MixMemo
MixMemo turns a single product photo into listing-ready visuals for Amazon, Shopify, Etsy and print-on-demand sellers: pure white background shots, lifestyle scenes and POD mockups that preserve the original labels, logos and packaging text.
What is MixMemo?
MixMemo presents itself as an AI product photo generator for ecommerce sellers. The premise is deliberately narrow: upload one product photo, and get three different kinds of listing asset out of it. The first is a main image on a pure white background (#FFFFFF) for Amazon, Etsy and Shopify. The second is a lifestyle photo, where the product is dropped into a realistic scene for product pages, banners and Instagram or TikTok ads. The third is a print-on-demand mockup, where artwork, a logo or a repeat pattern is mapped onto the product surface with realistic folds, contours and print placement.
The order of operations is the whole pitch. The AI cuts the product out first, then generates the surroundings around a locked cutout, so labels, logos, packaging text, colours and proportions from the original shot are preserved rather than redrawn.
Around that core sit the controls a seller actually needs. Eight product angles are offered, front, back, left, right, top, bottom, three-quarter left and three-quarter right, and up to six extra angle photos can be uploaded to help the model understand the product's structure, alongside an optional style reference. Ten brand mood presets set the look: Minimal, Luxury, Natural, Tech, Playful, Outdoor, Cozy, Fresh, Bold and Elegant. You can work in Single Shot mode or ask for a Full Listing Set of eight consistent images, pick preset sizes for Amazon, Shopify, Instagram and TikTok, and render at 1K, 2K or 4K. The credit table names the models doing the work: GPT Image 2, GPT-4o Image, Nanobanana and Nanobanana Pro.
Two secondary modules ship alongside. A general creative image generator handles portraits, posters, characters, product concepts, UI mockups and landscapes, with a prompt enhancer and image-to-prompt. And an infinite sticky-note canvas, local-first and also available as a Chrome extension, holds ideas, references and diagrams.
The publisher is based in Shenzhen, China, and the interface runs in English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. The terms are explicit on one point: MixMemo is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by the marketplaces it names.
What it does
- Generate a pure white background main image for a marketplace listing
- Place a product inside a realistic lifestyle scene
- Apply a design, a logo or a repeat pattern to a product surface for a print-on-demand mockup
- Cut out a product and export a transparent PNG
- Produce a Full Listing Set of eight advertising images in one consistent style
- Create a standalone image from a text prompt or a reference image
- Organise ideas, references and tasks on an infinite sticky-note canvas, then turn notes into mind maps, flowcharts, timelines or Gantt charts
When to use MixMemo / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if MixMemo is the right fit.
When to use MixMemo
- Amazon sellers who need pure white background (#FFFFFF) main images across several product angles
- Shopify and DTC brands producing lifestyle photography for product pages and banners
- Print-on-demand sellers applying artwork, a logo or a repeat pattern to a product, and testing designs before ordering samples
- Social media marketers and multi-SKU creative teams building Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest visuals with room for offer copy
- Students, teachers and founders who mainly want the free local-first note canvas and its diagram tools
When not to use MixMemo
- Developers who want to embed generation in their own pipeline: MixMemo publishes no API and no documentation for one
- Mobile-first users: there is no iOS or Android app, only a browser app and a Chrome extension
- Buyers whose procurement runs through legal review: no DPA, no sub-processor list, no GDPR claim and no declared hosting country
- Designers looking for original artwork: the tool maps a design you already own onto a product, it does not draw that design for you
- Anyone planning to publish free-plan output: free images are watermarked, standard definition and carry no commercial rights
How to use MixMemo
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account to unlock the AI features: email or Google sign-in, no credit card, and 200 credits granted on signup
- Upload your product photo in JPEG, PNG or WEBP
- Add up to six extra angle shots and an optional style reference so the model understands the product's structure
- Let the AI remove the background and build a locked transparent cutout
- Pick your workflow: white background, lifestyle scene, or design and pattern application
- For a print-on-demand mockup, also upload the artwork, logo or pattern, then set the application mode, scale, position and edge alignment on the product
- Choose the product angle, the brand mood preset, the model, the output size and the resolution
