GDPR is addressed explicitly. mnml.ai is the data controller for individual accounts; on Team and Enterprise accounts it acts as processor and the subscribing organization is the controller, under a DPA available on request, which prevails over the privacy policy. Section 8 lists access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority. Primary data storage is in the European Union for GDPR compliance, and transfers outside the EU rely on legally approved mechanisms.
