Two limits deserve stating up front. The audience figures displayed, 2M+ creators on one page and 100000+ users on another, are unsourced and inconsistent. And the product is very new: the domain was registered on 2 June 2026 and the first Wayback capture dates from 29 July 2026.

Who owns the data?
The terms of service never state who owns the images you upload or generate: the question is simply not addressed. What EzMaker does grant is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal purposes, while the FAQs separately allow commercial use of the output provided you hold the rights to the source image. On the publisher's side, the homepage promises that uploaded photos are permanently deleted within 24 hours and never saved or used for third-party training. Reuse rights
