Overview

What is Lexa Go?

Lexa Go is a browser-based AI assistant built for one field and one jurisdiction: Spanish employment law. It is published by LEXAGO IAS S.L., the technology arm of Grupo Lexa, a law firm based in Berrioplano, Navarre, with more than twenty years of practice in labour advisory work. The company presents it as the first specialised AI project born in Spain and the country's first ALSP combining artificial intelligence with human advice.

What sets it apart is not raw model power but the architecture around it. The retrieval layer, which the vendor calls IA Colmenar, organises hundreds of legal topics into structured information cells so the model reaches the relevant material directly instead of searching generically. On top of that sits a team of employment lawyers who update and supervise the knowledge base daily, and who take over when a question needs a genuine legal strategy. If the AI cannot answer, the query is not deducted from the plan. The product was developed with the Instituto Tecnologico de Informatica in Valencia and a group of AI specialists.

In practice it does four things. It answers employment questions for both the private sector and Spanish public-sector employment, covering civil-service staff, administrative procedures and deadlines, disciplinary rules, incompatibilities and leave. It searches collective agreements, sectoral or company-level, returning the clause in force with its salary tables and attached case law. It drafts employment documents through forms that embed applicable case law. And since version 3.0 left beta on 25 August 2026, it works on real files: up to seven documents per query, images and Excel included, analysed, revised and rewritten inside the same conversation.

One commitment is unusual for the category: a civil liability insurance policy covers the answers the AI produces, and it is included on every plan. Access is web-only through app.lexa-go.com, with no API and no mobile application. Grupo Lexa is ranked Tier 1 in Best Law Firms Spain 2027 for employment law, and Lexa Go holds an agreement with the Consejo General de Graduados Sociales and Tech Partner status with Sage.

What it does

  • Answer a Spanish employment-law question, private or public sector, grounded in current legislation and case law
  • Query any collective agreement and get the applicable clause with its salary tables and linked case law
  • Draft employment documents such as dismissal letters and standard filings through forms that embed the relevant case law
  • Upload up to seven documents in a single query, images and Excel files included, for joint analysis
  • Review and update an existing document, with risk detection and alignment on current rules
  • Pull structured reports on case law and legislation, including linked CENDOJ rulings
  • Escalate to Grupo Lexa's in-house legal team when the matter calls for a complex legal strategy

When to use Lexa Go / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if Lexa Go is the right fit.

When to use Lexa Go

  • Employment lawyers and law firms handling a steady flow of Spanish labour-law queries
  • Graduados sociales registered with the Consejo General, who get a 25% discount and two free trial months
  • Labour and payroll consultancies that want to stop digging through legal databases by hand
  • HR teams in Spanish companies who need a defensible answer before they act
  • Public-sector HR and administration staff dealing with civil-service employment questions

When not to use Lexa Go

  • Anyone working outside Spain: the entire corpus is Spanish legislation, case law and collective agreements
  • Consumers and private individuals, since the terms restrict use to commercial and professional activity and bar minors
  • Teams that need an API, a mobile app or an automated pipeline, none of which exists here
  • Lawyers practising outside employment law, because the assistant answers nothing else
  • Buyers looking for a permanent free tier, as a paid plan is required once the 60-day trial is used

How to use Lexa Go

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Try the engine with no account on the public page /consulta-ia-laboral, which shows sample employment questions
  2. Open a trial account at app.lexa-go.com/registro using an email address and a password of your choice
  3. Run the 60-day trial across every service with no commitment, within a published cap on interactions
  4. Note that a trial can only be used once, and that reaching the cap switches the account to read-only on your history
  5. Ask one question per query, giving concrete context: dates, contract type, exact situation and steps already taken
  6. Upload up to seven files in a query, or create a document inside a conversation you have already started
  7. Revise and edit documents in the same conversation until you reach the version you want
  8. Book a guided demonstration through meet.brevo.com/demo-lexa-go if you would rather see the workflow first
  9. Subscribe from the pricing page, where sign-up links differ by tier and by rate grid, paying by card or IBAN direct debit
  10. Change plan or cancel at any time from the 'Mi perfil' area, and email info@lexa-go.com for technical support

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Narrow by design: one field, Spanish employment law, with a corpus built and maintained by practitioners
  • Civil liability insurance covering the AI's answers, included on every plan, which is uncommon in this market
  • Daily human supervision of the knowledge base, and a query that is not deducted when the AI cannot answer it
  • A 60-day trial, unusually long for a B2B tool, with plan changes and cancellation available at any time
  • EEA hosting announced, TLS 1.3 across all domains, and a stated commitment never to sell, transfer or share customer data
  • Verifiable credentials: UNE 420001:2024 with an online certificate, the Confianza Online seal and Trust Ecommerce Europe membership
  • Backed by Grupo Lexa, ranked Tier 1 in Best Law Firms Spain 2027 for employment law, and partnered with the Consejo General de Graduados Sociales

