Practically, HemoVision runs only on 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, installs locally with a personal licence file, and reached version 3.3.0 on 1 April 2026 with a redesigned interface. GDPR overview
The words GDPR and General Data Protection Regulation appear nowhere on the site, including in the privacy policy itself, so the vendor makes no compliance claim in either direction. Who owns the data?
The privacy policy states that Forentrics acts, for most processing, only as a processor on behalf of the customer's employer, who signed the licence agreement and remains the data controller. The personal data covered is limited to what is exchanged when entering into an agreement: name, surname, email address and company name, all supplied voluntarily. Individuals may request access, rectification, completion, updating and erasure, and may withdraw consent at any time. The vendor reserves the right to publish or share non-personally identifiable information with its partners. Reuse rights
