ScripAI
ScripAI gathers 100+ free AI text generators for creators, marketers, freelancers, students and teachers: short video scripts, social posts, hashtags, blog copy, SEO, email, ads and names. Every tool runs with no account and no credit card.
What is ScripAI?
ScripAI is a website that gathers more than one hundred AI text generators, each living on its own URL. The home page makes one claim above all others: ScripAI is FREE Forever, repeated as "100% FREE" and "No login required", with a double promise printed under every call to action, "No credit card required" and "No login is required", next to a "Save $20/m" comparison.
The product started as a single short-form video script generator, still reachable at /app, and was then extended into a general-purpose catalogue. That catalogue is organised on the /ai-tools page into ten sections: Social Media, Hashtag Generators, Video & YouTube, Blog & Writing, Email & Professional, Marketing, Advertising Tools, Educational Tools, Name Generators and Utility Tools.
The mechanics are identical everywhere: a form of two to four fields, a generate button and a copy-to-clipboard button. The original script generator is the most configurable of the set, offering thirteen output languages, eleven tones and three durations (30 seconds, 60 seconds, or 30 to 60 seconds). A /signin page exists, offering a Google account or a magic link, but signing in is optional and unlocks no documented tier.
What ScripAI is not is just as defining. There is no workspace, no documented history, no library and no team feature. There is no API, no mobile application and no browser extension: the web is the only channel. Each generator is independent, so you move between tools by changing URL, with no project and no thread linking them.
The visible business model is advertising. The privacy policy names Google as an advertising partner and describes Google DoubleClick DART cookies, which is consistent with a service given away with no paid tier anywhere.
The one thing the site never states is who runs it. There is no registered company name, no address, no email, no about page and no contact page across the 110 URLs of its sitemap, and the footer reads only "ScripAI - Copyright (c) 2026 - All rights reserved". A ProductHunt badge sits on the home page, and the terms, the privacy policy and the GDPR page all carry the same date: 1 April 2024.

When to use ScripAI / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if ScripAI is the right fit.
When to use ScripAI
- Short-form video creators who need 30 to 60 second scripts for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Social media and community managers producing LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Instagram posts, hooks and platform-specific hashtags.
- Bloggers and copywriters looking for article ideas, headlines, outlines, intros and paragraph rewrites.
- Marketers and advertisers drafting Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Ads copy, plus sales copy, CTAs and taglines.
- Freelancers, founders, job seekers, students and teachers with no tooling budget: 15 name generators, resume headlines and summaries, job descriptions, quizzes and questions.
When not to use ScripAI
- Teams that need an API or a connector into an existing workflow: no API documentation and no third-party integration appears in the 110 URLs of the sitemap.
- Organisations with contractual requirements: there is no DPA, no subprocessor list, no registered company name, no postal address and no contact email.
- Buyers who need to know who they are contracting with: the publisher is never named, on the site or anywhere else.
- Anyone producing long-form structured content or working as a team: the generators return short blocks one at a time, with no workspace, no library and no documented history.
- Users handling sensitive or regulated data, and anyone under 13, whom the privacy policy excludes: the published documents say nothing about what happens to the text typed into the generators.
