Overview

What is Phygital+?

Phygital+ is a browser-based workspace for AI design pipelines, published by Phygitalism Inc. Instead of a single prompt box, it gives you a node canvas on which models are wired to one another, from the opening prompt through to post-processing, so a result becomes a chain you can rerun, adjust and reuse rather than a one-off generation.

More than 30 models are integrated and billed in one credit currency, which removes the need for a separate subscription per provider. The line-up named on the home page covers image (GPT-Image-2, Imagen 4, FLUX, FLUX 2, FLUX Kontext, Flux.Krea, MidJourney, Ideogram 3, Recraft Image V4, Nano Banana, Seedream, QWEN 2.5, ControlNet), video (Veo 3.1, Runway Gen 4.5 and Aleph, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, Hailuo 3.0, WAN 2.5, Omnihuman, Topaz Video), vector output through the Recraft Vector Generator, text through Gemini 2.5 and 3.0, plus Sound Creation, Voice Creation and 3D.

For anyone who would rather not build a graph from scratch, 48 live templates are presented as tuned chains of models, prompts and post-processing that open in the workspace with one click, sorted into Beauty, Content, Ecommerce, Food & Lifestyle, Game dev, Interior and Marketing & Design. The publisher advertises an average of roughly 12 seconds per generation.

The declared audiences are design teams, creative agencies, marketing teams, e-commerce brands, interior and architecture studios, film and animation, and individual creators, each with its own solutions page. A separate section offers 32 free mini-tools usable without an account: image, avatar, headshot, icon, vector, mockup, meme and YouTube thumbnail generators, background and clothing swappers.

The product is entirely browser-based: no local GPU, no installation, no mobile app. Projects are private on every plan, including the free one. The company claims 300,000 users, a 4.4 rating on Trustpilot and 100+ teams, and names Yango, Finom and Natasha Denona among more than 200 creative teams using it, all figures published by the vendor and not independently verified. Its comparison pages date the founding to 2022, while the domain's first Wayback capture is 12 November 2021.

What it does

  • Chain 30+ AI models inside a single no-code node canvas, from the opening prompt to post-processing.
  • Open a pre-tuned template (48 available, sorted by sector) and swap in your own product or idea.
  • Generate and edit images: inpaint, outpaint, pan, upscale, and change background, lighting, material or season.
  • Generate video and animate still images with Kling, Veo, Seedance, Hailuo or Runway.
  • Generate 3D: a model from a photo, a 3D room from a floor plan, a 360-degree turnaround.
  • Create audio: sound effects from text, plus speech synthesis and dialogue.
  • Train custom models and LoRAs, run batches, and share canvases and frames with your team.

When to use Phygital+ / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if Phygital+ is the right fit.

When to use Phygital+

  • Creative and marketing teams producing at volume, who need repeatable chains rather than isolated generations.
  • E-commerce brands and their ad producers: product backgrounds, mockups, clothing try-on, animated banners and marketplace visuals.
  • Architects and interior designers: a 3D room from a floor plan, furnishing an empty room, swapping materials, lighting or season.
  • Creators and solopreneurs who need image, video and audio coverage without paying for three separate subscriptions.
  • Teams that want to test before committing and keep costs predictable: a permanent free tier of 500 weekly credits, no card required, and the credit cost of each generation shown before it runs.

When not to use Phygital+

  • Artists chasing the strongest single-image aesthetic: the comparison pages concede that ground to Midjourney, and anime or illustration styles to its Niji model.
  • Users who need one specialised discipline at its best: real-time generation (conceded to Krea), native SVG vector output and brand kits (Recraft), or in-video editing and performance capture (Runway Aleph and Act-Two).
  • Teams that require self-hosting or locally built custom nodes, whom the site itself points towards ComfyUI and n8n.
  • Organisations under strict GDPR obligations: the site mentions no GDPR compliance, no data processing agreement and no Article 27 representative, and personal data is processed in the United States.
  • Developers who want API access without an enterprise contract: the API is limited to the Enterprise plan and has no public documentation.
Get started

