CloseRocket
CloseRocket is a Slovak B2B sales platform that pairs AI modules with human sales reps: it sources and enriches leads, runs multi-channel outreach, updates your CRM by voice and scores team performance, with rented salespeople available across twelve markets.
What is CloseRocket?
CloseRocket bills itself as an AI + Human sales platform: software that automates the repetitive parts of B2B selling, plus an option to rent trained salespeople. It is published by Deal machine s. r. o., a Slovak company registered in Žilina in February 2023, and the site is available in English and Slovak.
Six building blocks make up the offer. Lead Agent is the sourcing layer, advertising over 250 million verified contacts searchable by industry, company size and region, with waterfall enrichment across multiple data vendors, enrichment of contacts you already own, and an AI qualification step that scores each company on relevance, size, growth potential and market fit. Reach Engine turns those lists into sequences: multi-step outbound, inbound and upsell flows over email, SMS and RCS, with engagement signals such as opens, clicks, replies and intent surfaced so reps know who to call next. Klara AI attacks the CRM problem from the other end; reps call the voice assistant straight after a meeting and it writes stages, values and next steps into the CRM, backed by an activity collection view, an update centre, a daily breakdown and a leaderboard. Sales Intelligence reads the CRM to expose stalled opportunities, missing activities, rotten deals and adoption gaps, comparing reps on activity-to-won ratios. The Do Not Contact List module screens uploaded CSV or Excel files against the national Do Not Call registry, re-syncing twice a month and issuing an immutable audit record as PDF or CSV. Finally, the Marketplace lets companies rent representatives from a claimed pool of 1,200 professionals, with manual profile vetting and engagements starting on the first of the month.
Integrations centre on HubSpot, Pipedrive and Excel, with Salesforce, Zoho, custom and on-premise CRMs reserved for the Enterprise tier; a NO-CRM version ships with the lower plans. CloseRocket declares operations in twelve countries and names O2 Business Services, Global Payments and CBRE among its customers. It is a web application only, with no mobile app and no public API.
What it does
- Find and filter qualified B2B leads from a claimed base of over 250 million decision-makers
- Run automated multi-step outreach across email, SMS and RCS, and track opens, clicks, replies and intent
- Update the CRM by voice: reps simply call Klara AI after a meeting and the fields are filled for them
- Enrich incomplete contacts through a multi-vendor waterfall pipeline and score companies by AI qualification
- Audit CRM data quality and rep performance, exposing stalled deals, missing activities and skipped steps
- Screen phone lists against the Do Not Call registry and produce an immutable compliance audit record
- Rent vetted sales representatives on demand across twelve national markets
When to use CloseRocket / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if CloseRocket is the right fit.
When to use CloseRocket
- Outbound B2B sales teams (SDRs, BDRs and account executives) who need a steady, qualified pipeline without manual prospecting
- Sales managers and sales directors who cannot trust their CRM, since the platform states that up to 70% of salespeople either skip the CRM or fill it only partly
- Solo sellers and founders starting at 50 EUR per user per month on the Starter plan, with a NO-CRM version included
- Companies opening a new market who would rather rent a trained, vetted sales rep than hire one, across the twelve countries CloseRocket operates in
- Teams that must prove their calling lists are screened against the national Do Not Call registry and keep an audit trail for the regulator
When not to use CloseRocket
- B2C sellers: the marketplace FAQ states plainly that CloseRocket only works in the B2B segment
- Companies selling financial products, real estate or running pyramid schemes, all three explicitly excluded from the sales talent marketplace
- Teams that want to try before they buy: no free plan and no free trial is advertised anywhere, and every plan routes through Contact Sales
- Engineering-led teams expecting to wire the product in themselves, as no public API is documented and the Do Not Contact page even advertises the absence of API keys
- Organisations running Salesforce, Zoho or a custom CRM below the Enterprise tier, and anyone needing a mobile app or an interface beyond English and Slovak
How to use CloseRocket
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Book a strategy call through Contact Sales or the demo page, giving company email, phone, country and seat count, since there is no self-service purchase path
- Agree a plan: a software tier, a rented sales rep tier, or the standalone Compliance Checker