How to use ScripAI
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Open scripai.com and click "Try for Free!", which opens the /ai-tools catalogue
- Browse the ten sections of the catalogue and pick the generator that matches your task
- Fill in the short form on the tool page: on the short video script generator, a video title, plus an optional description and optional keywords
- Set the options where they exist: output language (13 choices), tone (11 choices) and duration (30 seconds, 60 seconds, or 30 to 60 seconds)
- Click "Generate Script" and wait for the text to appear on the page
- Click "Copy to Clipboard" to take the result into your own editor
- Run it again with a different title, tone or language if the first output misses the mark
- Change tool by changing URL: each generator is independent, with no project and no shared thread between them
- Optionally sign in at /signin with a Google account or a magic link sent by email; nothing requires it, and no registration, credit card or installation is needed at any point
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Genuinely free with no announced time limit: the site states "ScripAI is FREE Forever"
- No sign-up and no credit card: the generators run straight from the page, and the optional sign-in is never forced
- Breadth of catalogue: more than 100 use cases covered in one place, sorted into ten readable sections
- Immediate to use: a short form, one button, one copy, with nothing to install and nothing to commit to
- 13 output languages on the short video script generator, useful well beyond English
- 11 tones and 3 durations on the script generator, enough to steer the register and the length of the output
- A dedicated GDPR page, which is uncommon for a product at this level
Cons
- The publisher is completely anonymous: no registered company name, no address, no about page and no contact page across the 110 URLs of the sitemap
- No email address is published anywhere. The terms tell users to send "an e-mail to Scrip AI" without ever giving an address, automated enumeration found none, obfuscated or otherwise, and the GDPR rights are stated with no channel through which to exercise them
- The legal documents are visibly template-generated and unproofread: the terms carry "prevailing law of in", an unfilled placeholder, and the privacy policy still mentions "www.website.com". As a direct consequence, no governing law and no jurisdiction can be identified
- The terms and the privacy policy say nothing about the text typed into the generators or the text produced: no ownership, no retention, no training. There is no DPA, no subprocessor list and no stated hosting country
- No API, no mobile app, no browser extension and no third-party integration: the web page is the only way in
- No workspace, no history and no collaboration, each generator being a standalone form, and the legal documents have not moved since 1 April 2024
- Advertising-funded, with Google DoubleClick DART cookies and the visitor's IP passed to third-party ad servers, alongside a very broad liability waiver attached to the fact that the service is free. The footer SOCIAL block is also broken: the link labelled "Instagram" and the link labelled "LinkedIn" both point to the same personal LinkedIn profile
Pricing & Plans
ScripAI is free of charge in its entirety. No paid tier exists anywhere on the site and no pricing page appears in the 110 URLs of the sitemap; the home page and the /ai-tools page both state "ScripAI is FREE Forever!", with "No credit card required" and "No login is required" repeated under every call to action, alongside a "Save $20/m" saving argument. There is therefore no starting price, no currency and no billing unit to report. There is no free trial either, since there is no paid product to trial. The service appears to be funded by advertising: the privacy policy names Google as an advertising partner and describes Google DoubleClick DART cookies.
- a single
- unnamed offer giving access to every generator. The site names and compares no tier
- there is no Pro
- Team or Enterprise plan
- and signing in at /signin unlocks no documented additional tier
- access being identical with or without an account.
Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how ScripAI handles your data.
GDPR overview
Implementation is declared but not operable. A dedicated GDPR page, effective 1 April 2024, states "We are a Data Controller of your information", invokes four legal bases (performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interest and legal obligation) and lists six rights for residents of the European Economic Area: access and erasure, rectification, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent. The gap is practical: the page asks readers to "please contact us", yet no email address and no contact form exists anywhere on the site, so none of these rights can actually be exercised. No Article 27 EU representative and no data protection officer are appointed, no hosting country or region is named, and there is no DPA and no subprocessor list. The privacy policy adds that no personal information is knowingly collected from children under 13.
Who owns the data?
The terms reserve everything: "Unless otherwise stated, Scrip AI and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Scrip AI", and visitors may not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce or redistribute it. Comments carry a broad grant the other way: the user gives Scrip AI "a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit" them, in any form or medium. On personal data, the GDPR page effective 1 April 2024 states: "We are a Data Controller of your information." No clause covers the text typed into a generator or the text it produces: nothing says who owns the output, and that silence is left as found.
