Overview

What is TO-ca$h?

TO-ca$h is a corporate treasury platform built around artificial intelligence, published by TOca$h S.r.l., a company registered in Turin, Italy. The site presents it as an AI treasury engine solving the treasury position and automating its execution, and organises the offer around five building blocks: Forecasting, Treasury Position, Deal Execution, Payment Factory and Dynamic Reporting.

Six functional areas are described in more detail. AI and Forecasting powers the forecasting process with machine learning suggestions and corrections. Cash Management automates cash decisions, transactions and optimal allocation while respecting liquidity prudence buffers. Risk Management applies optimisation algorithms to obtain the best possible hedge within the constraints of the client's own Treasury Policy. Payments automates execution and identifies the least expensive way to settle an outstanding payment. Investments allocates excess liquidity to available instruments such as deposits and money market funds, seeking yield without compromising liquidity or counterparty risk. Reporting is fully customisable for internal and external stakeholders.

Benefits are laid out by role. A CEO is offered a strategic dashboard, financial forecasting, trend analysis and multi-company management; a CFO a personalised dashboard, liquidity forecasting, cash flow analysis and detailed reporting; a treasurer cash and forecasting, risk management tools, liquidity tracking and bank relationship management; an IT manager automated payments, bank connection, ERP integration and data export.

The publisher advertises a flash installation, a mapping of the client's treasury policies and free customisation. It also claims a full treasury day completed in at most 1.5 hours from reconciliation to reporting, automated execution of treasury deals in 10 minutes, all payments run in 2 minutes, and a reduction in treasury errors amounting to 7-9% of transacted volumes. These figures are the publisher's own and are not audited. A single partner logo, Deloitte, appears on the homepage without any description of the relationship.

The company was entered in the Italian business register on 13 June 2024 and remains small. There is no pricing page, no trial and no self-service sign-up: the only entry point is a demonstration request.

Pricing

Pricing & Plans

No price is published. The site carries no pricing page, none is listed in its sitemap, and no amount appears on any of the pages collected. There is no free plan and no free trial: the only reference to something being free is Free customization, a service presented as included in the offer rather than a tier. The single percentage shown on the site, a 7-9% reduction in treasury errors measured against transacted volumes, describes a saving expected at the client and is not a tariff. Access is by demonstration request, and pricing is therefore agreed directly with the vendor.

Special offers — Free customisation of the platform, advertised on the homepage as included rather than charged · A free ROI assessment offered when requesting a demonstration, to show where the treasury is sub-optimal

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how TO-ca$h handles your data.

GDPR overview

Implementation is concrete but narrow. The privacy policy, in force since 2 August 2024, is a full Article 13 notice: TOca$h S.r.l. is named as data controller, and each purpose carries its legal basis (Articles 6.1.b, 6.1.c and 6.1.f) and its own retention period. Data subject rights are listed — access and copy, rectification, erasure, restriction, withdrawal of consent and objection — together with the right to complain to the Italian Garante Privacy or to the authority of the member state of residence. Rights are exercised at info@tocash.ai. Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 applies alongside the Regulation. No data protection officer and no Article 27 representative are named, which is consistent with an EU-established company. The company never claims to be GDPR compliant in so many words; it applies the Regulation. The notice covers the website only.

Who owns the data?

The published privacy policy names TOca$h S.r.l., Turin, as the data controller, but its glossary restricts its scope to the website alone: Services means the Site. Other services provided by the Company are subject to dedicated policies. Within that scope the company processes browsing data and ordinary personal data, and may share them with categories of recipients — IT providers, a commercial agency, accounting, tax and legal services — acting either as processors or as independent controllers, plus public authorities where the law requires it. No public document states who owns the treasury data a client would entrust to the platform itself, nor what the company may do with it.

Reuse rights

The terms grant the visitor no reuse right. Information and materials published on the site are made available for informational purposes, for your non-commercial, personal use only, and the company declares itself the exclusive owner of the intellectual property in the site and its content. Visitors are explicitly forbidden to copy, use, disclose or distribute anything obtained from the site without the owner's consent, to use the ToCa$h name or the company logos in any company name, email or URL, and to frame or mirror the site. Permission must therefore be asked in every case. Nothing is published about the reuse of a client's own treasury data inside the platform.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Retention periods are published for the website only, purpose by purpose. Browsing data collected to analyse traffic and keep the site secure are kept for one week from the last visit, and the glossary states they are deleted immediately after processing. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for a maximum of two years from the last request. Commercial emails sent to previous buyers under the soft opt-in rely on data kept for a maximum of three years from the last purchase. Data retained for legal obligations are kept as long as those obligations require, and data used to establish or defend a legal claim as long as the law allows. Periods may be extended where the law requires it. No retention period is published for treasury data held in the platform.

