Omind
Omind is an AI platform for enterprise contact centers: it scores 100% of conversations, harmonizes agent accents in real time, and runs voice and chat bots. Pricing is not published; access starts with a demo.
What is Omind?
Omind is an AI layer that sits on top of an existing contact center rather than replacing it. The vendor puts it plainly: it does not replace the contact center, it listens to every conversation the center already handles and turns each one into quality, clarity, automation and insight.
Four products carry that promise. AIQMS is a quality management system that audits every voice and non-voice interaction against audit sheets configured to the buyer's own compliance framework, where manual QA typically samples one or two percent. It spreads audits randomly across analysts to remove evaluator bias, ties each finding to the exact moment in the conversation that produced it, and feeds those findings into agent coaching cards and training needs analysis. Accent Harmonizer, powered by Sanas, converts how an agent's accent reaches the listener during a live call in under 200 milliseconds, adds omni-directional noise suppression on both sides of the line, and installs as a virtual audio device without touching the telephony stack. Conversational AI covers Chat AI and Voice AI, the latter powered by Sayin.AI: a no-code builder, more than fifty prebuilt intents across retail, banking, healthcare and telecom, automatic language detection, and handover to a human carrying the whole conversation. Arya is the analytics engine, presented as one model playing five roles - quality auditor, coach, co-pilot, product lens and digital cockpit - with predictive CSAT and NPS and live views of backlog, handle time and sentiment. Marketing AI, a social listening module and an employee lifecycle module also appear on the site.
The publisher is unusual for the category. Omind is the product suite of Fusion CX, a business process outsourcer running since 2004 across twelve countries, which deploys the products inside its own contact centers before selling them outside. Target industries are published explicitly: retail and e-commerce, travel, hospitality and transport, banking, financial services and insurance, healthcare, plus telecom and BPO. The commercial model is just as explicit: no published pricing, no self-service signup, and a demo request form as the only way in.
What it does
- Score 100% of voice and non-voice conversations against a custom audit scorecard instead of a manual sample
- Harmonize an agent's accent for the listener during a live call, in under 200 milliseconds, without changing their voice
- Resolve tier-one enquiries end to end with voice and chat bots, and escalate to a human with full context
- Turn quality findings into personalised agent coaching plans and a training needs analysis
- Summarise calls live and push action items into the CRM without post-call note taking
- Predict CSAT and NPS and watch backlog, handle time, severity and sentiment in one operational cockpit
- Run multichannel campaigns across WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS and email
When to use Omind / When not to

When to use Omind
- Quality managers and QA analysts in contact centers who still audit calls by hand and reach only one or two percent of them
- Operations leaders running offshore or nearshore voice teams that serve English-speaking markets and lose time to repeated sentences
- Compliance officers in banking, insurance and healthcare who need every interaction scored, logged and replayable for an audit
- BPO providers who want tier-one enquiries resolved automatically across voice, chat and WhatsApp before a human is involved
- CX and customer insight teams looking to pull recurring complaints, sentiment and product signals out of live conversations
When not to use Omind
- Small support teams: every figure, case study and testimonial on the site describes an enterprise-scale operation
- Buyers who need to size a budget before speaking to anyone, since no price appears anywhere on the site
- Developers who want to build against a documented public API: none is published and no developer documentation exists
- Procurement and legal teams that require signed terms, a data processing agreement and certification reports up front
- Individuals and freelancers: there is no self-service signup, no free plan on the main products and no mobile app
How to use Omind
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Try the interactive voice agent on the homepage: pick one of four scenarios, leave a name and phone number, and take the call the bot places
- Read the product page matching your need - AIQMS, Accent Harmonizer, Conversational AI, Chat AI, Voice AI or Arya
- Fill in the demo request form on the schedule-a-demo page with your details, industry and area of interest
- Alternatively contact the sales team by email or on the United States phone number published on the contact page, Monday to Friday