Reuse rights
What the published documents actually describe is browsing data, not content. Log files collect "internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks", used to analyse trends, administer the site, track user movement around the site and gather demographic information; the policy adds that these logs are not linked to any personally identifiable information. Cookies store visitor preferences and pages viewed in order to customise what is displayed. Advertising is the visible business model: Google DoubleClick DART serves ads based on visits to this site and others, Google is the only advertising partner named, third-party ad servers automatically receive the visitor's IP address, and the policy warns that "Scrip AI has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers". Signing in with a Google account or a magic link is offered but optional. On the other side of the exchange the documents are silent: nothing states whether the text you submit to a generator, or the text returned to you, may be reused, republished or sold, and no document anywhere mentions the training of AI models on user data. In practice users copy the output to the clipboard and use it, but no clause grants that permission in writing.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
The published documents name no hosting country and no hosting region. On log files, the privacy policy goes no further than noting that "All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics", without ever naming the host. There is no DPA, no subprocessor list, and the dedicated GDPR page, effective 1 April 2024, says nothing about where personal data is stored or whether it is transferred outside the European Economic Area. One technical clue exists outside the site's own documents, and it carries no contractual weight: the domain resolves to 216.150.1.193, geolocated in the United States on AS16509 Amazon.com Inc. and flagged as anycast. An anycast IP geolocation indicates where a request happened to be answered, not where data is stored, and it is not a hosting commitment. Anyone with a data residency requirement should treat the hosting jurisdiction of ScripAI as undeclared.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting ScripAI.
- You cannot know who you are dealing with. ScripAI never names its publisher: no registered company, no legal form, no postal address, no about page and no contact page anywhere on the site.
- There is no way to reach anyone. No email address exists on the whole site, including for legal and GDPR matters. The terms refer to "sending an e-mail to Scrip AI" without giving the address, and the GDPR page asks you to "contact us" while offering no channel to do so.
- No governing law can be identified. The terms carry an unfilled template placeholder, "in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of in", and the privacy policy still mentions "www.website.com". All three documents are unchanged since 1 April 2024, and the liability waiver is tied to the price: "As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature."
- What you type is unaccounted for. Nothing in the documents covers the text submitted to a generator or the text produced: not ownership, not retention, not model training. Treat every input as public and keep confidential, personal or regulated data out of the forms.
- The service is ad-funded: Google DoubleClick DART cookies are described in the privacy policy, and your IP address is passed automatically to third-party ad servers over which the site says it has no access or control. There is no DPA, no subprocessor list and no stated hosting country.
- The product appears to have changed hands without saying so. The founder's personal site marks ScripAI as "(acquired)" and his LinkedIn bounds his founder role to March 2023 - December 2024. The acquirer is named nowhere and scripai.com makes no mention of the change, so the party actually running the service today is unknown.
- Over-reliance is the quiet risk. The tools are free, instant and unmetered, which makes it tempting to publish first drafts unread. Nothing on the site verifies facts, checks originality or flags errors, and the broken footer SOCIAL block, where the link labelled "Instagram" opens a personal LinkedIn profile, is a reminder that the site is not closely maintained. Read, verify and rewrite before publishing.
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
None. There is nothing to install, nothing to configure and no mandatory account: you open the tool's URL, fill a form of two to four fields and click generate. No API key, no webhook and no connector has to be set up, because none exists. Signing in with a Google account or a magic link is offered but optional and changes nothing. Any user able to fill in a web form can be productive within a minute, on any device with a browser.

Should you pick ScripAI?
ScripAI does one thing very well: it puts more than a hundred AI writing generators behind a single free door, with no account, no card and no friction between the idea and the copied text. For a creator scripting a Reel, a community manager filling a posting calendar, a freelancer naming a project, a student writing a resume headline or a teacher building a quiz, that breadth and that price are hard to argue with.
The reservations are all about who stands behind it. The publisher is never named: no registered company, no address, no email, no about page, no contact page. The legal documents are template-generated and were never proofread. The terms still read "prevailing law of in", so the governing law and the competent jurisdiction cannot be determined, and the privacy policy still refers to "www.website.com". None of the three documents, all dated 1 April 2024, says anything about the text you type into a generator or the text it returns: not ownership, not retention, not model training. The GDPR page grants six rights and gives no address at which to exercise them.
Functionally, the ceiling is low by design: no API, no mobile app, no integrations, no workspace, no history, no collaboration. Each generator is a standalone form.
The reasonable verdict is a use-based one. ScripAI is a good fit for public, non-sensitive content and for one-off drafting when you need a starting block fast. It is the wrong choice for confidential inputs, for regulated data, or for any use that has to rest on a contract, because there is no identified counterparty to contract with, and no one to write to if something goes wrong.
