Aron Platform
Aron Platform is an AI platform for Italian insurance intermediaries. It bundles mandates with 25+ carriers, multi-carrier quoting, AI-driven renewals, CRM, back-office and built-in IVASS compliance into one subscription with a permanent free tier.
What is Aron Platform?
Aron Platform is a SaaS platform for insurance intermediaries, built and operated by MioAssicuratore S.r.l., an Italian digital insurance broker listed on the RUI intermediary register (no. B000558613, section B) since 13 October 2016 and supervised by IVASS. That detail explains the product's central promise: mandates with more than 25 carriers come bundled with the subscription, so an intermediary can issue policies from day one without negotiating a single direct agreement. The homepage claims 60,000 or more policies under management and over 150 registered intermediaries.
The vendor deliberately narrows its AI story to four flows it says are already in production. A quoting engine takes client data once, queries several carriers in parallel, compares the quotations and returns a signature link the client can accept from WhatsApp: five minutes instead of forty. Renewals run on autopilot, with at-risk clients flagged and automated sequences sent 60, 30 and 15 days before expiry. A human back-office team, assisted by AI that pre-fills files and chases missing documents, issues policies and handles receipts on the intermediary's behalf. The mandates themselves are matched by AI to the right carrier for the line, the age and the risk profile.
Around those flows sits a management suite: an AI-first policy administration system, broker management, event-sourced policy lifecycle, an insurance CRM, commission accounting with automatic carrier statements, and document management that runs AI extraction on every PDF. Acquisition tools add white-label quoting engines on the intermediary's own domain, plus agent marketing over email and WhatsApp.
The AI layer reaches beyond the copilot. Autonomous agents operate legacy carrier portals, conversational AI answers over chat, WhatsApp and voice, and an MCP server exposes the portfolio to any external AI. Developers get a REST API, event webhooks, TypeScript and Python SDKs and reference implementations, so an MGA or a vertical insurtech can build its own front end on Aron's back end. IVASS compliance is native rather than a paid module.
What it does
- Query several carriers in parallel and return a comparative quote with a signature link
- Rank offers with AI by line of business, client age and risk profile
- Fire automatic renewal sequences on WhatsApp and email 60, 30 and 15 days before expiry
- Extract data from any insurance PDF and file it against the right policy
- Open access to mandates with more than 25 carriers without negotiating a single direct agreement
- Generate IVASS compliance material: audit trail, complaints register, pre-contractual templates and inspection reports
- Publish a white-label quoting tool under the intermediary's own brand and domain
When to use Aron Platform / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Aron Platform is the right fit.
When to use Aron Platform
- Sub-agents and single-mandate agents managing 100 to 500 policies who keep losing clients for lines they cannot quote
- Multi-mandate brokers with two to five staff who still juggle carrier portals and run their CRM on spreadsheets
- Networks coordinating 5 to 20 sub-agents and 1,500 or more aggregated policies that need shared dashboards and centralised IVASS compliance
- MGAs and multi-site agencies running delegated-authority operations who want quoting, policy lifecycle and commissions on one platform
- Insurtech teams and embedded-insurance builders who want to ship their own front end on a ready-made REST API, MCP server and SDKs
When not to use Aron Platform
- Anyone not registered with Italy's RUI intermediary register, which the terms make a condition of signing up
- Brokers and agents operating outside Italy: the mandates, the IVASS compliance layer and the governing law are all Italian
- Consumers looking to compare or buy their own policies, since nothing here is sold to end policyholders
- Buyers who need month-to-month billing, because every paid plan carries a minimum twelve-month commitment
- Teams expecting a bespoke build service, which the vendor explicitly declines to provide
How to use Aron Platform
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Check you qualify: the terms restrict sign-up to intermediaries registered with the Italian RUI
- Book a 20-minute demo with the founder, or fill in the contact form and expect a reply within 24 working hours
- Alternatively register straight away for the free Aron Partner Network plan, for which no credit card is requested
- Sign the digital mandate, which the vendor says can be done the same day
- Let the team complete mandate configuration, technical setup and training, counted at five to ten working days to go live
- Import the portfolio and enter client data once per quote request
- Run a multi-carrier quote, review the AI ranking and send the signature link the client accepts from WhatsApp
- Leave renewals to the autopilot, whose sequences start 60 days before expiry without any action
- On a White Label plan, set brand, colours and custom domain, then publish the quoting tool on your own site
- For developers, build against the REST API, MCP server and webhooks using the TypeScript or Python SDK
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Mandates with more than 25 carriers are bundled, so a new intermediary can produce from day one
- The free Partner Network plan is permanent, uncapped on volume and needs no credit card
- IVASS compliance is native rather than a separately priced module
- A human back-office team issues policies and handles receipts alongside the software
- Hosting is stated as EU-only across three Tier IV data centres, with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II claimed
- The developer surface is genuinely open: REST API, MCP server, webhooks, SDKs, white-label and partner sub-tenants
- Prices for all four tiers are published in full, with a detailed comparison table
Cons
- Restricted to intermediaries on the Italian RUI register, which makes it unusable anywhere else
- Every paid plan requires a minimum twelve-month commitment, and downgrades only apply at annual renewal
- Headline prices are early-adopter rates expiring on 30 September 2026, after which list prices are 99, 249 and 499 euro a month, VAT excluded, with an optional setup fee that has no published rate card
- No data processing agreement and no subprocessor list are published, and nothing is said about whether customer data trains AI models
- Native iOS and Android apps are advertised but no App Store or Play Store listing could be found
- The site contradicts itself: the contact page offers a 30-day trial and names Professional and Enterprise plans that do not exist, and hosting is described as EU-only on one page and as multi-region AWS and GCP on another
- ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II appear as badges only, with no certificate number or report, and there is no public API documentation
Pricing & Plans
A permanent free plan is available: Aron Partner Network costs 0 EUR per month and carries no volume limit. The cheapest paid tier is White Label S, listed at 99 EUR per month and currently offered at 59 EUR per month under an early-adopter rate valid until 30 September 2026. All paid plans require a minimum annual commitment, and prices are quoted excluding VAT.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Aron Platform handles your data.
