AIVA AI
AIVA AI is the artificial-intelligence layer of the Lithuanian AIVA 9001 business platform. It builds optimal daily production schedules, forecasts incoming order flow and analyses operator efficiency for manufacturers working to custom, one-off orders.
What is AIVA AI?
AIVA AI is the artificial-intelligence model published by AIVA SISTEMA, a Vilnius software house that describes itself as one of the oldest IT companies in Lithuania and has been trading since 1990. It is not a standalone application: the vendor is explicit that the model works together with the AIVA production management system, the manufacturing edition of the AIVA 9001 platform that the company calls its main product and that also carries CRM, ERP, ISO 9001 and e-commerce functions.
Its first job is scheduling. Drawing on the platform's own data about production load, employee competences, equipment efficiency and technical characteristics, the model composes an optimal daily work plan and distributes tasks between people and machines so as to avoid idle time, unplanned interruptions and bottlenecks. The second is forecasting: by analysing historical data, seasonality and dynamic production indicators, it projects the coming flow of orders so that shifts, holidays and extra hiring can be prepared in advance. The vendor stresses that these are projections grounded in functional planning rather than guesswork.
Beyond planning, the model measures people and equipment. It tracks how operator productivity shifts over time and which specialists perform best on which operations, exposing where the real gains in throughput sit. It partly automates the tedious transfer of data from CAD drawings and technical documentation, recognising key product parameters, matching listed materials to the company's own nomenclature and preparing the initial order data. It can predict equipment failure risk from operating history and load, and it can be combined with computer vision so that a visual defect is registered automatically and the non-conformity process starts on its own.
The stated payoff is that production orders are completed up to 30% faster. The vendor is equally clear about the precondition: results depend on the quality of accumulated data, which exists only once the core management processes have been digitised. AIVA AI is sold to manufacturers of non-standard, made-to-order products, the segment generic ERP systems handle least well, and it is reached through a consultation rather than a sign-up page.
What it does
- Build the optimal daily production schedule from workload, employee competence and equipment data
- Allocate tasks across operators and machines according to skill and current load
- Forecast incoming order flow and size production capacity ahead of demand
- Analyse operator efficiency, working speed and actual output
- Extract product parameters from technical documentation and CAD drawings and map them to the material catalogue
- Predict equipment failure risk from operating history and load to avoid unplanned downtime
- Flag visual defects through computer vision and open the non-conformity workflow automatically

