GDPR overview
There is no mention of the GDPR anywhere on the site: the term does not appear once across the pages collected. The privacy policy, last updated on 24 February 2026, does list rights that mirror the regulation, namely access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability and objection, but qualifies them with "depending on your location" and names no legal basis for processing. No EU representative under Article 27 is designated, no data protection officer is named, no Data Processing Agreement is published or offered on request, and no subprocessor list exists. International transfers are acknowledged with "appropriate measures" but no mechanism is named. The Terms are governed by California law, and the Chrome Web Store listing declares the publisher a non-trader, warning that EU consumer rights do not apply. Who owns the data?
Under the Terms of Service you keep ownership of the content you upload, but you grant redesignr.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in connection with providing and improving the service, which is a notably broad grant. Output generated specifically for you belongs to you, and commercial use is allowed as permitted by your subscription plan, while the vendor retains its AI models, algorithms and pre-existing materials. Personal information is not sold, but it may be shared with service providers, with partners where you consent, with legal authorities, and with an acquirer in a merger or acquisition.
Reuse rights
You may reuse what the platform generates for you without asking permission: the Terms state that you own the rights to output produced specifically for you, and that you may use it for personal or commercial purposes as permitted by your subscription plan. Exported HTML, CSS and React components can therefore go straight into a client project or a codebase. On the vendor's side, redesignr.ai collects account credentials, billing and profile details, the URLs and files you submit and your communications, plus device data, IP address and location, usage data and cookies. That material serves to run and improve the service, process transactions, personalise the experience, communicate about updates and support, analyse usage and meet legal obligations. The Chrome extension reads the URL, HTML and CSS of the active tab only when you trigger it, transmits that capture to produce the requested redesign, and the vendor states it does not monitor or store browsing across other tabs.

Hosting summary
The vendor publishes no hosting country and no hosting region. The privacy policy acknowledges that information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, that those countries may have different data protection laws, and that appropriate measures are taken, but it names no mechanism, no standard contractual clauses and no adequacy decision. Security measures are described as appropriate without citing any standard, and the vendor states plainly that it cannot guarantee absolute security.