Cons

  • Spain only: legislation, case law, collective agreements, website and interface are all Spanish, which leaves the tool useless elsewhere
  • No API, no mobile application and no documented integration, so access is browser-only
  • No permanent free plan, and the 60-day trial can only be used once before a paid subscription becomes necessary
  • Steep entry price for a sole practitioner at 85.00 EUR excluding VAT per month, with the Starter tier excluding collective agreements, public-sector employment and the update library
  • Costs stack up: 20 to 25 EUR per month for each extra user, and legal-team assistance billed per request on top of the subscription
  • Compliance gaps that matter to a legal buyer: no published customer DPA, no subprocessor list beyond one named provider, no documented training opt-out and no Data Protection Officer
  • The fair-use policy can pause the query service once monthly usage reaches 130% of the average per customer, and account sharing is prohibited

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how Lexa Go handles your data.

GDPR overview

Implementation is concrete and documented. The privacy policy, effective 26 June 2026, names LexaGo IAS S.L. (CIF B71372460, Berrioplano, Navarre) as controller and the homepage states compliance with both the GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD. Lawful bases are listed clause by clause: contract performance, consent, legal obligation and legitimate interest. Every GDPR right is offered, including access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent, through info@lexa-go.com, with the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos named as supervisory authority. Erasure is honoured without undue delay under Article 17. No Data Protection Officer is appointed; the company relies on trained staff instead. Transfers outside the EEA may occur through some providers, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. No customer DPA is published.

Who owns the data?

LexaGo IAS S.L. is the controller. It holds exclusive intellectual property over the platform, its source code, AI algorithms, databases and interfaces; customers receive a right of use, never ownership. Files and chat context supplied by the customer form the Knowledge Base, and the homepage states that this information is never sold, transferred or shared with third parties. Output may be used by the customer in delivering their own professional services. Two clauses cut the other way: any feedback or improvement request becomes the vendor's exclusive property without compensation, and customers grant a promotional licence over their trade name and logo unless they revoke it in writing.

Reuse rights

Customers may reuse the Output freely in their own practice: the terms expressly allow results obtained from Lexa Go to be used in delivering their services, with no permission to request. What they may not do is copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the platform, run competitive analysis against it, or reach the underlying software, algorithms or database contents. On the vendor's side, processing is tied to running the service. Data entered to draft or review a document is used strictly temporarily, may be anonymised or pseudonymised during generation, and is never permanently stored in the Knowledge Base nor used in identifiable form to train models. Section 7 of the privacy policy nevertheless reserves the use of queries and generated results for system improvement or model training where legally admissible and under anonymisation or pseudonymisation safeguards, and no opt-out is documented. Brevo is named as a processor for commercial communications and marketing automation.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Retention is set out with actual figures. Browsing data is kept for one year, user data for as long as the account stays active, and customer data for the duration of the contract and up to six years to meet legal obligations. Once the relationship ends, data may be blocked for the periods the law requires, then securely deleted. Trial accounts inactive for twelve months may be removed. After a paid contract ends, the account moves to a limited state so files remain reachable; a prior notice then precedes permanent deletion within thirty calendar days, interrupted only if a paid plan is taken out. Immediate full erasure can be requested at any time under Article 17, and a copy of stored data can be requested within thirty days of termination.

Hosting summary

Lexa Go states that its servers are in Europe and that the whole infrastructure supporting the platform operates within European territory, so that data never leaves GDPR jurisdiction. The privacy policy is more precise: as a general rule, data is stored and processed on servers located in the European Economic Area. No specific hosting country is named anywhere on the site. The same clause admits that some providers may involve international transfers outside the EEA, in which case the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR apply, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Only one processor is named, Brevo, used for commercial communications, newsletters and marketing automation, and no full subprocessor list is published. Alongside hosting, the announced security measures are encrypted backups at rest and TLS 1.3 across all domains. One observable detail sits outside the vendor's own statements: the domain's public IP address resolves in Spain on Amazon's network, which is consistent with the EEA claim without being a hosting declaration by the publisher.

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Lexa Go.

