Chirpy
Chirpy is an AI social media platform that writes posts, generates on-brand visuals and schedules them across seven networks. It builds a Brand Kit from your website, then turns one sentence of context into a month of content.
What is Chirpy?
Chirpy calls itself a Social Media Operating System, and the phrase is more than branding: it marks the line the product draws between itself and the schedulers it competes with. Those tools wait for the content to exist before they queue it. Chirpy writes the posts, makes the visuals, then schedules them, which is a different job altogether.
The workflow is deliberately short. You point the tool at your website and, in about two minutes, its AI Brand Kit Wizard extracts your tone, your offer and your audience — no brand guidelines document required. You then type a single sentence of context: new spring menu, just listed on Oak Street, launching the annual pass. Chirpy returns a month of posts, captions and visuals for review. Edit what needs editing, approve the rest, and each item is queued at a sensible time.
Seven networks are supported: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and X. A single idea is reshaped for each of them — an Instagram carousel, a LinkedIn post, a TikTok script — rather than copy-pasted across all of them. Visual production is part of the deal, from product shots to branded graphics and lifestyle imagery, and every plan carries a monthly quota of AI-generated videos.
Around that core sit the pieces a team needs: a drag-and-drop visual calendar, Chirpy Flow for tracking assets on Kanban boards, role-based access, approval workflows, separate workspaces per brand or market, and a media library. Analytics are deliberately narrative — an AI InsightEngine writes a short read on what performed and what to repeat, instead of a wall of charts.
The three tiers are priced per workspace rather than per seat, from USD 29 to USD 299 a month, each opening with a seven-day trial that asks for no card. Several tools — a caption generator, a hashtag generator, a brand kit scanner — are free and need no signup at all. The publisher, SocialVibe LLC of Sheridan, Wyoming, describes the product as early and actively building, which is worth weighing against the breadth of the feature list.
What it does
- Writes captions and full posts from a single sentence of context
- Generates on-brand visuals: product shots, branded graphics and lifestyle imagery
- Schedules across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and X
- Builds a Brand Kit automatically by reading your website
- Reshapes one idea into a native format for each platform
- Reports on performance in plain English rather than raw dashboards
- Runs several brands, workspaces and approval workflows side by side
When to use Chirpy / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Chirpy is the right fit.
When to use Chirpy
- Solo founders and personal brands who need a steady posting rhythm without surrendering half their week to it
- Agencies running several client brands at once who want to raise output without adding headcount
- In-house marketers for whom social is one job among many, with no content team standing behind them
- Local service businesses — restaurants, gyms, estate agencies, event organisers — with no designer on staff
- Creators and influencers who want one idea reshaped natively per platform rather than copy-pasted across all of them
When not to use Chirpy
- Developers wanting to wire social publishing into their own stack: Chirpy publishes no public API and no developer documentation
- Teams that work from a phone: there is no iOS or Android app, only a browser workspace
- Organisations under strict data-residency obligations, since no hosting country or region is ever named
- Buyers whose procurement requires a signed DPA, a security certification or a published subprocessor page
- Brands whose audience lives on networks Chirpy does not cover, such as Threads, Reddit, Bluesky or Google Business Profile
How to use Chirpy
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account and start the 7-day free trial; no credit card is asked for
- Connect your social accounts — check the prerequisites first, as Instagram must be a professional account and Facebook needs a Page
- Let the AI Brand Kit Wizard read your website URL and extract your tone, offer, audience, colours and fonts
- Review the Brand Kit it produces and correct anything it read wrong
- Type a single sentence describing what is going on in the business right now
- Read through the month of posts it generates — captions, visuals and proposed times
- Edit any draft that misses the mark, then approve the batch
- Let Chirpy queue each post at its scheduled slot across the connected networks
- Come back for the plain-English performance report and adjust the next month accordingly
- For teams, route drafts through the approval workflow and track them on Chirpy Flow boards
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Covers the whole chain — writing, visuals and scheduling — where most competitors only handle the last step
- Priced per workspace, not per seat or per social account, which stays cheap as the team grows
- Seven-day trial on every tier with no credit card, so evaluation costs nothing but time
- Unlimited posts on all three plans
- The Brand Kit is built automatically from your website; no guidelines document to assemble first
- Genuinely useful free tools available without signing up, plus six downloadable sector guides
- Substantial help library — 37 articles across 8 categories, video guides and long walkthroughs — and a five-minute stated setup
Cons
- No public API and no developer documentation of any kind
- No mobile app: iOS and Android are both absent, the product is browser-only
- No hosting country or region is ever named, despite a vague promise of residency options
- No security certification, no trust page, and no DPA published or offered on request
- No Article 27 EU representative, with the company established solely in the United States
- No documented way to exclude your data from AI model training — the subject is never addressed either way
- The terms of service still carry an obsolete price list, including a free plan the pricing page does not offer
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanent free plan advertised on the pricing page, which lists three paid tiers only; the terms of service still mention a free plan, but within a pricing section that no longer matches the site and should not be relied upon. The lowest price point is USD 29.00 per month for the Pro plan, charged per workspace rather than per user or per connected account. All three tiers open with a seven-day free trial that requires no credit card, and subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Chirpy handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR is addressed explicitly, not in passing. The privacy policy, in force since 4 August 2025, carries a Compliance and Legal section stating that Chirpy meets GDPR requirements for EU users, and it names five of them: a lawful basis for processing, data minimisation and purpose limitation, individual rights and consent management, breach notification procedures, and privacy by design. Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection and transfer are all enumerated, with a stated 30-day response time, a privacy@chirpy.me address and a data protection officer reachable at dpo@chirpy.me. CCPA is covered separately. Two limits deserve weighing: no Article 27 EU representative is designated, and the company is established solely in Wyoming, so every transfer lands in the United States with no mechanism — standard contractual clauses or Data Privacy Framework — mentioned anywhere. The compliance claim is self-declared; no audit or certification is published.
