LittleAI
LittleAI is a Spanish neurosymbolic AI platform for small businesses and accounting firms. It connects to your ERP, answers questions in plain language, generates live financial reports and runs rule-based checks through configurable agents.
What is LittleAI?
LittleAI is a business AI platform published in Madrid by the Asociación para el Desarrollo de la Ingeniería del Conocimiento, a non-profit association that trades under the brand Instituto de Ingeniería del Conocimiento. It is aimed squarely at Spanish small businesses, self-employed professionals, accounting and tax advisory firms and professional practices. The publisher describes the technology as neurosymbolic, combining machine learning with structured sector knowledge, business rules and criteria validated by data scientists and computational linguists.
The product is organised around five services. The administrative assistant connects to the customer's ERP, CRM and management tools and answers questions in plain language, returning tables and charts instead of database queries. Interactive reports produce accounting and financial documents that refresh themselves from live data. Automations let the customer configure agents that run calculations, validations, periodic processes and integrations without supervision. The document manager applies accounting, tax and financial rules to detect errors and keep period closes consistent. The document assistant classifies, centralises and searches company documentation.
Around these sits an ecosystem of three parts. LittleAI Platform turns the product into a white-label offering: an advisory firm can apply its own colours, logo and custom URL, control who sees what, and switch individual services on or off. Communities is a shared library of reports, audits, automations and sector knowledge layers built by expert practitioners and reusable as they are. Partners lets contributors publish their own solutions and earn commissions on the credits those solutions consume and on the users they refer.
Commercially, the platform is a monthly subscription with an allowance of credits consumed by assistant queries, reports, agents and audits. Two separate price lists exist, one for using the platform inside your own business and one for reselling it to a client portfolio, and both are bought online with no commitment period.
Two limits matter. The service is contractually restricted to Spain: the terms forbid the customer and its end users from accessing it, or providing access to it, from abroad. And the site, the product and its documentation exist only in Spanish.
What it does
- Query your ERP in plain language for sales, invoices, expenses, margins or headcount
- Generate accounting and financial reports that refresh themselves automatically
- Automate administrative work: document classification, calculations, records and validations
- Run rule-based accounting, tax and financial controls and keep period closes consistent
- Detect errors and anomalies across your business data
- Predict non-payment risk on your receivables
- Publish a white-label version of the platform under your own brand and domain

Pros & Cons
Pros
- Backed by an applied AI research institute that has been operating since 1989
- Prices are public and plans are bought online with no minimum commitment period
- Ownership of both inputs and generated outputs is contractually assigned to the customer
- The publisher commits not to train on customer content unless the customer explicitly agrees
- Hosting is declared within the European Economic Area, with no international transfers
- A Data Protection Officer is named and a dedicated rights-exercise address is published
- Two distinct price lists cleanly separate internal use from resale by advisory firms
Cons
- Access is contractually forbidden outside Spain, which rules the tool out for any international team
- No public API and no developer documentation are offered
- No integration is ever named: the site refers only generically to ERP, CRM and management tools
- No sub-processor list and no separate data processing agreement are published
- ENS and ISO 27001 are asserted in the terms but described only as alignment in the FAQ, with no certificate number, body or scope
- There is no permanently free tier, and the free trial's duration and conditions are never published
- Two legal links in the footer are dead, including the one the contact forms point to for consent
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanently free plan. LittleAI is sold as a monthly subscription with an included allowance of credits, and the publisher states that there is no minimum commitment period. The lowest published price point is EUR 20 per month, for the Básico tier of the Para tus clientes line, which is aimed at advisory firms serving their own client portfolio. For a company using the platform internally, the entry point is the Básico tier of the Para tu negocio line at EUR 25 per month. Both are purchased online without any eligibility document. Only the Estándar and Avanzado tiers of the resale line are billed per user; the other tiers are flat monthly fees. The terms place all taxes on the customer, and no VAT treatment is stated on the price grid.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how LittleAI handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR implementation is concrete and documented. The privacy policy, last updated on 18 September 2025, names ADIC as data controller at its Madrid campus address, designates a Data Protection Officer (dpd@iic.uam.es) and publishes a dedicated address for exercising rights (derechosrgpd@iic.uam.es). It lists access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and states the legal bases: performance of the contract for support and subscription, and legitimate interest for commercial messages under article 21.2 of the Spanish LSSI. Recipients are described by category, including cloud hosting providers, postal services, banks, the tax authority and law enforcement on judicial request. The policy states that no international transfer takes place and that data sits with a third-party cloud provider whose servers are located in the European Economic Area. Technical and organisational security measures are declared. No named sub-processor list is published.
Who owns the data?
The terms of service are explicit on ownership. The customer keeps all proprietary rights over the Entradas (inputs) supplied to the platform and owns all Salidas (outputs) generated from them; ADIC assigns to the customer whatever rights, title and interest it may hold in those outputs. Conversely, the agreement grants ADIC no intellectual property rights over customer content or customer applications, and grants the customer no ownership over LittleAI itself, only a limited right of use. ADIC may use customer content solely to deliver the service, comply with the law, enforce its own policies and prevent abuse.
Reuse rights
Customers may reuse their own outputs freely: the terms assign ownership of every output to the customer. One restriction is stated explicitly, namely that outputs may not be used to develop AI models competing with LittleAI or with any other ADIC product; reverse engineering and bulk extraction outside the provided features are also prohibited. On the publisher's side, ADIC commits not to use customer content to develop, maintain or improve the services unless the customer explicitly accepts, which makes model training an opt-in rather than something to opt out of. The customer grants ADIC only the limited usage rights reasonably necessary to deliver and improve the service, and that permission extends to its subcontractors and sub-processors.

