Data Enrichment AI repairs the stale master data that quietly ruins collection rates, and Select & Pay lets e-commerce shoppers pay only for the items they keep.

Integration is a first-class subject rather than an afterthought: a real-time REST API, documented publicly with webhooks and a changelog; managed enterprise connectors for ERP and CRM systems, including a bidirectional SAP connector built on SAP FI-CA with the SAP specialist DSC; and custom or file-based ETL routes for legacy systems.

GDPR overview

GDPR is addressed explicitly and in detail for the website. The privacy policy, dated December 2023, cites Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) as legal bases, lists the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent, and names the Hamburg supervisory authority for complaints. Transfers outside the EEA are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, with Articles 44 to 49 cited. An external data protection officer is appointed. The vendor states it works in compliance with the GDPR across all departments and that its platform has been audited by TÜV on data protection since 2019. No Article 27 representative is named, which is consistent with an EU-established controller. What is missing is any GDPR documentation for the platform itself: no customer DPA, no subprocessor list, no retention periods.

Who owns the data?