- Discuss scope with sales: there is no price list, so the commercial terms are set in that conversation
- Ask up front for the terms of service, the data processing agreement and any certification report, none of which are published
- Plan the connection to your existing CCaaS, telephony, CRM and ticketing stack, which Omind says is configured during onboarding
- For AIQMS, define the audit scorecards and compliance rules the AI will score every interaction against
- For Accent Harmonizer, roll out the virtual audio device to agent workstations; the vendor claims hours rather than quarters, from ten to ten thousand agents
- For Conversational AI, build flows in the no-code builder or start from the prebuilt intent library, then set the escalation rules to human agents
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Full audit coverage instead of sampling: the platform is built to score every interaction rather than the one or two percent a manual team reaches
- The vendor runs the products in its own contact centers first, which is a rare filter in a category dominated by pure software companies
- Deliberately additive architecture: the CCaaS, telephony, CRM and ticketing stack stays in place, nothing is ripped out
- Accent Harmonizer is documented in detail - sub-200 ms latency, no audio storage, no PII collection, optional on-device processing
- Clear focus on regulated sectors, with an explicit posture toward HIPAA, PCI, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and CCPA
- Verifiable public evidence: named clients, three case studies, six signed testimonials and playable before-and-after audio samples by region
- Delivery footprint across twelve countries with a no-code builder that keeps business teams independent of engineering
Cons
- No pricing at all: no price list, no range, no order of magnitude, which makes any comparison impossible before a sales call
- No terms of service, no legal notice and no data processing agreement anywhere; the only legal document is a privacy policy
- That privacy policy dates from September 2024, is generic, and lists no GDPR rights, no legal basis, no retention period and no privacy contact
- Compliance is claimed as posture and alignment rather than certification, with no security or trust page and no report to inspect
- Two different legal names coexist on the site, a US Inc. in the footer and an Indian Pvt Ltd in the privacy policy, never reconciled
- No public API documentation despite integrations advertised through standard APIs, and no mobile application
- Every headline result figure is rendered by an animated counter and reads as zero in the static page, so none can be verified
Pricing & Plans
Omind does not publish any pricing. There is no pricing page on the site, no plan, no rate and no order of magnitude, and the vendor sells exclusively through a demo request. No permanent free plan is documented for the main products. The only free offer found is a one-month trial of the secondary Social Listening module, obtained through a form. The structured data on the site carries an indicative price range marker of three currency symbols, which is a positioning signal rather than a price.
Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Omind handles your data.
GDPR overview
Omind claims GDPR compliance in marketing copy but does not document it. The About page lists "BFSI compliance frameworks, HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, regional data residency" as founding constraints, and the Accent Harmonizer page advertises a "SOC 2 Type II-aligned architecture" and an "ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, CCPA posture". The wording is consistently one of alignment and posture, never certification. The privacy policy itself, dated 3 September 2024, never mentions the GDPR once: it lists no data subject rights, no legal basis for processing, no retention periods and no international transfer mechanism. No data protection officer, no Article 27 EU representative, no privacy contact address and no data processing agreement are published, and the site has no security or trust page.
Who owns the data?
Omind publishes no terms and conditions, so ownership of customer data is never contractually defined on the site. The only document available is a privacy policy dated 3 September 2024. It states that Omind collects contact details, organisation name and size, job title, email, phone number, and billing and card details when a customer subscribes, and that it does not sell, rent or exchange this information without consent. It nevertheless reserves the right to share information with third parties for business and marketing purposes, and to disclose it in response to legal proceedings or a court order. Nothing in the document addresses who owns the call recordings, transcripts and quality scores the products generate.