GDPR overview
Implementation is claimed at a concrete level. The privacy policy, last updated April 2026, states compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, names MioAssicuratore S.r.l. as controller, and sets out purposes, legal bases, retention and data-subject rights. The security page carries a GDPR badge alongside ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and IVASS, and describes product-level tooling: consent capture, tracking and withdrawal, automated erasure, full data export and automatic breach notification. The compliance page repeats EU-only data centres, an automated right to be forgotten and a complete audit trail. Two gaps deserve naming: no data processing agreement and no subprocessor list are published, and no data protection officer is named. No Article 27 representative appears, which is expected for a company established in Italy.
Who owns the data?
The terms split ownership cleanly. MioAssicuratore S.r.l. owns the platform itself, meaning the software, design, content and trademarks, and grants users only a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence. Customers keep ownership of their own data and may export or delete it at any time. The developer FAQ restates this for partners building on the API: the client owns the front end, the customer relationships and the data, while Aron owns the platform, with no clause acquiring the client's intellectual property. MioAssicuratore S.r.l. is the data controller. Processing serves the service itself, contract management, legal duties towards IVASS and tax authorities, product improvement, and consented marketing. No resale or commercial sharing with third parties is mentioned.
Reuse rights
Yes. Under clause 7 of the terms, customers retain ownership of their data and may export or delete it at any moment, with no permission to request. The security page promises a complete export in a standard format and verifiable erasure on demand, and portability is listed among the GDPR rights available. Exports can also be pulled programmatically through the REST API, event webhooks and the MCP server, with TypeScript and Python SDKs provided. Nothing in the published documents restricts what an intermediary may then do with the exported material. The only real constraint is external: insurance records carry a statutory minimum retention of ten years.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
The security page is specific: a primary EU data centre in Milan, Italy, a secondary EU backup in Frankfurt, Germany, and EU disaster recovery in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, all described as Tier IV. It states that all data stays in the EU and falls exclusively under European privacy law, and the compliance page repeats that data centres are in the EU. Infrastructure is redundant, with automatic backups every six hours, a 99.9% uptime SLA, a one-hour recovery point objective and a four-hour recovery time objective. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256, keys held in certified HSMs. The controller is established in Italy and the privacy policy mentions no transfer outside the EU. One page pulls against this: the developer page describes a multi-region cloud on AWS and GCP with per-tenant data residency and the EU region available only on request for European tenants. Buyers should have the residency clause confirmed in writing.

Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Aron Platform.
- The AI ranks offers and matches clients to carriers, but its criteria are not published, so an intermediary who follows the ranking uncritically quietly hands part of a regulated duty of advice to an algorithm
- Quotes and renewal offers go out to the policyholder automatically, which means a bad data point can reach the client before any human reads it
- Automated WhatsApp sequences at 60, 30 and 15 days can read as commercial pressure and wear out a channel policyholders treat as personal
- The vendor is both the software supplier and the broker holding the mandates, and intermediaries operate as its collaborators or sub-agents, which layers commercial dependence on top of technical lock-in
- The free plan is funded by commissions on policies issued through the platform, so it stays free only for as long as production keeps flowing through the network
- Portability is promised but migration is undocumented, while the whole portfolio, its history and its documents concentrate with a single provider
- Large volumes of policyholder personal data are held for a statutory minimum of ten years, with no DPA, no subprocessor list and nothing published about AI training or an opt-out
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low for the intended user. Registration is advertised at five minutes with immediate activation and no credit card on the free plan, and the digital mandate can be signed the same day. Full go-live takes five to ten working days for technical setup, mandate configuration and training, while the contact page quotes one to two weeks for standard onboarding. White Label branding, colours and a custom domain need no development, and dedicated onboarding is included from White Label M upwards. Only the Build on Aron route, with its REST API, MCP server, webhooks and SDKs, requires an engineering team or a partner.

Should you pick Aron Platform?
Aron Platform is not simply software sold to insurance intermediaries. Its publisher, MioAssicuratore S.r.l., is itself a RUI-registered Italian broker, and that changes the offer: the mandates with more than 25 carriers are its own, the back-office team issuing policies and handling receipts is its own, and the technology is the one running its 60,000-policy book. For a sub-agent short of product lines, or a small brokerage where every quote costs half an hour across carrier portals, that combination removes a barrier no pure software vendor can remove. The permanent free plan, uncapped and without a credit card, makes the entry cost genuinely zero because the economics rest on commissions rather than subscriptions.
The engineering behind it is more serious than the marketing suggests. An event-sourced policy lifecycle, an MCP server, webhooks, TypeScript and Python SDKs and partner sub-tenants amount to a real platform, and the stated security posture, with EU-only Tier IV hosting, TLS 1.3, AES-256 and mandatory MFA, is above what this market usually publishes.
The reservations are real too. The scope is strictly Italian and strictly regulated: no RUI registration, no account. Paid plans lock in twelve months, and today's headline prices are early-adopter rates that expire on 30 September 2026. The legal documents are thin for a platform handling policyholder data for a decade: no DPA, no subprocessor list, nothing on whether customer data trains models. And the site contradicts itself in places, on trials, plan names and data residency. Worth a demo for any Italian intermediary; worth insisting on written answers before signing.
