Overview

What is Pabbly?

Pabbly is not one product but a suite of eleven business applications sold under a single account and, through the Pabbly Plus bundle, under a single price. The line-up covers workflow automation (Pabbly Connect), AI-built automations (Pabbly AgenticAI), prompt-generated apps (Pabbly Studio), WhatsApp messaging (Pabbly Chatflow), email marketing, form building, subscription billing, webhook handling (Pabbly Hook), project management and email verification. The pitch is explicit: replace several SaaS subscriptions with one, and the homepage prices the tools it claims to displace at more than $900 a month combined.

Pabbly Connect is the oldest and best documented piece. It chains multi-step workflows across the 2,000+ integrations the vendor advertises, with instant webhooks, routers, filters, formatters, an iterator, an email parser and a JSON extractor. One billing quirk matters: only actions that reach an external application count as a task, so filters, routers and formatting steps cost nothing.

Pabbly AgenticAI carries the suite's AI thesis, and it is a deliberate one. AI designs the workflow, then steps out of the way. Once built, the automation runs deterministically, so the same input yields the same output with no token spend at run time. It ships no fixed connector library: it locates the right API itself, runs test calls, and pauses only when it genuinely needs your credentials. Consumption is metered in Units, one Unit being thirty seconds of execution time.

Pabbly Chatflow runs on the official WhatsApp API, with a dedicated inbox per number, a drag-and-drop chatbot builder, AI assistants trained on a knowledge base, broadcasts, drip campaigns, in-chat product catalogues and payments. Pabbly Studio turns a sentence into a working app, dashboard, landing page or game, with a live editor, browsable files, version history, rollback and no deploy step.

Behind the products sit two entities, MagnetBrains LLC in Delaware and Magnet Brains Software Technology Pvt. Ltd in Bhopal, India, under the Magnet Brains group. The vendor claims 14,099+ business customers and 12,274+ video tutorials, holds SOC2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2022 certification, and has taken no outside investment.

What it does

  • Automate workflows across 2,000+ applications without writing code
  • Describe an automation in plain English and let AI assemble the working workflow
  • Generate an app, dashboard, landing page or game from a written prompt
  • Run WhatsApp marketing, sales and support with AI assistants and chatbots
  • Collect one-time and recurring payments, with multi-tier affiliate management
  • Build no-code forms for leads, surveys and registrations, and take payments in them
  • Monitor, filter and transform webhook events before they reach their destination

When to use Pabbly / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if Pabbly is the right fit.

When to use Pabbly

  • Small and mid-sized businesses that want to replace several separate SaaS subscriptions with one bill
  • Non-technical operators, since the suite is sold on a no-code promise with drag-and-drop chatbot and form builders
  • Agencies and solopreneurs watching recurring costs, thanks to lifetime one-time plans on Connect and Chatflow
  • Teams running WhatsApp as a sales and support channel through the official WhatsApp API
  • Operations people who need internal tools quickly, since Studio ships an app from a single written sentence

When not to use Pabbly

  • Organisations handling regulated health or financial data, which the terms explicitly forbid transmitting through the Services
  • Buyers who need a signed Data Processing Agreement, as none is published or offered anywhere on the site
  • European companies requiring a data residency commitment or an Article 27 GDPR representative, neither of which exists
  • Teams that need a localised interface, because the product, documentation and support are English-only
  • Anyone under 18, whom the privacy policy excludes, and buyers who need 24/7 phone or live-chat support

How to use Pabbly

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Create a free account; the free plans need no credit card
  2. Pick the application that matches the job, or take the Pabbly Plus bundle for all of them
  3. In Connect, choose a trigger, add action steps, then connect the accounts of the applications involved
  4. In AgenticAI, describe the automation in plain English and let the agent plan the steps and pick the apps
  5. Supply an API key only when the agent asks for one, then review and adjust the workflow it produced
  6. Test the workflow end to end, then activate it
  7. In Studio, write one sentence describing the app you want, then refine it in plain language and check the version history
  8. In Chatflow, connect your WhatsApp numbers, then build a chatbot or a knowledge-base AI assistant
  9. Lean on the 12,274+ video tutorials, the forum and the online documentation when stuck
  10. Stack additional Pabbly Plus quantities if you hit the task or subscriber ceilings

