Overview

What is EZsite?

EZsite is an AI full-stack application builder published by New Oaks LLC. There are three ways in: describe the idea in a prompt, upload an image or sketch, or paste the URL of a site to clone; Figma, GitHub and local-folder imports also work. The output is production React or Vue.js, not a mockup. Authentication including OAuth, a zero-config database, payments (Stripe checkout and PayPal), transactional email and Edge functions ship from the start, alongside a Mini CRM of up to 30,000 records and hosting on easysite.host domains with CDN acceleration. You edit visually by drag-and-drop or by drawing on a screenshot, then publish on a custom domain, one-click deploy to Hostinger, Netlify or WordPress, download the full source code, or convert the site into a mobile app. Built-in AI adds image and video generation, GPT Realtime voice agents, a lead-capture chat widget and an AI Dashboard. Traction figures, 13,300+ developers and 20,500+ sites across 155 countries, come from the publisher alone.

What it does

  • Generate a production full-stack React or Vue.js application from a text prompt
  • Clone any website by pasting its URL
  • Start from an image, a hand-drawn sketch, a Figma file or a GitHub repository
  • Add authentication, a database, payments and transactional email without opening external accounts
  • Publish on the included hosting or connect a custom domain served through a CDN
  • Download the complete source code and deploy it to Hostinger, Netlify, WordPress or GitHub
  • Convert the finished site into a mobile application in one click

When to use EZsite / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if EZsite is the right fit.

When to use EZsite

  • Founders and startup teams putting an MVP in front of real users in days rather than months
  • Small businesses that need a professional site with a working back office behind it
  • Developers who want to ship faster and keep the generated source code in their own repository
  • UI/UX designers turning a mockup, a hand sketch or a Figma import into a functioning application
  • Freelancers and agencies delivering client projects end to end, from build to hosting and handover

When not to use EZsite

  • Teams working under GDPR obligations: the site never mentions the regulation, offers no DPA and names no subprocessor
  • Organisations that cannot let personal data be transferred to and processed in the United States, as the privacy policy states it is
  • Buyers who need a clearly identified legal counterparty: no postal address is published, and New Oaks LLC appears only in the terms of service
  • Non-English-speaking users and teams: the interface and the documentation are English only
  • Anyone planning to resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or automate access to the service, all of which the terms of service prohibit

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • A full stack delivered out of the box, with database, authentication, payments and email already wired together
  • The generated source code is yours and downloadable, which keeps lock-in low
  • Three ways in, including cloning a site from its URL, which few competing builders offer
  • Several deployment targets: included hosting, custom domains, Hostinger, Netlify, WordPress and GitHub
  • A lifetime deal from $69 sits alongside the monthly plans, and bring-your-own-key is supported with tokens that do not expire
  • A permanent free tier plus a 7-day free trial on the Pro plan before any commitment
  • User and developer documentation, a Discord community, and a public comparison table against Lovable, Bolt.new, Base44, Replit, V0 and Claude Code

Cons

  • No postal address is published anywhere; the publisher is identifiable only as New Oaks LLC in the terms of service
  • No GDPR or CCPA mention, no data processing agreement and no subprocessor list
  • The terms of service appear partly copied from another product: they define the Services as including "Paste" and "Paper" applications that EZsite does not offer
  • The minimum age is contradictory: 13 in terms of service section 2b, while the privacy policy states the service does not address anyone under 18
  • Whether customer data is used to train models is never stated in the published documents
  • Refunds are limited to 7 days and to less than 50% of credits consumed, add-ons are non-refundable, and files are marked for deletion 60 days after cancellation
  • English-only interface, a fully JavaScript-rendered site whose content is invisible without script execution, and no published security certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
Pricing

Pricing & Plans

EZsite operates on a freemium basis. A permanent free tier exists: the terms of service refer to a downgrade to the free service level, and the pricing page notes that free users cannot purchase add-ons. A 7-day free trial is offered on the Pro plan. The lowest paid entry point announced by the publisher is $10 per month for Pro, billed pay-as-you-go with 1,000,000 tokens included and 3 custom domains. Token-included tiers follow at $25 per month (Starter), $50 per month (Builder) and $100 per month (Business). A lifetime deal starts at $69 as a one-off payment, full-stack templates are sold individually from $1 to $199, and add-ons are priced at $10 per month for 50 GB of additional storage and $50 per month for three mobile applications. Enterprise pricing is available on quotation. All prices are stated in US dollars (USD), exclusive of taxes, and a refund is possible within 7 days provided less than 50% of the credits purchased have been consumed.

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how EZsite handles your data.

GDPR overview

There is no GDPR mention at all. Across every document published on the site, the term GDPR never appears, and CCPA is equally absent. No EU representative under Article 27 is named, no data processing agreement is offered, and no subprocessor list exists. No legal basis for processing is stated, and no right of access, erasure or portability is described. The privacy policy is explicit on the one point that matters most here: if you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information, the data, including Personal Data, is transferred to the USA and processed there. The terms of service place the contract under the law of the State of New York, and the only contact published for any privacy question is the general support address, support@ezsite.ai.

Who owns the data?

The terms of service draw a clear line between your work and the platform. Section 8b states that you retain full ownership of all of your Content, and section 8c limits the licences you grant the publisher to what is needed to operate and deliver the service. The applications generated for you are yours to keep: the home page and the FAQ confirm that the complete source code can be downloaded and deployed elsewhere. The platform itself works the other way round. Section 10 specifies that the EZsite applications and software are licensed, not sold, and section 11a keeps all intellectual property in the service with EZsite.