Who owns the data?
Under the terms of service you keep ownership of everything you create, and anything the AI produces becomes your property the moment it is created. In exchange you grant SocialVibe LLC a licence to process and display that content so the service can run, and you warrant that you hold the rights to whatever you upload; you may delete your content at any time. On the personal-data side the privacy policy is equally direct: personal data is not sold, you stay in control of what you connect and publish, and you can request deletion whenever you wish. Connected accounts remain yours — Chirpy merely stores OAuth tokens in order to post on your behalf.
Reuse rights
Yes. The terms state that all AI-generated content becomes your property once created, so the captions, images and videos Chirpy produces can be published, edited, repurposed or used commercially without asking further permission. Nothing in that section reserves an attribution right for the vendor or confines reuse to the Chirpy workspace. Material you upload yourself stays yours throughout, on the single condition — spelled out in the same section — that you held the rights to it in the first place. The licence granted to SocialVibe LLC runs the other way round: it lets the vendor process and display your content in order to operate the service, not to exploit it elsewhere, and the privacy policy adds that personal data is never sold.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
The privacy policy describes how data is protected but never says where it sits. It mentions secure, enterprise-grade data centres, regular backups with encryption at rest, secure cloud infrastructure with regular security audits, encryption in transit, limited internal access controls and OAuth 2.0 for social connections. It also states that geographic data residency options are available, without naming a single region or explaining how one would be obtained. Hosting and infrastructure providers are acknowledged as a category of third party but never named, unlike Stripe and OpenAI. No country, no region and no certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is published, and there is no trust or security page. Jurisdiction, by contrast, is unambiguous: SocialVibe LLC is established in Sheridan, Wyoming, the terms are governed by Wyoming law and disputes go to arbitration there, so processing falls under United States jurisdiction. As a purely technical observation, the domain resolves to a Google LLC address on an anycast node measured in Kansas City — an infrastructure clue, not a statement by the vendor.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Chirpy.
- Handing over the brand voice can flatten it: the Brand Kit is scraped from a website, and if nobody re-reads the drafts every account drifts towards the same competent, forgettable machine
- Approving a month of posts in one sitting is a month of judgement delegated at once; an awkward or ill-timed post can go live weeks after anyone last thought about it
- Chirpy stores OAuth tokens for every connected account, so a breach at the vendor is a breach of your social presence, not merely of a content archive
- The unlimited-posts promise is bounded by monthly AI credits, and that quota — not the post count — is where the real ceiling sits
- The terms of service still describe an obsolete price list, including a free plan the pricing page does not offer: read the pricing page, never the terms, before committing
- No hosting country, security certification or DPA is published, which will stop the tool at the door of any regulated procurement process
- Leaning on generated captions and visuals quietly erodes the in-house craft that made a brand distinctive in the first place; the skill atrophies without anyone deciding to let it
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low. Everything happens in a browser: nothing to install, no code, no extension. The site puts setup at about five minutes — connect the social accounts, let the AI Brand Kit Wizard read your website URL, confirm the brand details. The only real friction sits on the platforms' side rather than Chirpy's: Instagram must be a professional account, Facebook needs a Page, and each network has its own prerequisites, which an eight-minute guide walks through. A twelve-minute quick-start guide covers the entire first run. No brand guidelines document is required.

Should you pick Chirpy?
Chirpy is betting on a specific gap. Most social tools assume the content already exists and help you publish it; Chirpy assumes the opposite, and the whole product follows from that. For a solo founder, a restaurant owner or a two-person agency, the assumption is usually correct, and it is what makes the tool worth a look.
What supports the bet is concrete. Pricing is per workspace rather than per seat, which matters the moment more than one person touches the account. Posts are unlimited on every tier. The seven-day trial asks for no card, so the cost of finding out is your own time. The free tools and the support library — thirty-seven articles, video guides and long walkthroughs — suggest a vendor investing in getting people to a first result.
What argues for caution is just as concrete, and it clusters on the enterprise side. There is no public API and no mobile app. No hosting country is named, no security certification published, no DPA offered, and no Article 27 representative exists for EU customers. The terms of service still carry a price list the pricing page contradicts, which says something about a young company's review discipline. The publisher makes no secret of it: Chirpy describes itself as early and actively building.
That places the tool fairly precisely. If you are a small business, a creator or an agency whose real constraint is that nobody has time to make the content, Chirpy addresses the actual bottleneck and the trial costs nothing to run. If you are buying for an organisation with a procurement checklist, the gaps in published compliance material will end the conversation before the product does. The seven-day trial is the honest way to settle which of the two you are.