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • One subscription unlocks every application, and future applications are announced as included at no extra cost
  • Task accounting favours the customer: internal Connect steps such as filters and routers are not billed
  • One-time lifetime plans exist on several products, which is rare in this category, alongside a no-questions 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Permanent free plans on several applications, with no credit card required
  • Trust groundwork is real: third-party audited SOC2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2022, a named DPO, 72-hour breach notification and a subprocessor list naming fourteen providers with each purpose
  • AgenticAI states plainly that workflow data is never used to train models, and its design avoids token spend on every run
  • Unusual volume of teaching material: 12,274+ claimed video tutorials, an active forum and public communities, plus documented REST APIs on four products

Cons

  • Pricing is genuinely hard to read: the same bundle appears at Rs 12,999 per month on the homepage, $99 in the comparison table, $59 in the checkout, and the FAQ quotes an entry plan of Rs 5,329 that the pricing table does not show
  • No Data Processing Agreement is published or offered, despite a business clientele and two security certifications
  • No hosting country or region is disclosed, even though the subprocessor list mixes providers from three different jurisdictions
  • No Article 27 GDPR representative, no Standard Contractual Clauses, and GDPR compliance is claimed only once and only about analytics
  • The terms carry a clause stating the Services are available and appropriate only for use in India, which contradicts the international pricing, the US entity and the payment providers
  • The no-model-training commitment appears only on the AgenticAI product page, never in the privacy policy, and no opt-out mechanism is documented anywhere
  • Permanent countdown timers and promo codes on the pages, English-only interface and documentation, support limited to forum tickets during 10am-6pm IST office hours, and all three published contact addresses pointing to the same inbox
Pricing

Pricing & Plans

A permanent free plan is available on several applications, with no credit card required: Pabbly Connect allows 100 tasks per month, Pabbly AgenticAI five workflows and 100 Units, Pabbly Studio one active app, and Pabbly Chatflow 100 credits across two WhatsApp numbers. The lowest paid entry point published in a stable currency is the Pabbly AgenticAI Standard plan at USD 14.00 per month. Pabbly Studio starts at USD 19.00 per month and the Pabbly Plus bundle is quoted at Rs 12,999 per month on the homepage and at USD 59.00 per month on the AgenticAI page. Prospective buyers should note that the displayed amount changes with the page and the visitor's location, and that fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies.

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how Pabbly handles your data.

GDPR overview

Partial and unevenly documented. The GDPR is invoked once, incidentally, about anonymous analytics tracking. What does exist is substantial: a dedicated section listing six data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability), a named Data Protection Officer with a direct phone number, breach notification promised to authorities and affected individuals within 72 hours, a public subprocessor list naming fourteen providers, and third-party audited SOC2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2022 certifications. What is missing matters as much: no Data Processing Agreement, no Article 27 EU representative, no Standard Contractual Clauses and no international transfer mechanism described. The policy is visibly oriented towards Indian law, with a dedicated section on the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Last updated 18 February 2026.

Who owns the data?

The customer keeps ownership. The privacy policy states the vendor owns none of the data, information or materials that you or your authorised users upload, and that you retain title to and all interest in your Customer Data. You grant a limited licence allowing the vendor to access, disclose, process, transmit and use that data solely to deliver the service and comply with the terms. Third-party credentials and access tokens are held encrypted. Separately, the vendor reserves the right to use aggregated, anonymised, non-personal usage data internally, without disclosure and without identifying you. On a team account, the account holder can see each member's name, email, avatar and usage.

