Procurly
Procurly is an AI procurement agent from Slovak publisher omnius s. r. o. It drafts the specification, emails suppliers, collects and scores their quotes, and you decide. Billing combines a one-off deployment with a share of the savings.
What is Procurly?
Procurly is an internal procurement tool published by omnius s. r. o., a Slovak technology company. The premise is deliberately plain: you define what needs to be sourced, an AI agent contacts suppliers, collects quotes and evaluates them, and you decide. omnius sums it up as an AI agent that replaces your purchasing department, which it qualifies immediately: routine sourcing is what gets replaced, while strategic decisions stay with the company.
Six functions carry the product. An AI agent drafts the specification, identifies candidate suppliers and reaches out to them by email. Incoming quotes are scored automatically on price, delivery time, quality and a history rating. A rule-based approval workflow, keyed to amount, category and department, decides who signs off. A supplier database holds a structured profile per vendor covering capabilities, locations, rates, certifications and past ratings. A public onboarding form, placed on your own website, lets suppliers register themselves and creates their profile automatically. Finally, Procurly runs standalone but can be wired into omniHub, the publisher's own CRM, or into an accounting system or existing ERP, with the scope of that connection agreed during deployment.
omnius explains the gap it targets with an origin story: an internal rule requiring at least three quotes for any purchase above EUR 2,000, never held to for more than a few weeks, and roughly EUR 20,000 lost over a year to a supplier who no longer had the best price. That drift is what Procurly is meant to remove, without taking over judgement, because Procurly prepares a comparison and a recommendation, but the final call is human.
The publisher supports the pitch with third-party market research rather than its own metrics. Citing Art of Procurement, Companion Link and Sievo, it reports that 94% of enterprise procurement leaders use generative AI weekly, that purchasing costs typically fall by 5 to 25%, that administrative costs drop 15 to 20% in half of organisations, that time spent on sourcing falls by 35%, and that a large enterprise saves an average of USD 4.6 million a year. None of those are measured Procurly results.
One distinction matters before you engage: omnius also sells Obstaravac.sk for public tendering. Procurly is the private B2B side, internal purchasing. It deploys in the cloud or on-premise, and the publisher argues the space is still wide open in Slovakia.
What it does
- Turn a plain “I need to order X” request into a written purchase specification drafted by the AI agent
- Search for suppliers both in your own supplier database and on the open market
- Contact the shortlisted suppliers by email and run the RFQ round without manual mailing
- Collect the incoming quotes and score them on price, delivery time, quality and history rating
- Route every request through a rule-based approval workflow keyed to amount, category and department
- Produce a side-by-side comparison and a recommendation, leaving the final decision to a human
- Feed approved orders and supplier records into omniHub, an accounting system or an existing ERP
When to use Procurly / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Procurly is the right fit.
When to use Procurly
- Companies with irregular purchasing: they buy materials, services and subcontracting regularly enough to matter, but have no dedicated purchasing department
- Procurement teams that want routine RFQ rounds automated while keeping strategic negotiation in human hands
- Project managers who need to re-test the market on every project instead of reusing a price negotiated a year ago
- CFOs and owners looking for an audit-friendly purchasing process with approval rules and a savings figure they can verify
- Organisations with real purchase volume but no systematic competitive bidding, where a first proper round of quotes has the most to gain
When not to use Procurly
- Buyers running public tenders: omnius points those to Obstaravac.sk, its B2G product, while Procurly covers private B2B internal purchasing
- Teams expecting an autonomous decision engine, since Procurly produces a comparison and a recommendation and the final call stays human
- Organisations that need phone-based supplier outreach today, as telephone contact is described as still in the works
- Developers wanting to embed purchasing into their own stack: there is no product API, no API documentation and no mobile app
- Anyone hoping to self-serve or trial the tool first, because entry means a paid deployment and a sales conversation rather than an online sign-up
How to use Procurly
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Start by requesting a demo, or send omnius your purchasing profile (volume and types of purchases) to get a savings estimate, with no sign-up and no commitment
- Agree a one-off deployment in which omnius configures your processes and approval rules
- Import your existing supplier database and choose between cloud and on-premise deployment
- Optionally connect Procurly to omniHub, to your accounting system or to your existing ERP; the scope of the connection is settled during deployment