Reuse rights

Because you keep ownership of your Content, you can reuse, export and commercialise what you build without asking permission: the generated source code is downloadable, can be pushed to GitHub and deployed to Hostinger, Netlify or WordPress. On the publisher's side, the privacy policy lists the data collected as email address, cookies, usage data and data received from third parties such as Google and Apple. The stated purposes are providing and maintaining the service, notifying you of changes, customer support, analysis and improvement, usage monitoring and detection of technical incidents; cookies are described as session, preference and security cookies. Information is disclosed to service providers for storage, payment, support and marketing, with no named list, and may be disclosed for legal reasons, to defend rights or to protect personal safety. Terms of service section 9 also allows EZsite to use your name and brand for marketing unless you opt out by email. Nothing in the documents published states whether customer data is used to train models.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Retention is documented on a single point. Terms of service section 7b states that, upon cancellation, your files will be marked for deletion in sixty days. Beyond that, the privacy policy sets no retention period for any other category of data, whether account details, usage data or cookies, and makes no commitment to automatic purging. Cookies can be refused through your browser settings, at the cost of some features. The Children's Privacy section states that data belonging to a minor is deleted if the publisher becomes aware of it. In practice, plan to download your source code and export your database before cancelling: the sixty-day window is the only deletion deadline the published documents actually state.
Subprocessors disclosed
No

Hosting summary

The privacy policy carries the only declaration on the subject: for users located outside the United States, EZsite states that it transfers the data, including Personal Data, to the USA and processes it there. No other hosting country, region, data centre or infrastructure provider is named, and no hosting certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is published. As a technical indication rather than a statement from the publisher, the DNS record for ezsite.ai resolves to 138.91.187.181, announced by AS8075 Microsoft Corporation and geolocated in San Jose, United States. The sites you build are hosted by EZsite on easysite.host domains with CDN acceleration, or on a custom domain you connect yourself; since the source code can be downloaded and hosted anywhere, the hosting jurisdiction of your finished application ultimately remains your choice. The governing law of the contract is that of the State of New York.

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting EZsite.

  • The terms of service are visibly reused from another product: they define the Services as including a "Paste" web application, a "Paste" mobile application and a "Paper" mobile application, none of which EZsite offers, so what you are actually agreeing to is unclear
  • The minimum age is contradictory: thirteen years in terms of service section 2b, while the privacy policy states that the service does not address anyone under the age of 18
  • No postal address appears anywhere on the site, and the company name New Oaks LLC is known only through the terms of service, which leaves little to work with if a dispute arises
  • No GDPR or CCPA mention, no data processing agreement, no named subprocessor, and no stated position on whether customer data is used to train models
  • Refunds are conditional, within 7 days and under 50% of credits consumed, add-ons are excluded, and files are marked for deletion sixty days after cancellation: export your source code before you leave
  • Terms of service section 9 lets the publisher use your name and brand for marketing purposes unless you opt out by email
  • The audience figures are declared by the publisher alone and cannot be verified, and the developer documentation describes chat, SMS and voice AI agents in vocabulary that belongs to another of the publisher's products
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low to start with. No coding skill is required: create an account, then a prompt, a sketch or a URL is enough to obtain a first working application, and the drag-and-drop visual editor handles the rest. Hosting and the database come with the account, with no external service to open. Difficulty rises on the advanced steps, connecting a custom domain, plugging in an external PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle or SQL Server database, bringing your own API key, wiring webhooks or writing Edge functions, which call for real technical skill. Onboarding guides are published, alongside a separate developer section.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to code to use EZsite?
No. You describe your idea in a prompt, upload a sketch or paste the URL of a site to clone, then refine the result in a visual editor with drag-and-drop, inline editing and annotation drawn straight onto a screenshot. Developers gain from it too, since the output is real React or Vue.js they can download, push to GitHub and extend with Edge functions and webhooks.
Can I get the source code and leave?
Yes. The complete source code of the applications you generate can be downloaded, pushed to GitHub or deployed in one click to Hostinger, Netlify or WordPress, and the terms of service state that you retain full ownership of all of your Content. Note that after cancellation your files are marked for deletion within sixty days, so export before you go.
How much does EZsite cost?
There is a permanent free tier. Paid plans start at $10 per month for Pro, billed pay-as-you-go with 1,000,000 tokens included and a 7-day free trial, then $25 (Starter), $50 (Builder) and $100 (Business) per month with tokens included. A lifetime deal starts at $69 as a one-off payment. Refunds are possible within 7 days if less than 50% of credits have been consumed, and add-ons are non-refundable.
Is EZsite GDPR-compliant, and where is my data processed?
The site makes no GDPR claim at all: the regulation is never mentioned, no EU representative under Article 27 is named, no data processing agreement is offered and no subprocessor is listed. The privacy policy states that data from users outside the United States, including Personal Data, is transferred to the USA and processed there, and the contract is governed by the law of the State of New York. If you operate under European data protection obligations, treat that as a real gap to clear with the publisher first.
Conclusion

Should you pick EZsite?

EZsite is a young product: the domain was registered on 10 March 2025, with the first Wayback capture the same day. Its proposition is clear and differentiated, a full stack delivered from the start rather than a prototype, and the downloadable source code keeps lock-in low. The traction claimed, 13,300+ developers, 20,500+ sites and 155 countries, comes from the publisher alone. Corporate transparency is the weak point: no postal address, no GDPR mention, no DPA, no certification, legal documents partly reused from another product, and a minimum age given as 13 in the terms against 18 in the privacy policy. A good fit for a fast launch; to be assessed carefully for any use under regulatory constraint.