  • Answers are not binding legal advice: the terms make the customer solely responsible for verifying, validating and using every Output, and the platform is supplied as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Over-reliance is the real professional risk, since a tool that settles most queries in one reply quietly erodes the habit of reading the source ruling, and an unchecked answer carried into a dismissal letter or a hearing remains the practitioner's liability
  • Confidential client files are uploaded to a third-party platform, and although processing is limited and anonymised, the privacy policy still reserves the use of queries and results for model training with no opt-out offered
  • Feedback you provide becomes the vendor's exclusive property without compensation, and your trade name and logo may be used promotionally unless you revoke that permission in writing
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, no refund covers a partial period, and the contract terminates automatically without notice if payment is not made within seven days of the due date
  • Data survival after cancellation is time-limited: the account moves to a restricted state, a 30-day notice then precedes permanent deletion, and trial accounts inactive for twelve months may be removed outright
  • Usage is measured against other customers, so reaching 130% of the average monthly query volume counts as a breach of the fair-use policy and can pause the query service
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Effectively none. Lexa Go is a browser-based SaaS with nothing to install: you register at app.lexa-go.com with an email address and a password, and the trial starts without a payment card. The public demo page can even be used without an account at all. No integration, configuration or technical prerequisite is required, and none is offered either. The one practical constraint is language, since the interface and the entire corpus are in Spanish. Guided demonstrations and training sessions are available, and higher tiers add a dedicated account manager with training and consultancy.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What kind of law does Lexa Go actually cover?
Spanish employment law only, across both the private sector and public-sector employment. The public demo states it plainly: it answers questions on employment law and nothing else. Legislation, case law and collective agreements are all Spanish, so the tool has no use in another jurisdiction.
Is there a free trial, and is there a free plan?
There is a 60-day free trial covering every service, with no commitment and a published cap on interactions. It can only be used once. There is no permanent free plan: once the trial is exhausted, a paid subscription is required to keep using the service.
How much does the cheapest plan cost?
85.00 EUR per month excluding VAT on the general business grid. Graduados sociales registered with the Consejo General reach the same Starter tier at 63.75 EUR per month, thanks to a 25% collective discount that also brings two free trial months and tailored plans.
Are the answers legal advice I can rely on?
No. The terms state that the Output is not binding legal advice and does not replace a qualified lawyer's judgement. The customer is solely responsible for verifying and validating it. The platform is supplied as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
What happens if the AI cannot answer my question?
The query is not deducted from your plan, and Grupo Lexa's legal team takes over. Legal assistance is billed per request, at 30, 25 or 20 EUR depending on your tier, and is delivered through the platform once the service has been contracted.
Where is my data hosted, and is it used to train models?
As a general rule on servers located in the European Economic Area, with Standard Contractual Clauses covering the providers that may involve transfers outside it. Data entered to draft documents is never permanently stored nor used in identifiable form for training, but the privacy policy still reserves training use under anonymisation. No opt-out is documented.
Can I upload documents, and how many at a time?
Yes, up to seven documents in a single query, including images and Excel files. You can also create a document inside a conversation you have already started, then review and edit it in the same thread until you reach the version you want.
Is there an API or a mobile app?
Neither. Access runs through the browser at app.lexa-go.com. The fair-use policy explicitly treats unauthorised automation, scraping and unapproved integrations as a breach, and each account is personal, with additional users billed at 20 to 25 EUR per month.
Conclusion

Should you pick Lexa Go?

Lexa Go is a deliberately narrow tool, and that is its strength. It does one thing, Spanish employment law, for one audience, the professionals who practise it: law firms, labour and payroll consultancies, corporate HR teams and public administrations. Everything about the product follows from that choice, including the structured retrieval layer, the daily supervision by employment lawyers and the corpus of collective agreements and case law that a generalist assistant simply does not carry.

The genuine differentiator is not the model. It is the accountability wrapped around it: a civil liability insurance policy covering the AI's answers on every plan, a query that is not billed when the assistant fails, and a law firm ranked Tier 1 in Best Law Firms Spain 2027 standing behind the output. For a profession where a wrong answer carries real consequences, that framing matters more than benchmark scores.

The limits are equally clear. There is no API, no mobile application and no integration, so the tool stays where it is rather than fitting into an existing workflow. There is no permanent free plan, and 85.00 EUR excluding VAT per month is a real commitment for a sole practitioner, especially since the entry tier leaves out collective agreements and public-sector employment. For buyers in a regulated sector, the absence of a published customer DPA, of a subprocessor list and of any documented training opt-out deserves a question before signing.

The product is moving fast, with version 2.1 in June 2025 and 3.0 out of beta in August 2026. If you practise Spanish employment law, it is worth the 60-day trial. If you do not, it has nothing to offer you.