- Publish the public supplier onboarding form on your own website so vendors register themselves and their profiles are created automatically
- Let anyone in the company file a request through a simple form, in the form of “I need to order X”
- Have the request run through the approval workflow, where the business owner approves or rejects it according to the rules set for amount, category and department
- The AI agent then writes the specification and looks for suppliers, in your own database and on the market
- The agent contacts those suppliers by email; telephone outreach is announced but not yet delivered
- Procurly collects the quotes, scores them against your criteria (price, delivery time, history rating, quality) and hands you a comparison and a recommendation to decide on
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Pricing is aligned with the outcome: the monthly fee is a percentage of the savings actually realised, and omnius commits that if Procurly saves nothing, nothing is owed monthly
- No fixed per-user fee, which breaks with the usual per-seat SaaS billing
- The saving is calculated in a way the buyer can check, comparing baseline prices against the new quotes
- The final decision is explicitly human and the approval rules make the process audit-friendly
- Evaluation is multi-criteria rather than lowest price alone: delivery time, quality and supplier history all count
- Deployment is your choice, cloud or on-premise, and Procurly connects to an existing ERP or accounting system rather than forcing another silo
- Publisher-level credentials add reassurance: omnius holds ISO 9001, 14001, 20000-1, 27001, 45001 and 50001 certificates (TAYLLORCOX, valid until 2028) and carries liability insurance up to EUR 500,000, though these belong to the publisher rather than to Procurly specifically
Cons
- No amount is published, neither the deployment price nor the percentage taken on the savings, so budgeting is impossible without a sales conversation
- Telephone outreach is advertised but not delivered; omnius describes it as in the works
- There is no product API and no API documentation for Procurly, and no mobile application
- No free plan and no free trial: getting started requires a paid deployment
- No DPA is published or offered, no position is published on training models from customer data, and no opt-out is documented
- The product FAQ exists only on the Slovak version of the page; the English page does not carry it
- No customer reference, testimonial or case study on the site is specific to Procurly (the published case studies concern other omnius products and projects), and it remains a recent product from a multi-product publisher aimed primarily at the Slovak market
Pricing & Plans
No price is published for Procurly. There is no free plan and no free trial, and no starting amount, currency or billing unit is disclosed anywhere on the site. omnius publishes a three-part structure instead. Deployment is a one-time item, quoted as a fixed price based on the complexity of your processes. The monthly fee is a percentage of the savings actually realised, with no fixed per-user fee and a calculation the publisher describes as verifiable against baseline prices. Support and custom extensions are optional. The stated commitment is that if Procurly does not save anything, nothing is owed monthly, and the pitch argues by comparison, without giving any figure, that a standard purchasing department costs tens of thousands of euros a year in salaries. A savings estimate is offered on request from your purchase volume and categories, with no sign-up and no commitment. Obtaining an actual figure requires contacting the publisher.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Procurly handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR handling is documented rather than merely asserted. omnius is established in Slovakia, so the Regulation applies directly and no Art. 27 representative is named or needed. The notices cite explicit legal bases, Art. 6(1)(a) consent, 6(1)(b) pre-contractual steps and 6(1)(f) legitimate interest, and list the Art. 15 to 22 rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, all exercised at info@omnius.sk. An Art. 21 objection can be raised at any time against call recording, including erasure of an existing recording. Transfers outside the EEA are said to be covered by appropriate safeguards, for example Standard Contractual Clauses. The supervisory authority is named: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, Bratislava. The main legal page was updated on 7 July 2026, the enquiries and cookies notices on 14 June 2026. No DPA is published or offered, and no data protection officer is named.
Who owns the data?
The controller named in the omnius legal pages is omnius s. r. o., ID No. (IČO) 45 427 232, registered office Bystrická 6057/25D, 841 07 Bratislava, Slovakia. Privacy matters go to info@omnius.sk or to the +421 2 3233 9290 line. Anything submitted through the contact, demo or supplier forms lands in omniHub, the publisher's own in-house CRM. omnius states that it does not sell your data and does not share it for third-party marketing. Three processors are named, and they concern the website rather than the product: Vercel for hosting and cookie-free analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, and an email delivery service. No separate processor list is published for what Procurly itself handles.
