Flatlogic runs two connected offers under one brand: a self-service platform, marketed as the AI Web App Generator and as an AI Software Development Agent, and a human engineering services business.
The platform is described as an AI Agentic Platform as a Service, built on three inseparable parts: a dedicated virtual machine, an AI agent and a production-ready template. The advertised path has three steps. You describe the product you want in a chat, in plain English; Flatlogic provisions the VM and deploys the application; you then iterate with the AI agent. GDPR overview
The site never mentions the GDPR. The acronym appears nowhere in the terms, the privacy policy or any other collected page, and no Article 27 representative, data protection officer or dedicated privacy address is named, even though the contracting entity is established in Poland. The privacy policy is built on US law: CalOPPA, COPPA, Fair Information Practices, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. It nevertheless uses European vocabulary. Flatlogic Poland, LLC declares itself controller for site operation, accounts, support and compliance; AppWizzy Inc. is controller for payment records and AI proxy billing; when a customer processes personal data on their VM, the customer is controller and the company acts as processor. Access, rectification, erasure, portability and restriction are offered, cookies are opt-in, and international transfers rely on safeguards "where required (e.g., SCCs)".
Who owns the data?
Under the terms, the customer keeps ownership of Customer Content: source code, repositories, files, prompts, AI responses, terminal and application data. Flatlogic states that it "does not acquire ownership of Customer Content" and takes only a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, display, technically adapt, secure and back up that content, solely to provide and administer the service. Affiliates and subprocessors may exercise that license only as far as necessary. It ends when the content is deleted, apart from residual copies in routine backups or legal holds. The Web App Generator itself belongs to AppWizzy Inc., and no intellectual property rights in it ever transfer to the customer.
Reuse rights
Once the code is downloaded, the customer may install, run and modify the generated application for their own purposes. Commercial use and incorporation into a final product require both an active paid plan and a source code access activation for that specific application, and each additional application needs its own activation. Without an active paid plan, downloaded code is restricted to personal use. The code can be pushed to GitHub and edited freely, with no ongoing dependency on the platform. One prohibition is explicit: the generated code may not be used to create a competing code generator or a similar product. Hosting, storage, CPU/RAM and AI request limits are presented as service conditions rather than software license restrictions. The legacy premium templates have been released as free and open source.

Flatlogic states that client data is stored on Google Cloud servers, and a dedicated documentation page covers hosting on Google Cloud. No hosting country and no region is named anywhere on the site. The privacy policy claims network segmentation, access controls, encryption in transit and encryption at rest where supported, with production access restricted to authorized staff, while the pricing FAQ uses the phrase end-to-end encryption. Development VMs are described as hosted environments controlled by the customer. Payments are handled by Stripe, or another provider identified at checkout, and no card data is stored on the publisher's servers. International transfers rely on contractual and technical safeguards, with Standard Contractual Clauses given as an example.
