The security page, dated 20 March 2026, states that the publisher is currently undergoing SOC 2 Type II auditing and complies with GDPR and CCPA regulations regarding data sovereignty and user rights. Who owns the data?
Nothing in the privacy policy dated 20 March 2026 transfers ownership of merchant or shopper data to the publisher. Advent AI Solutions LLP collects identification data (name, email, company, role) through forms and demo bookings, technical data (IP address, browser, operating system, cookie-based usage) and conversation data, described as anonymised interaction logs. Reuse rights
Nothing in the terms of 20 March 2026 restricts a merchant from reusing the data its own store and conversations generate: transcripts, shopper profiles and order records remain the merchant's operational data, and in BYOC or self-hosted mode they physically sit in the merchant's own infrastructure, so export and reuse require no permission from the publisher.