How to use Phygital+

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Create an account at app.phygital.plus/sign-up; the free tier asks for no payment card.
  2. Open a project and pick a starting point: one of the 48 sector-sorted templates, or a blank canvas.
  3. Upload your own material: product photo, sketch, floor plan, style reference or brand assets.
  4. Wire the nodes together, for example an image model in, a video model or an upscaler out, with a prompt at each step.
  5. Check the credit cost, which is displayed live before the generation runs.
  6. Run the pipeline and iterate on the variants until the result holds.
  7. Download the output; image download is included from the Starter plan upward.
  8. For recurring production, save the pipeline as a reusable template and push batches through it.
  9. For teamwork, share the canvas and frames, then manage seats (up to 10 on Teams), centralised billing and admin permissions.
  10. Coming from Midjourney, follow the migration path documented on the site: export your prompts, sign up free, rebuild the generation from a template, then chain video, audio and upscaling onto it.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • One subscription and one credit currency for 30+ models from different providers, instead of an account per vendor.
  • A permanent free tier rather than a time-limited trial: 500 credits a week, no payment card, and private projects included.
  • The credit cost of every generation is shown before it runs, which makes budgets predictable and avoids GPU-hour arithmetic.
  • Unusually broad multimodal coverage in a single canvas: image, video, audio, text and 3D.
  • Pre-tuned templates remove the blank page, and any pipeline can be saved and rerun for recurring production.
  • Nothing to install: no local GPU, no compiled nodes, in explicit contrast to ComfyUI.
  • Commercial use of generations from the Starter plan at $14.99 a month, with custom model training included in the paid plans.

Cons

  • No postal address is published anywhere: no legal notice, no contact page, no footer address, and no about page either; business contact runs through a third-party Airtable form.
  • No GDPR mention, no data processing agreement, no sub-processor list and no published retention policy.
  • The licence granted over generated content is very broad: perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable, and open to third-party use in connection with improving the Services.
  • No documented way to exclude your content from that use.
  • The terms have not been updated since 1 January 2024 and still carry leftover references to another product, Scenario, in articles 5.4, 7.3 and 9.1.
  • The terms linked from the footer point to a Softr subdomain whose page does not render without JavaScript, so two different sets of terms coexist.
  • The API is reserved for the Enterprise plan with no public documentation, and there is no mobile app.

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how Phygital+ handles your data.

GDPR overview

There is no mention of the GDPR anywhere on the site. Neither the terms nor the privacy policy references the GDPR, the CCPA, a data protection officer or an EU representative under Article 27. No data processing agreement is published or offered on request, no sub-processor list exists, no retention schedule is given, and no rights of access, rectification, erasure or portability are described. The only identified channel for personal-data questions is ai@phygital.plus. A cookie consent banner is present, with functional, preferences, statistics and marketing categories, although its labels are served mostly in Russian in the page source. The terms provide for deletion of a minor's account when a parent or guardian reports it (art. 9.2), and set California law, San Francisco jurisdiction and AAA arbitration with a class-action waiver. This silence is neither a claim of compliance nor evidence of non-compliance.

Who owns the data?

The terms separate User Assets, the files you upload and warrant you own (art. 5.4), from User Generated Content, the assets and algorithms you produce on the platform. Phygitalism Inc. owns the Services, the Content and the Marks (art. 5.1) and grants you only a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them (art. 5.2). Commercial use of your generations is included from the Starter plan upward. In exchange, art. 5.5 grants Phygital+ a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free licence over your generated content, which third parties may also use in connection with improving the Services. No warranty is given that outputs are unique or free of third-party rights.

Reuse rights

The privacy policy lists the data collected as email address, payment information, generation information (prompts and image outputs) and device data, and states the list is not exhaustive. Payments go through an unnamed third-party processor, which may change and must use TLS or equivalent encryption. Marketing emails may be sent, with unsubscription by writing to support@phygital.plus or using the unsubscribe link. Article 1 of the terms makes use of the Services conditional on your login credentials and personal information being transferred to and processed in the United States. Generated content may be used, including by third parties, in connection with improving the Services, and no opt-out is documented. Questions about the policy go to ai@phygital.plus. The policy carries no effective or last-updated date; the terms are dated 1 January 2024.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
No retention period is published. The documents say neither how long prompts and generated outputs are kept, nor what happens to them once an account is closed, nor whether anything is anonymised or deleted. The privacy policy states only that no one currently has access to your generation history, which speaks to access, not to duration. You may end the relationship by ceasing to use the Service and closing your account (art. 4.4), following instructions provided by the publisher, while Phygital+ may terminate your access at its sole discretion (art. 4.3). A minor's account is deleted when a parent or guardian reports it (art. 9.2). Articles 3, 4.5, 5.1, 5.5, 5.6, 8 and 9 survive termination, including article 5.5, the licence over generated content, which therefore outlives the account.

