The second brick is session supervision: one dashboard covering every production, five collaboration roles, cohorts, briefs, deadlines, per-member progress and a delivery history. The third is render sharing, with uploads carrying no size or format ceiling, a password-protected public link or an internal team link, and automatic server-side transcoding into a browser-playable proxy so a client can watch ProRes, MXF or XAVC without installing a codec. The master file is left untouched, and feedback, general or timecoded, comes back to the timeline as markers.
Two limits are stated plainly by the vendor. AVA reads structural metadata only, meaning clip names, timecodes, track layout and markers, never the media itself. And Proxia does not edit: it is not an online editor and it automates no creative decision. A credit system meters every action, credits resetting monthly and never carrying over. No plugin, no extension, no installation.

GDPR overview
GDPR compliance is claimed explicitly and documented in unusual depth for such a young company. Proxia Studio, a French SASU, acts as data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978. The privacy policy, last updated in April 2026, sets out four legal bases, lists the seven data subject rights, routes requests to privacy@proxia.studio with a thirty-day commitment, and points users to the CNIL for complaints. The minimum age is sixteen, with guardian authorisation between sixteen and eighteen. Transfers outside the European Union rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses and processor-specific agreements. Who owns the data?
Under the terms of use, you keep full intellectual property over everything you upload. Proxia Studio takes only a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, limited to the life of your account and to operating, delivering and improving the service, plus producing aggregated anonymised statistics; it ends when you delete the content or the account. Rights to AVA's generated reports are assigned back to you, subject to full payment, although the vendor guarantees neither their uniqueness nor that they infringe no third-party rights. Each workspace is isolated at database level through PostgreSQL Row Level Security, and source rushes are never requested nor stored.
Reuse rights
You may reuse your own uploads and AVA's output freely: analysis reports, integrity scores and anomaly lists are yours to exploit commercially, with one restriction set by the specific clauses, namely that you must not present them as certified human expertise. Project files in XML, DRP or PRPROJ format are never used for training and never shared, serving only to produce your report. Question-and-answer exchanges with AVA may feed model improvement, but through an explicit opt-in and never by default. Your personal knowledge base stays private unless you consent separately. Prompts travel to the Google Gemini API under a processing agreement stating that Google does not train its general models on them.

The application backend runs on Railway and the database on Supabase, both in the EU West region in Ireland, with no transfer outside the European Union. User files sit on Cloudflare R2 on its European network, while the frontend is deployed on Vercel's global edge, which means some data can transit outside the EU. Encrypted daily database backups live on a Hetzner Online server in Helsinki, Finland, kept seven days there and thirty more on Cloudflare R2. Four further processors operate from the United States: Google for the Gemini API, Resend for transactional email, Sentry for error monitoring and Stripe for payments. Transfers rest on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses and processor-specific agreements, listed provider by provider in the privacy policy. The vendor's own summary is that sensitive application data never leaves the European Union. Note that the domain resolves to a Cloudflare anycast address in the United States, which reflects the content delivery edge and not where the application actually runs.