Reuse rights
The published notices govern the data omnius collects through its own site, not a licence over the content you process inside Procurly. Form submissions (name, email, phone, company and the message itself) are handled under Art. 6(1)(b) for pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(a) where you consent, and Art. 6(1)(f) for keeping proof of consent (timestamp, IP address, user agent and the wording consented to) and for anti-bot protection. Inbound calls to +421 2 3233 9290 are recorded under legitimate interest: the AI switchboard announces it at the start, and the call cannot continue without recording. Recordings may be transcribed and analysed by AI systems that omnius says are operated on its own infrastructure. The publisher states that no decision producing legal effects is based solely on automated processing and that a person remains responsible. Nothing published says whether customer data is reused to train models, and no opt-out is documented.

Hosting summary
Procurly itself is offered as a cloud or on-premise deployment. That choice appears on the Deployment card of the pricing grid, and it is all the product page says about where data lives. At publisher level, omnius makes a broader commitment in the comparison table on its homepage: data in the EU or on-premise. That is an omnius promise across its range rather than a contractual clause specific to Procurly, so it is worth confirming in writing. Separately, the omnius website and its forms run on Vercel with cookie-free analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, which concerns the marketing site and not the product. Transfers outside the EEA are said to be covered by appropriate safeguards, for example Standard Contractual Clauses. Call recordings made through the switchboard are transcribed and analysed by AI systems that omnius says are operated on its own infrastructure. No specific hosting country is named for Procurly and no datacentre is identified: only a region, the EU, is promised, and only at publisher level.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Procurly.
- No amount is public, neither the deployment price nor the percentage taken on savings, and the baseline prices those savings are measured against are not defined publicly either, so both your budget and your invoice depend entirely on what you negotiate
- Procurly only prepares a comparison and a recommendation, and omnius is explicit that the final call is human; treating the recommendation as the decision would quietly hand supplier judgement over to a scoring model
- Telephone outreach is advertised but not yet delivered, so plan around email-only supplier contact for now
- The five statistics used to justify the approach come from third-party market research (Art of Procurement, Companion Link, Sievo) and are not measured Procurly results
- The ISO certificates, the EUR 500,000 liability insurance, the 200+ clients, the roughly 500 pharmacies and the 1,300+ cameras belong to omnius and its other products, not to Procurly
- No DPA is published, no position is taken publicly on training models from customer data, and no opt-out is documented, so raise all three before you sign
- omnius runs several adjacent products, with Obstaravac.sk covering public tendering, so check which one matches your need; note too that the product FAQ is published only in Slovak
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Little effort on your side, but nothing is self-service. omnius runs a one-off deployment: custom configuration of your processes and approval rules, import of your existing supplier database, and a choice of cloud or on-premise. Connecting omniHub, your accounting system or an existing ERP is optional, and the scope of that connection is agreed during deployment rather than fixed beforehand. Suppliers onboard themselves through a public form you place on your own website. There is no online sign-up: entry runs through a demo and a quote, and the deployment price depends on the complexity of your processes.

Frequently asked questions
What is RFQ automation, and what does Procurly automate exactly?
How does the AI agent collect and evaluate quotes?
Does Procurly only look at price?
How is Procurly billed?
How much can we realistically save?
Who can file a purchase request, and how does approval work?
Can Procurly be connected to our ERP?
Can Procurly run on our own infrastructure?
Should you pick Procurly?
Procurly occupies a clear niche: automating RFQ rounds and purchase approval inside companies that buy real volume without a structured purchasing department. The mechanics are coherent. An AI agent writes the specification, finds and emails suppliers, scores the offers on price, delivery, quality and history, and hands a comparison to a human who decides.
The commercial model is the most distinctive part. A one-off deployment plus a monthly fee set as a percentage of the savings actually realised shifts the risk onto omnius rather than the buyer, and there is no per-user fee. The flip side is that no amount at all is published, neither the deployment price nor the percentage, so a quote is unavoidable, and the definition of the baseline against which savings are measured is what will drive the invoice.
On the safety side, the multi-criteria evaluation and the explicitly human final decision limit the risk of blind automation, and the rule-based approval trail is built to be audit-friendly.
Maturity deserves qualification. Telephone outreach is announced but not delivered, there is no product API and no mobile app, the product FAQ is published only in Slovak, and no customer reference or case study on the site is specific to Procurly. The publisher is otherwise solid and verifiable, with six ISO certificates, liability insurance up to EUR 500,000, three offices and an optional four-hour SLA, but those are omnius credentials rather than a Procurly track record.
If you already run competitive bidding rigorously, the headroom is smaller. If you do not, this is precisely the gap the tool is built for. Slovakia is the market addressed first. Ask for the savings estimate, then press on how the baseline is defined before you sign anything.