A quick filter to help you decide if AIVA AI is the right fit.
When to use AIVA AI
- Small and mid-sized manufacturers producing custom or one-off items: furniture, wood, metal, plastics, glass, blinds, doors, electronics and printing
- Production managers who schedule shop-floor operations and balance work-centre load
- Manufacturers still running disconnected programs alongside spreadsheets, and paying for it in double data entry
- Construction firms managing projects, subcontractors and on-site time recording through AIVA STATYBA
- Wholesale and retail businesses combining e-commerce, till operations and stock control through AIVA PREKYBA
When not to use AIVA AI
- Buyers who want to sign up online and get going alone: every route here runs through a form and a consultation
- Anyone comparing published price lists, since the site has no pricing page and quotes are set case by case
- English-only teams: the product and its content are Lithuanian first, and several English pages are still empty placeholders
- People looking for a conversational assistant or a content generator rather than shop-floor management software
- Organisations wanting a quick self-service rollout, when the vendor itself recommends a staged implementation project
How to use AIVA AI
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Request the free initial consultation and system demonstration through the enquiry form
- Where eligible, take the free digitalisation audit funded by the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists, which maps the flow from customer enquiry to invoicing
- Digitise the core management processes first, since the vendor states that AI output is only as good as the accumulated data
- Roll out in stages, automating the single most important production process before anything else
- Configure the product and operation catalogue and the material nomenclature
- Add further modules as the need arises: supply, warehouse, semi-finished goods, cost price, barcodes and RFID
- Connect the accounting package already in use and, in manufacturing, the design software
- Install shop-floor terminals so scheduled tasks reach operators, who pick a task and confirm they are running it
- Let the system record material consumption and finished output without manual entry
- Work from the forecasts, efficiency analyses and planned-versus-actual cost comparisons
Pros & Cons
Pros
- A publisher trading since 1990, with the legal entity entered in the Lithuanian register on 27 December 1990: unusual longevity for an AI offering
- Named, checkable references including Panevezio statybos trestas, Gintaro baldai across 46 stores, Lietuvos pastas and several municipalities
- One chain from customer enquiry to delivery, removing the double entry between sales, production, purchasing, stock and accounting
- Built for non-standard and made-to-order production, the case generic ERP systems handle worst
- Accounting and CAD integrations already delivered against real packages used in the Lithuanian market
- Priced, the vendor claims, well below SAP, Microsoft Axapta, Oracle and QAD, and presented as simpler to install
- AI development backed by public funding and an academic collaboration with Vytautas Magnus University
Cons
- No pricing page at all: the address that looks like one serves a generic page identical to that of an invented address
- No terms and conditions and no legal notice; the privacy policy is the only contractual document published
- A thin English version, with several empty placeholder pages and the AIVA AI article available only in Lithuanian
- A dated web presence: no robots.txt, no social preview image, and a 8,359-URL sitemap still full of a 2000s computer hardware catalogue
- The claim of up to 30% faster order completion carries no method, scope or source
- Nothing is published about where customer data is hosted, no processor is named and no data processing agreement is offered
- Training of models on customer data is never addressed: there is neither a commitment nor an opt-out
Pricing & Plans
There is no free plan and no pricing page. The only figures the vendor publishes appear in a dated promotional notice aimed at wood-processing companies: AIVA GAMYBA is rented at EUR 49 per workstation per month, to which a database hosting charge of EUR 20 per month and a system servicing charge of EUR 35 per month are added, all excluding VAT. The worked example for four workstations comes to EUR 211.80 per month once a 20% discount is applied to the rental line. Because hosting and servicing appear to be charged per company rather than per seat, a single-workstation configuration would reach roughly EUR 104 per month, more than double the headline licence figure. Additional modules, integrations and work outside the promotion are quoted individually. These amounts concern AIVA GAMYBA rather than AIVA AI, and the offer closes on 30 September 2026; as no general price list is published, no starting price has been recorded in this entry.

Data, GDPR & hosting

GDPR overview
Compliance is claimed in so many words: the privacy policy states that personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, and it names the supervisory authority, the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate at ada.lt, together with the right to complain to it. The document was approved by order of general director Robertas Sertvytis on 23 May 2018 and has been in force since 24 May 2018. It sets out rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection, and bases direct marketing on prior consent. Security measures are described: protection of staff, information, internal networks and equipment, updated software behind firewalls and antivirus, and restricted, monitored access rights to systems and databases. No data protection officer is designated, and no Article 27 representative is required since the publisher is established in the EU.
Who owns the data?
The site publishes no terms and conditions, so the privacy policy is the only contractual document available. It names KUB AIVA sistema, company code 120124533, at Aguonu g. 6 in Vilnius, as the data controller. Processors are described only by category: providers that maintain servers and computers on the company's behalf, and author supervision of the programs. None of them is named. They may process data solely within the limits of their contractual obligations, and only authorised employees handle personal data, all information about which is treated as confidential. Beyond that, data is disclosed to third parties only in response to a court or state authority request.
Reuse rights
The privacy policy covers personal data alone and never addresses ownership of the business data entered into the system. As a data subject you may see your personal data and how it is processed, have inaccurate records corrected and incomplete ones completed, request erasure once the data is no longer needed for its original purpose or once you withdraw consent and no other legal basis applies, ask for your data to be ported to another controller, and object to processing, including direct marketing. Requests are made in writing to robert@aiva.lt or by post to Aguonu g. 6, Vilnius, and are honoured once you have properly confirmed your identity. Details may also be changed or updated at any time in writing, by telephone, through the website, or via the contacts named in the contract. Direct marketing runs on prior consent only and uses name, surname and e-mail address. Nothing published grants or restricts commercial reuse of data by the customer.