- For Medium and Enterprise, go through the paid Initial setup, where CloseRocket configures the flows, sets up Klara AI and assigns a Customer Success Manager
- Connect your CRM, HubSpot or Pipedrive, so Sales Intelligence can read deals, activities and team actions
- Define your ideal customer profile in Lead Agent, then let it find, filter and organise prospects
- Enrich the resulting list and review the AI company qualification scores to prioritise targets
- Build multi-step sales flows in Reach Engine and let it handle sending, timing and follow-ups across email, SMS and RCS
- Act on engagement signals as they arrive, calling or messaging the leads that show real interest
- Have reps call Klara AI after each meeting so activity lands in the CRM without manual typing
- Upload phone lists to the Do Not Contact module before any calling campaign and keep the audit record
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Covers an entire outbound cycle in one product, from sourcing and enrichment through sequencing, CRM capture and performance analysis
- Prices are published for every tier, software and human alike, which is unusual in this segment
- Low entry point: the Compliance Checker costs 20 EUR per month and the Starter plan 50 EUR per user per month
- Voice-based CRM updating removes the friction that leaves sales pipelines half empty
- Built-in compliance layer with Do Not Call screening and a downloadable audit record you can show a regulator
- A rare hybrid: you can buy the software, rent trained salespeople across twelve markets, or both
- European publisher processing data mainly in the EU and EEA, with a named subcontractor list published in full
Cons
- No free trial and no free plan is advertised anywhere on the site, and every plan funnels through Contact Sales
- A steep gap between Starter at 50 EUR per user per month and Medium Team from 1,120 EUR per month, with nothing in between
- A one-off setup fee of 1,890 EUR plus VAT applies to the Medium and Enterprise tiers, so the monthly price understates year one
- Native integrations are limited to HubSpot, Pipedrive and Excel unless you reach the Enterprise tier
- No public API and no mobile app; the interface and the site exist only in English and Slovak
- No security certification is published: no ISO 27001, no SOC 2, no trust or security page, and no DPA offered
- Headline figures such as 250 million leads and 1,200 sales reps are unsourced, and the on-site counters render as zero in the served HTML
Pricing & Plans
There is no free plan and no free trial. The lowest published price is 20 EUR per month for the Compliance Checker, the standalone Do Not Contact List module, billed monthly with unlimited checks; this figure appears on the module's own page rather than on the pricing page. Access to the full platform starts at 50 EUR per user per month on the Starter plan. Higher software tiers run from 1,120 EUR per month for up to eight users and from 6,500 EUR per month for up to 150 users, both carrying a one-off setup fee of 1,890 EUR plus VAT. Rented sales representatives are billed separately, from 1,800 EUR per month plus VAT. An annual billing toggle advertises a 20% saving.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how CloseRocket handles your data.
GDPR overview
Implementation is concrete and documented. Deal machine s. r. o. is established in Slovakia, so the GDPR applies directly and no Article 27 representative is required or named. The privacy hub provides information under Articles 13 and 14 and links thirteen thematic PDFs covering dealers, contractual partners, the B2B database, call-recording consent, marketing, social media, cookies and job applicants. A published processor list names five subcontractors with their company numbers: A.D. Agency, Profesia, GAJOS, Kreativgang and CloudTalk. Rights are exercised in writing to the Žilina seat or at privacy@closerocket.com, with the Slovak supervisory authority cited. Documents are dated 15 December 2024, and a CCPA section is added. Product pages also claim a GDPR-compliant contact database, though that claim covers the data, not a certified company audit.
Who owns the data?
The publisher is Deal machine s. r. o., a Slovak company in Žilina acting as data controller under the GDPR. Its terms reserve all intellectual property in the site and its content to CloseRocket and its licensors, and forbid copying, modifying, decompiling or creating derivative works. Customer prospect data is handled differently: clause 2.4 describes the Database as a set of contacts held in Pipedrive or an equivalent CRM and shared in both directions between the client company and CloseRocket so the sales cycle can be completed. The wider B2B prospect base is assembled by purchasing lawfully processed third-party databases, harvesting public sources such as client websites and public registers, and taking details supplied directly by clients.