- Generate, then download the image for Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Instagram or your own store
- Save the file locally straight away, since outputs are not kept on the servers long-term
- Optionally install the Chrome extension for notes, or open the basic note canvas, which works without an account
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Three listing workflows from a single upload, without switching tools
- Labels, logos and packaging text from the original photo are preserved rather than redrawn, which is the usual failure point of image generators
- 200 credits granted on signup, with no credit card required
- Credits bought in a pack never expire, and paid plans and packs include commercial use
- You keep the rights you hold in the AI outputs, at no extra charge
- Local-first design keeps notes on the device until a cloud action is triggered, and both the publisher and its AI providers state they do not train on user content
- Low entry cost at USD 5 for 1,000 credits or USD 7.99 per month billed annually, with a 7-day refund guarantee, self-service cancellation and an interface in five languages
Cons
- The publisher is barely identified: the trade name MixMemo with no legal form, no full postal address, no named director, no about page and no published social account
- No mention of the GDPR, no DPA, no sub-processor list and no Article 27 representative, and the third-party AI providers are never named in the legal documents even though the credit table names the models
- No hosting country or region is declared anywhere
- No public API and no mobile app: web application and Chrome extension only
- The free plan watermarks output, caps it at standard definition, generates more slowly and grants no commercial rights
- Subscription credits reset every month with no rollover, and outputs are not stored long-term, so you have to download and archive them yourself
- Very young service, with the domain registered on 10/12/2025 and a first Wayback capture on 17/04/2026, on a canonical domain that was second-hand, and pricing shown by default at the annualised rate while the real monthly Starter price is USD 9.99, not 7.99
Pricing & Plans
MixMemo operates on a freemium model. A permanent free plan is available, granting 200 credits on signup, with watermarked output, standard definition, slower generation and no commercial rights. The lowest paid entry point is the Starter plan at USD 7.99 per month billed annually, or USD 9.99 per month on monthly billing, for 5,000 credits per month. Creator costs USD 31.99 per month billed annually for 25,000 credits with priority support, and Enterprise costs USD 75.00 per month billed annually for 100,000 credits. One-off credit packs are also sold, at USD 5 for 1,000 credits, USD 15 for 5,000 credits and USD 50 for 25,000 credits. Subscription credits reset monthly with no rollover, whereas purchased pack credits do not expire. Consumption is metered per image: 10 credits on the basic model, 40 on the refined model (Nanobanana), 60 on the realistic model (GPT-4o Image), and 60, 90 or 120 credits at 1K, 2K or 4K on Nanobanana Pro and GPT Image 2; a background cutout costs 10 credits. Payments are processed by Creem. A refund may be requested within 7 days of a first subscription, less the value of credits already consumed, and is credited within 5 to 7 business days. Prices may be changed with 30 days' notice to subscribers.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how MixMemo handles your data.
GDPR overview
The word GDPR does not appear anywhere on the site: zero occurrences across the nine published pages. There is no DPA, no sub-processor list, no EU representative under Article 27 and no named DPO. Some GDPR-adjacent machinery is nonetheless cited: Standard Contractual Clauses are used as the safeguard for transfers from the EEA and the United Kingdom, and the 14-day statutory withdrawal right is acknowledged for EEA and UK consumers, subject to the usual waiver where service starts immediately. Data subject rights, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and marketing preferences, are offered but framed under US state privacy law, and are exercised by writing to privacy@mixmemo.com (section 11 of the policy, effective 19 June 2026). The publisher sits outside the EU, in Shenzhen, China, and states that data may be processed in countries other than yours.
Who owns the data?
The terms leave you the owner of everything you upload: product photos, reference images, prompts, notes, logos and brand assets. MixMemo claims no ownership over it. You grant the publisher a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, transmit and process that content solely to operate the service, ending once the content is removed from MixMemo's systems and its partners', typically within seven days of upload. You also own the rights you hold in the AI outputs, with commercial use, publication, modification and distribution at no extra charge. MixMemo reserves that similar inputs may produce similar outputs for other users, so no exclusivity is guaranteed; you warrant you hold the rights to what you upload.