Hosting summary
LittleAI states that customer data is hosted in the cloud of a third-party provider whose servers are located within the European Economic Area, and that no international transfer of personal data takes place outside the European Union. The FAQ repeats the same point, adding that no customer-side infrastructure is required. Neither the hosting provider nor a specific country is ever named, and the site publishes no list of sub-processors, so the chain of custody cannot be audited from public information alone. The privacy policy does describe categories of recipients, including cloud hosting providers, postal services, banks, the tax authority and law enforcement on judicial request, and states that third parties are bound by an agreement offering equivalent protection. Spanish law applies and the courts of Madrid have exclusive jurisdiction. As a separate technical observation, the public website resolves to an Amazon EC2 instance in the Frankfurt region; that describes the marketing site rather than the application platform, which runs on a different host. Both remain within the European Economic Area.

Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting LittleAI.
- Access is contractually restricted to Spain and a breach may be treated as a material breach of the agreement, so check this before onboarding anyone abroad
- The publisher has no legal notice page: its legal identity, a non-profit association rather than a commercial company, appears only inside the terms and the privacy policy
- ENS and ISO 27001 are claimed in the terms but presented as mere alignment in the FAQ, with no certificate number, certifying body or scope, so treat the security posture as undocumented
- The free trial is announced in the pricing page metadata but the terms make it conditional and no duration is published, so confirm it in writing before counting on it
- Delegating accounting and tax checks to autonomous agents shifts the review effort rather than removing it: the outputs still carry the customer's own legal responsibility
- No sub-processor list is published, so you cannot audit from public information who actually handles your accounting data
- Reports, audits and knowledge layers shared through Communities are authored by third parties, and their assumptions travel with them into your own closes
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low for the account itself, moderate for the data connection. Signing up and subscribing are entirely self-service, and the FAQ confirms that no installation or in-house infrastructure is required: the platform runs in a browser. The publisher insists that no technical knowledge is needed and that existing ways of working do not have to change. The real effort lies in connecting the assistant to your ERP, CRM and management tools, a step the site never documents publicly. White-label setup, covering branding, custom URL and user access, is presented as configuration rather than development.

Should you pick LittleAI?
LittleAI is an unusually well-anchored product for its market segment. Its publisher is not a startup but a non-profit association that has run an applied AI research institute at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid since 1989, and that lineage shows in the positioning: the platform sells rule-based consistency and expert-validated criteria rather than open-ended generation.
For a Spanish SME or an advisory firm, the offer is legible and unusually transparent on the commercial side. Prices are published, plans are bought online, there is no minimum commitment, and the terms assign ownership of both inputs and generated outputs to the customer while committing the publisher not to train on that content without explicit agreement. Hosting is declared within the European Economic Area, a Data Protection Officer is named, and retention is capped at five years after the contract ends.
The reservations are just as clear. The service is contractually unavailable outside Spain, which settles the question for any international buyer. There is no public API, no named integration with any specific ERP, and no published list of sub-processors, so the practical work of connecting the platform to an existing system, and of auditing who handles the data, cannot be assessed from the site alone. The security claims deserve particular care: the terms assert ENS and ISO 27001 certifications, the FAQ describes the same standards only as something the measures are aligned with, and no certificate number, certifying body or scope appears anywhere.
The sensible way to evaluate LittleAI is to take its commercial terms at face value, since they are precise, and to treat its security and integration claims as questions to put in writing before signing. For a small Spanish accounting practice automating closes and reports without hiring engineers, it is a serious candidate.
