their own responsibility, but section 7 of the terms grants the company, its licensees, successors and assigns a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display it, and users must warrant that they hold the rights to whatever they upload. The privacy policy states that personal information is never sold, while allowing disclosure to service providers, to affiliated entities during a merger or asset transfer, and to legal authorities. Visro AI describes itself as the data controller.

Section 4 of the terms allows the website to be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Temporary caching, printing a reasonable number of pages and downloading a desktop or mobile application for private use are permitted; modifying the site's materials, separating its images or videos from the accompanying text, removing copyright notices and any commercial exploitation without prior written consent are not. The terms say nothing explicit about the files the tools produce - section 4 covers materials taken from the website, not the user's own output. In practice the product pages invite visitors to download and share their results freely and without a watermark, so reuse depends chiefly on the rights the user holds over the faces and source images involved.

Section 8 of the privacy policy is the only statement about where data goes: personal information may be transferred to, processed and stored in jurisdictions outside the user's country of residence, including the United States.