Reuse rights
The privacy policy describes what Omind does with data, not what the customer may do with it. Declared purposes are broad: fulfilling requests, processing orders and billing, improving services, market research, analysing customer and market trends, and unspecified general purposes. Job applicant data may be kept for future openings, and event registration data may be shared with co-hosting partners, sponsors, vendors and clients. Because no terms and conditions are published, the customer's rights to export, reuse or redistribute conversation data, transcripts and audit results are undefined. Model training is never mentioned in the privacy policy; the only related statement covers Accent Harmonizer, where the site says audio is processed in real time, never stored, and no training data is retained.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
Omind names no hosting country and no hosting region anywhere on its site. The only related statement is a claim of "regional data residency" on the About page, made without specifying a single region, jurisdiction or data center location. No cloud provider is named, no subprocessor list is published and no security or trust page exists where such information would normally sit. The one concrete commitment concerns Accent Harmonizer: the product page states that audio is processed in real time and never stored, that no personally identifiable information is collected, and that on-device processing is available for regulated environments, which limits the hosting question for that product specifically. For everything else - quality audits, transcripts, conversation logs and analytics - the hosting jurisdiction is undocumented and must be obtained from the vendor. A technical note that is not a vendor statement: the marketing site itself resolves to an address hosted in the United States, which says nothing about where the production platform runs.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Omind.
- Two different legal entities appear on the same site without being reconciled: the footer of every page reads Omind Technologies Inc., while the privacy policy states that Omind is a brand name for Omind Technologies Pvt Ltd
- The headquarters is contradictory: the About page names Kolkata in India as the global headquarters, while the site's structured data carries a single company address in Norcross, Georgia, with Atlanta given as the founding location
- No terms of service, no legal notice and no data processing agreement are published; thirteen usual legal URLs return 404 and the sitemap confirms none exists, so no contractual framework can be read before a commercial discussion
- Compliance claims are worded as posture and alignment rather than certification - SOC 2 Type II-aligned, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI and CCPA posture - and no security page, trust page or report is available anywhere
- GDPR compliance is claimed in marketing copy while the privacy policy never mentions the regulation, lists no rights, sets no retention duration and publishes no privacy contact; the policy also reserves the right to share data with third parties for marketing purposes
- The company creation date is uncertain: structured data declares a founding year of 2015, the About page dates the parent company to 2004, the domain was only registered in March 2022 and the first web archive capture dates from November 2023
- Every headline performance figure on the site - call coverage, handle time reduction, error decline, client count - is rendered by an animated counter and reads as zero in the underlying page, so none of them can be independently verified
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low for the end user, but entirely dependent on the vendor. Nothing is self-service: deployment starts with a sales conversation and a scoped onboarding. Accent Harmonizer installs as a virtual audio device on agent workstations, which the vendor says takes hours rather than quarters and scales from ten to ten thousand agents without infrastructure change. Conversational AI uses a no-code builder, and connections to CCaaS, telephony, CRM and ticketing are configured during onboarding. The real effort sits in defining audit scorecards and compliance rules. No public technical documentation exists.

Should you pick Omind?
Omind is a real, detailed and unusually well-evidenced product on the functional side. Five distinct product pages, a working interactive voicebot on the homepage, playable before-and-after audio samples by region, three case studies, six signed testimonials and named clients leave little doubt about what the platform does. The publisher adds a credibility that few vendors in this category can claim: Omind is the product suite of Fusion CX, a business process outsourcer running contact centers since 2004, which deploys these tools on its own floors before selling them. For a large operation drowning in manual QA sampling, or an offshore voice team losing handle time to accent friction, the proposition is coherent and precisely argued.
The contractual and legal side is another matter. There are no terms of service, no legal notice and no data processing agreement: thirteen usual legal URLs return 404, and the absence is confirmed by the site's own sitemap. The single legal document is a generic privacy policy from September 2024 that never mentions the GDPR, lists no data subject rights, sets no retention period and gives no privacy contact. Compliance with HIPAA, PCI, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and the GDPR is claimed as posture and alignment, never as certification, and no report or trust page exists. Two legal names coexist without being reconciled, a US corporation in the footer and an Indian private limited company in the privacy policy, while the About page names Kolkata as the global headquarters.
None of this makes the product doubtful; it makes the due diligence impossible to run from the website. Anyone considering Omind should treat the sales conversation as the moment to obtain the contract, the DPA, the retention terms, the hosting jurisdictions and the actual certification status - because the site provides none of them.
