GDPR overview
There is no GDPR implementation to report. The words GDPR, DPA and data processing agreement appear nowhere in the pages collected, neither in the visible text nor in the HTML source. No EU Article 27 representative, no data protection officer and no privacy contact address are published. The privacy policy states no legal basis for processing and describes no right of access, rectification or erasure. It carries no date at all, neither an effective date nor a last-updated date. An opt-out does exist in the user dashboard, but it concerns the service and its communications, not a processing operation in the GDPR sense. The only age rule published is that the website is not intended for children under 13, a US-style threshold rather than a European one.
