GDPR overview
Compliance is claimed in so many words: the terms state that the publisher respects the GDPR, and the privacy policy cites Regulation (EU) 2016/679 with a legal basis given article by article. CowTech Srl is identified as the data controller. The rights listed are information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, complaint to the national supervisory authority, and, for automated decisions, an explanation, the right to contest and human intervention. Who owns the data?