Reuse rights

Your own data stays yours to reuse freely: nothing in the terms requires the vendor's permission to export, move or repurpose your Customer Data, and the platform exists precisely to push that data between third-party applications you connect. Deletion of account data is self-service from the dashboard. The reverse direction is narrower. The vendor collects usage information, server logs, device identifiers and, with consent, location data; it stores the login credentials of every application you authorise and reads whatever content an action needs. Google Analytics and Heap Analytics are named as third-party trackers. Aggregated anonymised data may be reused internally without limit. On the AI side, the AgenticAI product page states that workflow data is never used to train models. Data processed on behalf of your own customers remains your legal responsibility.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Data is kept only as long as the stated purposes require, with longer retention where the law demands it. Periods are set per application: Pabbly Connect deletes workflow history and reports after 15 days; Chatflow removes messages and payment order history after 60 days, activity logs after 7 days and flow history after 15 days; Email Marketing keeps campaign data for a maximum of six months; Email Verification clears reports after 15 days; Subscription Billing deletes affiliate clicks after six months, webhook history after three months, activity logs after 90 days and CSV exports after 48 hours. After termination, a copy of your Customer Data is kept for 15 days, then deleted, with export left to you. Deleting an account erases all associated data permanently, with no recovery. Anonymised aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

Hosting summary

No hosting country or region is disclosed anywhere on the site, so no jurisdiction can be asserted. The security page says all data is stored in localised AWS instances and that fully compliant data centres are maintained in partnership with AWS; the privacy policy adds that third-party application credentials sit in AES-256 encrypted storage on AWS RDS. The public subprocessor list names three infrastructure providers rather than one: Amazon Web Services for hosting and databases, Hetzner Online GmbH for the same purpose, and Webwerks for data centre services. Cloudflare handles DNS, firewall and DDoS protection, which means the resolved IP address is an anycast node and says nothing about where data actually lives. Encryption is 128-bit TLS in transit with an A+ Qualys SSL Labs rating, AES at rest, and hashed passwords. Production access requires multi-factor authentication and is restricted to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis. SOC2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2022 certifications are third-party audited, and the underlying AWS infrastructure is itself accredited to SOC 2, ISO 27001 and FISMA Moderate.

Availability

Where Pabbly works

Country-level availability.

Not available in

No list of excluded countries is published and no geographic blocking is announced; the service is marketed internationally, with dollar pricing, a US entity and Razorpay, Stripe and PayPal as payment providersOne clause in the current terms nevertheless states that the Services are available and appropriate only for use in India; it reads like an inherited Indian payments template but it is in the document in force, and it has not been treated as an operational restriction here
Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Pabbly.