Reuse rights
The terms do not grant the end user any reuse right over the platform itself: users may not copy, transfer, adapt, modify, distribute, publish or reverse engineer the site or its content, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved. What clients do get is operational use of the lead data flowing through the Database, which clause 2.4 says is shared between the client and CloseRocket to complete the sales cycle, and which can be exported to a CRM or to CSV. On the publisher's side, the privacy documentation lists the purposes: contractual relationships with dealers and partners, the B2B prospect database, sales quality monitoring through call recording subject to consent, targeted and untargeted B2B marketing, social media and recruitment. Profiling is admitted, based on language preferences, address, product interests and purchase history. Third-party components embedded in the site, named as Vocalls Inc s.r.o. and ZenLeads Inc. trading as Apollo.io, may process data the user makes available. Nowhere does the site address whether customer data trains AI models.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
The privacy documentation states that Deal machine s. r. o. processes personal data primarily within the European Union and the European Economic Area. Where a cross-border transfer to a third country outside the EU and EEA becomes necessary, the company undertakes to provide adequate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR so that the level of protection guaranteed by the Regulation is preserved. Several individual processing activities are described more strictly still, each carrying the line that cross-border transfer to third countries is not conducted. Jurisdiction is Slovak throughout: the controller is established in Žilina, the terms are governed by Slovak law, and the supervisory authority named is the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection. Beyond that, no specific hosting country, data centre or hosting provider is named anywhere on the site, and there is no trust or security page and no hosting certification. The marketing site itself is served behind a Cloudflare anycast address, which says nothing about where the platform and its customer data actually live.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting CloseRocket.
- Automated multi-channel outreach at scale can slide into unsolicited contact: the tool's own Do Not Contact module exists because breaching telephone marketing rules can cost tens of thousands of euros
- The prospect database is partly bought from third parties and scraped from public sources, so the people in it never dealt with you and may not expect your call
- Voice-driven CRM capture means every meeting outcome is recorded and scored; combined with the activity leaderboard, it can turn into surveillance of reps rather than support for them
- Leaning on AI qualification scores can erode a seller's own judgement about which accounts are worth time, especially for junior reps who never learn to research a market themselves
- Data control is shared rather than owned: the terms describe the contact Database as flowing in both directions between you and CloseRocket, and embedded third-party components may process what you upload
- The site never states whether customer data is used to train AI models, and no opt-out is documented, so that question has to be raised in the sales conversation
- Published prices are incomplete and inconsistent: the cheapest offer is absent from the pricing page, two separate price grids coexist, and setup fees plus VAT are easy to overlook
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low for the end user, but not self-service. Connecting a CRM means authorising HubSpot or Pipedrive, and the compliance module needs only a CSV or Excel upload, advertised as requiring no integrations, no API keys and no waiting on IT. There is nothing to deploy and no API to build against. The friction is commercial: every plan starts with a sales call, and the Medium and Enterprise tiers include a paid Initial setup of 1,890 EUR plus VAT in which CloseRocket configures the sales flows, sets up Klara AI and assigns a Customer Success Manager.

Frequently asked questions

What does Klara AI actually do?
Where is my data processed, and who else touches it?

Should you pick CloseRocket?
CloseRocket is an unusually complete answer to a narrow problem: the B2B outbound cycle, from finding a contact to proving the deal was worked. Where most vendors sell one layer, Deal machine s. r. o. sells six, and then offers to rent you the salesperson too. The strongest ideas are the least glamorous. Klara AI attacks CRM neglect by letting reps talk instead of type, and Sales Intelligence turns the resulting data into an honest picture of who follows the process. The Do Not Contact module is a genuine compliance product, complete with an audit record you can hand to a regulator.
The reservations are commercial rather than technical. Nothing can be tried before buying: there is no free plan, no free trial and no self-service checkout, so every evaluation begins with a sales call. The price ladder jumps sharply, from 50 EUR per user per month to at least 1,120 EUR per month, and the Medium and Enterprise tiers add 1,890 EUR of setup before the first campaign runs. Integrations stay narrow outside Enterprise, there is no public API, no mobile app, and the interface exists only in English and Slovak. No security certification is published, and the headline numbers — 250 million leads, 1,200 representatives — carry no source.
Read it as a regional specialist rather than a global platform: a young but funded Slovak company, registered in 2023, with named customers and a coherent product for teams selling across Central Europe. If your CRM is half empty and your reps hate filling it, the trial you cannot take is worth asking for.