Hosting summary

The only hosting statement the publisher makes is jurisdictional: article 1 of the terms provides that your login credentials and any personal information you supply are transferred to and processed in the United States of America, and using the Services constitutes consent to that transfer. It is consistent with the rest of the contract, which is governed by the law of the State of California, with jurisdiction in San Francisco. Beyond that, the site names no data centre, no cloud region and no infrastructure provider, and offers no data residency option; European hosting is neither offered nor mentioned. Nothing is said about where inference itself runs, which matters for a platform that orchestrates third-party models. One network data point, not declared by the site: the marketing site's IP address, 82.25.87.38, resolves to the United States on AS47583, Hostinger International Limited. That concerns the public website only and says nothing definitive about where the application, or the models it calls, are hosted.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Phygital+.

  • The licence you grant over generated content is perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable and transferable, and third parties may be allowed to use that content in connection with improving the Services, with no documented opt-out.
  • No retention period is published: nothing states how long prompts and outputs are kept, including after an account is closed.
  • No GDPR, data processing agreement, Article 27 representative or sub-processor list is mentioned anywhere, and personal data is processed in the United States, consent being given by accepting the terms.
  • Phygital+ gives no warranty that generated content is unique, protectable or free of third-party rights, so clearance before commercial publication remains the user's responsibility.
  • Disputes go to mandatory AAA arbitration in California with a class-action waiver, the opt-out window being 30 days from acceptance of the terms.
  • Liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the fees paid over the previous twelve months, and payments are non-refundable except for a technical billing error.
  • The legal paperwork is weak in places: no postal address anywhere, leftover references to another product inside the terms, and footer terms hosted on a subdomain whose page does not render without JavaScript.
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Getting started is easy. Nothing is installed: the product runs entirely in the browser, needs no local GPU, and sign-up takes an email address or a third-party account, with no payment card on the free tier, a point the site makes directly against ComfyUI. The learning curve sits in the node canvas itself, and the pre-tuned templates exist to bypass it at the start. Testimonials on the home page describe an interface approachable for beginners, with advanced functions unlocked later, and a node layout that helps in reordering steps. Enterprise adds onboarding, training sessions and a dedicated manager.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does Phygital+ have a free plan?
Yes, and it is permanent rather than a trial: 500 credits per week, 10 projects, access to the 30+ models and private projects, with no payment card required.
How much does the first paid plan cost?
The Starter plan is $14.99 per month, or $12.00 per month with an annual commitment.
Can I use the generated visuals commercially?
Yes, from the Starter plan upward. The privacy policy confirms that the website and the product may be used for both personal and commercial purposes.
Which AI models are available?
More than 30, among them MidJourney, FLUX 2, Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, Seedream, Runway, Nano Banana, GPT Image, Imagen 4, Recraft, Ideogram 3 and Topaz Video, all billed in the same credit currency.
Is there an API?
Yes, but on the Enterprise plan only, with integration support. No public API documentation is available.
Is there a mobile app?
No. Phygital+ runs entirely in the browser, with no iOS or Android application.
What is the minimum age to use Phygital+?
18, or 13 under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts the terms on the minor's behalf.
Where is my data processed?
In the United States. Article 1 of the terms makes use of the Services conditional on consenting to that transfer and processing.
Are my generations used to train models?
The terms grant Phygital+ a broad licence over generated content in connection with improving the Services, including use by third parties. No document explicitly mentions model training, and no opt-out is documented. The privacy policy states that no one currently has access to your generation history.
Are payments refundable?
No. Payments are non-refundable except in the case of a technical billing error, such as a duplicate charge.
Conclusion

Should you pick Phygital+?

Phygital+ makes a clear bet: the value lies not in owning the single best model but in chaining models and making the chain repeatable. On its own comparison pages the publisher concedes pictorial quality to Midjourney, real-time generation to Krea, native vector output to Recraft and in-video editing to Runway. What it offers instead is one canvas, one credit currency and one subscription covering image, video, audio, text and 3D, with 48 tuned templates so work starts from a pipeline rather than a blank page. For teams producing at volume, that trade is usually the right one.

Trying it costs nothing and commits nothing: the free tier is permanent, gives 500 weekly credits, asks for no card and keeps projects private, so the tool can be judged on real work before any payment. The first paid plan is $14.99 a month and unlocks commercial use.

The reservations concern the publisher rather than the product. No postal address, no about page and no contact page appear anywhere on the site, and the legal documentation is minimal: no GDPR mention, no data processing agreement, no sub-processor list, no retention schedule. The licence taken over generated content is unusually broad, being perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable and open to third parties in connection with improving the Services, with no documented way to opt out. And the terms have not moved since 1 January 2024, still carrying leftover references to another product, while the model catalogue changes continuously.

As a creative production tool, Phygital+ is coherent and generous with what it gives away for free. As a vendor to run regulated or sensitive material through, it asks for more trust than its published documents currently earn.