Reuse rights
MixMemo states it processes content to run the service: fulfilling generation requests, administering accounts, communications, security and fraud prevention, legal compliance, service improvement and AI content safety. The product is local-first, so notes and canvases sit in the browser's IndexedDB and are not uploaded automatically; content leaves the device only when an action requires the cloud, namely generating or editing an image, analysing a document, or creating a public share link. Submitted content is then passed to unnamed third-party AI providers. MixMemo states it does not use your notes, images or other user content to train its own AI models, and that its AI providers neither train their general-purpose models on submitted content nor share it with other third parties. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are named as analytics tools, sign-in can run through Google OAuth, and payments go through Creem. Content may also be shared with service providers covering payment, infrastructure, analytics and email delivery, for legal obligations, in a business transfer, or with your consent. On the reuse side, outputs are yours to publish, modify, distribute and sell commercially on paid plans and credit packs, without asking permission.

Hosting summary
No hosting country or region is declared anywhere on the site. The domain resolves to 216.150.1.1, an anycast node on AS16509 (Amazon.com Inc.) geolocated in the United States, which is an infrastructure clue rather than a statement by the publisher, and an anycast address does not indicate where user data physically sits. The publisher itself is located in Shenzhen, China. The privacy policy announces that data may be processed in countries other than the user's, and cites Standard Contractual Clauses as the safeguard for transfers from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. In practice, much of the note-taking side never reaches a server: notes and canvases are held by default in the browser's IndexedDB, on the device. For what does travel, MixMemo describes TLS/SSL encryption in transit, plus encryption and access controls for temporarily stored data. Card payments are handled by third-party processors compliant with PCI-DSS, and MixMemo states it does not store card numbers. No sub-processor is named in the legal documents, so the published material does not reveal which providers or which jurisdictions handle images submitted for AI processing.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting MixMemo.
- Pricing is displayed by default at the annualised rate: the real monthly Starter price is USD 9.99, not USD 7.99
- Subscription credits are lost every month if they go unused, since there is no rollover, so an oversized plan is wasted spend
- Free-plan output is watermarked and carries no commercial rights, so it cannot be published on a storefront
- The terms guarantee no compliance with Amazon, Shopify, Etsy or advertising network rules, and no business result: checking each image against platform requirements stays your job
- Outputs are not kept on the servers long-term, so download and archive each result immediately
- Uploads are sent to unnamed third-party AI providers and may be retained for up to 7 days, and you warrant you hold the rights to every logo, trademark, packaging design and model's face you upload
- No DPA and no sub-processor list, a publisher in China with announced international transfers and no stated hosting country, a refund limited to a first subscription minus consumed credits, and a canonical domain that hosted an unrelated site from 2012 to 2025, so old archive captures say nothing about this product
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low. MixMemo is a browser application with nothing to install. An account is required for the AI features, through email or Google sign-in and without a credit card, and 200 credits are granted on signup; the basic note canvas works without an account. An optional Chrome extension installs from the Chrome Web Store. The site states explicitly that no Photoshop or photo-retouching skills are needed, and accepted input formats are JPEG, PNG and WEBP. The only real learning curve is the credit table: you need to understand what each model and resolution costs before generating at scale.

Frequently asked questions
What does an AI product photo generator like MixMemo actually do?

Will the AI change my labels, logo or packaging text?
Can I download a transparent cutout PNG?
How do the print-on-demand mockups work?
Is there a free trial, and do I get commercial rights?

Is my content used to train AI models, and where are my notes stored?
Should you pick MixMemo?
MixMemo is a narrow tool, and that is its strength. Despite the creative image generator and the note canvas bolted on beside it, everything of substance points at one job: filling an ecommerce listing with usable images. One product shot goes in, a pure white background main image, a lifestyle scene and a print-on-demand mockup come out.
The distinctive claim is worth taking seriously. By cutting the product out first and generating the scene around a locked cutout, MixMemo preserves the labels, logos and packaging text of the original photo instead of redrawing them, which is precisely where general-purpose image models tend to fail on a product listing. The commercial terms are friendly too: the entry price is low, pack credits never expire, and the 200 signup credits make a genuine trial possible without a card.
Against that sits a real transparency gap. The publisher is a trade name and a city, nothing more: no legal form, no full address, no named director, no social account, no about page. There is no written GDPR commitment, no DPA, no sub-processor list and no declared hosting country, and the third-party AI providers that actually process your uploads are never named. The service is also very young, with a domain registered in December 2025 and a first archive capture in April 2026, so there is little track record to lean on.
For a solo seller or a small brand the trade-off is reasonable: pricing is low enough that the risk is bounded, and the output quality question can be settled in a free session. For a company whose purchasing runs through a legal or security review, the missing paperwork will be the sticking point long before image quality is.