  • Verify the actual price in your own currency before buying: the same bundle is shown at four different amounts depending on the page and your location, and one figure quoted in the FAQ does not appear in the pricing table at all
  • Permanent countdown timers and always-on promo codes create artificial urgency; the timers reset, so there is no real deadline to beat
  • No Data Processing Agreement is available: request one in writing before processing personal data on behalf of third parties, and do not assume the certifications substitute for it
  • No hosting jurisdiction is disclosed while three providers from different regions appear in the subprocessor list, so data location cannot be verified from public information
  • The terms forbid transmitting regulated health or financial data, and separately state the Services are appropriate only for use in India: both clauses deserve written clarification from the vendor
  • Automating everything has a cognitive cost: a workflow that silently pushes customer data between a dozen applications is one nobody reads any more, and Connect purges workflow history after 15 days, so export what you need to keep or audit
  • Lifetime one-time plans bet on the vendor's longevity, unlimited tiers remain subject to a fair usage policy, fees exclude applicable taxes, and the three published contact addresses all resolve to the same inbox
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low to moderate, depending on the application. Signing up is free and immediate, and the no-code promise holds for forms, chatbots and Studio, where a generated app is live with no deploy step. Connect is the real threshold: you must connect each application's account, which means having the rights and sometimes an API key. AgenticAI lowers that bar by finding endpoints and testing calls itself. Chatflow requires a WhatsApp number and Meta-side verification. Hook and the REST APIs target developers. Included onboarding covers only a product walkthrough and initial setup, not building your workflows.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do I get with Pabbly Plus?
Pabbly Plus is a bundle giving access to every Pabbly application for a single price, with no feature restrictions. Any application released later is announced as included at no extra cost, existing customers included. You can also buy applications individually, though the vendor recommends the bundle.
Is there a free plan, and is there a free trial?
There are permanent free plans, not a time-limited trial. Limits differ by application: 100 tasks a month on Connect, five workflows and 100 Units on AgenticAI, one active app on Studio, 100 credits and two WhatsApp numbers on Chatflow. No credit card is required, and paid purchases carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How are tasks and Units counted?
In Pabbly Connect, only an action that reaches an external application counts as a task; internal steps such as filters, routers, formatters, iterators, email parsers and JSON extractors are free. In Pabbly AgenticAI, consumption is metered in Units, where one Unit equals thirty seconds of workflow execution time, and AI credits are consumed separately when a step actually calls AI.
How does Pabbly AgenticAI differ from an AI agent platform?
The AI builds the workflow, then leaves. Once assembled, the automation runs step by step without the model in the loop, so results are reproducible and there is no token spend on every run. AI is called only on steps that need judgment. AgenticAI also has no fixed connector library: it finds the right API itself and asks for credentials only when it needs them.
Is my data used to train AI models?
The AgenticAI product page states that workflow data is never used to train models. Be aware that this commitment appears only on that page and not in the privacy policy, that it literally covers workflow data alone, and that no opt-out mechanism is documented. It is worth having confirmed contractually.
Is there an API and are there mobile apps?
Yes. Public REST APIs are documented per product, with 95 endpoints for Subscription Billing, 33 for Chatflow, 21 for Hook and one for Email Verification, covering authentication, request and response schemas and code samples. On mobile, Pabbly Chatflow has an iOS and an Android app; the other applications are web-based.
Where is my data hosted, and is a DPA available?
No hosting country or region is disclosed. The security page says data sits in localised AWS instances, and the public subprocessor list also names Hetzner Online GmbH and Webwerks alongside AWS. No Data Processing Agreement is published or offered anywhere on the site, which is a real gap for buyers processing personal data on behalf of others.
How long is my data kept?
Retention is set per application: Connect workflow history is purged after 15 days, Chatflow messages after 60 days, Email Marketing campaign data after a maximum of six months, Email Verification reports after 15 days. After termination a copy of your Customer Data is kept for 15 days and then deleted, with export left to you. Deleting the account erases everything permanently, with no recovery.
What does support look like, and can I cancel anytime?
Support runs through forum tickets and email, backed by public communities and more than twelve thousand claimed video tutorials; office hours are 10am to 6pm IST except Sunday, with priority support on higher tiers. Included onboarding is limited to a product walkthrough and initial setup. Cancellation is possible at any time from the dashboard, with no contract, and access continues to the end of the paid period.
Conclusion

Should you pick Pabbly?

Pabbly makes a straightforward argument and largely delivers on it: one account, one price, and enough applications to cover automation, messaging, email, forms, billing and now AI-generated workflows and apps. For a small business or an agency arbitrating on cost, that arithmetic is hard to beat, especially with permanent free plans, lifetime one-time options on several products and a task-counting model that does not bill internal steps.

The AI thesis is more thoughtful than the marketing suggests. Letting AI assemble a workflow and then removing it from execution trades a little flexibility for reproducibility and a predictable bill, which is a defensible position rather than a limitation.

The trust groundwork is also real, and better than many peers of this size: third-party audited SOC2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2022 certifications, a named Data Protection Officer with a phone number, breach notification within 72 hours, retention periods stated per application, and a subprocessor list naming fourteen providers with the purpose of each.

What holds it back is contractual rather than technical. Pricing is inconsistent from one page to the next, with four different figures for the same bundle. There is no Data Processing Agreement, no disclosed hosting jurisdiction, no Article 27 representative, and the terms still carry a clause saying the Services are appropriate only for use in India. The no-training promise lives on a product page, not in the privacy policy.

So the split is clean. If you are a lean team buying on features per euro and comfortable with a light contractual frame, Pabbly is strong value. If you are a European or regulated organisation that needs a signed DPA, data residency and written commitments, ask for those in writing before committing.