Hosting summary
No hosting country is published: neither the privacy policy nor any other page names a jurisdiction. Two deployment patterns are nonetheless documented. The database can sit on the customer's own server or on AIVA SISTEMA's, and the vendor sells a migration service that moves an AIVA 9001 database from the customer's server to its own. The wood-industry promotion carries a separate database hosting line at EUR 20 per month, so hosting is a billable service rather than an assumption. The privacy policy states that contracts are in place with server service providers that apply data protection standards, hold certified encryption systems, apply technical and organisational safeguards, guarantee continuous operation and keep backups on a cloud server. No provider is named. One distinction matters here: the public website resolves to 212.24.99.182, an address in Vilnius operated by Interneto vizija. That is the hosting of the marketing site, not of the customer platform, and it says nothing about where business data actually lives.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting AIVA AI.
- Two live legal entities sit behind the offering: KUB AIVA SISTEMA, registered 27 December 1990, publishes the site, while MB Aiva AI, registered 20 October 2023, is named on the EU-projects page as developing the AI product
- Strong name collision: aiva.ai is an unrelated AI music generator, and the two products and their accounts should not be confused
- The claim of up to 30% faster order completion comes with no protocol, no scope and no published source
- Output quality depends on prior digitisation, as the vendor admits: deployed on incomplete data, the system will produce wrong schedules that still look objective
- Operator efficiency analysis amounts to individual productivity monitoring, sensitive under employment law and the GDPR; nothing is said about informing staff or running an impact assessment
- Accepting machine-generated schedules and forecasts without scrutiny erodes supervisors' own grasp of their shop floor
- With no terms and conditions published, the contractual framework only becomes visible at quotation stage
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Implementation is a project, not an install. The vendor recommends a staged rollout, automating one key production process before connecting the rest, and its promotion bundles four hours of remote deployment consulting and staff training, a fair signal that guidance is expected. The product and operation catalogue and the material nomenclature must be configured, and processes digitised beforehand. Shop-floor hardware may be needed: production terminals, barcodes, touch screens and RFID, depending on the modules. Accounting and CAD integrations are built case by case. There is no self-service installation.

Should you pick AIVA AI?
AIVA AI is best understood as an artificial-intelligence layer bolted onto a mature industrial ERP rather than a standalone AI product. That is its strength. The scheduling, forecasting and efficiency analysis it offers only work because the AIVA 9001 platform underneath already holds the order, operation, material and time data they need, and AIVA SISTEMA has been assembling that platform since the early 2000s, with a legal entity on the Lithuanian register since December 1990. The named customer list is unusually concrete for this category, and the focus on non-standard, made-to-order manufacturing addresses precisely the case that generic ERP systems handle worst.
The reservations are about transparency rather than substance. There is no pricing page, no terms and conditions and no legal notice; the only figures in circulation belong to a time-limited promotion for one industry. The English version of the site is incomplete to the point where the AIVA AI article itself is available only in Lithuanian. The headline claim of up to 30% faster order completion is published without any supporting method. Data governance is thin: no hosting country, no named processors, no data processing agreement, and complete silence on whether customer data trains the models.
One point deserves a human check. The site is published by KUB AIVA SISTEMA, but its own EU-funding page attributes development of the Aiva AI product to a separate company, MB Aiva AI, registered in October 2023. Buyers should also be aware that aiva.ai, an AI music generator, is an entirely unrelated product. For a Lithuanian or Baltic manufacturer already considering an ERP replacement, this is a credible option best explored through the free consultation.
