GDPR overview
Deciphr's privacy notice, last updated on 6 January 2023, addresses the GDPR and UK GDPR directly. Who owns the data?
Under the terms and conditions you keep ownership of the files and text you upload, but you grant Deciphr Corporation Pty Ltd an unusually broad licence over them: to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform and display, reformat, translate, transmit and excerpt your contributions. The same licence extends to your company logo, your brand marks and your likeness, and to content you publish about Deciphr on public platforms. You are asked to waive your moral rights. Reuse rights
Nothing in the published terms restricts what you may do with the outputs Deciphr generates from your own uploads.
