GDPR overview
The publisher's privacy policy cites Regulation (EU) 2016/679 explicitly and enumerates seven data-subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, together with the right to complain to the supervisory authority. Noesis states that it does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, the single exception being Bizneo, its recruitment subcontractor, whose servers sit outside the EEA under Article 49. Security measures are listed: physical access control, logical separation of records, passwords and access levels, firewalls, antivirus, and encryption at rest. The GDPR contact is privacidade@noesis.pt. As the company is established in Portugal, no Article 27 representative is required or named. The policy was created on 19 April 2018 and last revised on 27 March 2023. It covers the corporate website, not the platform's customer data.
Who owns the data?
The controller named in the publisher's privacy policy is Noesis Portugal – Consultadoria em Sistemas Informáticos, S.A., registered in Lisbon under taxpayer number 505128985. That document governs the corporate website rather than customer test data held in the platform, and no separate product agreement is published. Noesis states that it does not disclose collected personal data except where required by law or by the competent authorities. Data subjects keep the full set of GDPR rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent — exercisable at any time and free of charge, in writing to privacidade@noesis.pt or in person at the company's premises.
Reuse rights
The published documents do not grant end users any explicit right to reuse data extracted from the platform, and no product-level agreement setting out ownership of test artefacts could be found. The terms and conditions cover the publisher's website only: information there is supplied as is, with no guarantee of accuracy, and visitors may view, copy, print and share it for information purposes but not for commercial ones.