Hosting summary

No hosting location is published. Neither the privacy policy nor the terms name a country, a region or a provider for the data a client would entrust to the platform. The only statement on the subject is that some of the company's IT service providers are based in countries that may not have privacy laws equivalent to the user's own, and that transfers of information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland to third countries take place only under an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses; readers are invited to contact the company for further detail. The jurisdiction is otherwise clear: the publisher is established in Turin, Italy, the terms are governed by Italian law with the Court of Turin having exclusive jurisdiction, and the Italian Garante Privacy is the named supervisory authority. Note that the marketing site itself resolves to Microsoft Azure infrastructure in Amsterdam, but that is the hosting of the website and not a statement about where the treasury platform runs.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting TO-ca$h.

  • The published privacy policy covers the website only; its glossary states that other services are subject to dedicated policies, so nothing public describes how your treasury data is processed inside the platform
  • No security certification is published, and no data processing agreement or subprocessor list is offered, for a tool that connects to bank accounts and executes payments
  • No data hosting country or region is disclosed, while the policy anticipates transfers outside the European Union under standard contractual clauses
  • The performance figures on the homepage are the vendor's own claims, without source or audit; the 7-9% refers to a saving expected at the client and is not a price
  • Handing cash decisions, hedging and payment execution to an optimisation engine can erode a team's own grasp of its treasury position: keep a human review of what the algorithm proposes
  • The Deloitte logo appears under Partners with no description of the relationship, and should not be read as a technical integration or as an endorsement of the product
  • The company was registered in June 2024 and is very small, so supplier continuity is a real question for a system embedded in bank connectivity and payment flows
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Set-up is a vendor-led project, not a self-service installation. The publisher advertises a flash installation, maps the client's treasury policies into the platform and presents customisation as included. On the client side the work is real: bank connectivity, ERP integration, data export and automated payments are all listed as the IT manager's concerns, and deal execution runs through a premium API connection. No public documentation, no sandbox and no login area exist, so scoping, connection and configuration all pass through the vendor after the demonstration.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is TO-ca$h?
TO-ca$h is an AI treasury engine for companies. It forecasts cash, resolves the treasury position through an optimisation algorithm and automates its execution, covering deals, bulk payments, investment of surplus liquidity and dynamic reporting.
Who publishes TO-ca$h?
TOca$h S.r.l., a limited liability company with its registered office at Via Melchiorre Gioia 11, 10121 Turin, Italy, VAT and tax code 13080610010. It was entered in the Italian business register on 13 June 2024.
How much does it cost?
No price is published. There is no pricing page and no amount appears anywhere on the site. Access goes through a demonstration request, and terms are agreed directly with the vendor.
Is there a free trial or a free plan?
Neither is mentioned. The only thing described as free is the customisation of the platform, which is presented as included in the offer, not as a free tier or a time-limited trial.
What does the platform actually cover?
Six areas are described: forecasting powered by machine learning, cash management with liquidity prudence buffers, risk management under Treasury Policy constraints, automated payments, allocation of excess liquidity to deposits and money market funds, and customisable reporting.
Does it connect to our banks and to our ERP?
Yes, according to the site. Bank connection, ERP integration, data export and automated payments are listed as what the platform brings to an IT manager, and deal execution runs through a premium API connection.
Does TO-ca$h offer a public API?
No. The premium API mentioned on the site is the connection the platform uses to execute operations, not an interface offered to customers. No API documentation, no developer subdomain and no public endpoint could be found.
Is there a mobile application?
No. The site references neither an iOS nor an Android application, and carries no App Store or Google Play link.
Where is our data hosted, and is it used to train models?
Neither question is answered publicly. The privacy policy explicitly covers the website only and says other services are subject to dedicated policies. It does anticipate transfers outside the EU under an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, and states that the site uses no cookies.
Conclusion

Should you pick TO-ca$h?

TO-ca$h is a focused, vertical product: everything on the site points at the same job, running a corporate treasury day from reconciliation through forecasting, hedging, execution, payments and reporting. The functional description is unusually specific for a young vendor — liquidity prudence buffers, Treasury Policy constraints, allocation between deposits and money market funds, least-cost settlement of outstanding payments — and the management team is named individually, with treasury, data science and legal backgrounds that match the promise.

What the site does not publish is the harder part. There is no price, no plan, no trial and no self-service path; the only way in is a demonstration request. More significantly for a tool that connects to banks and executes payments, the published privacy policy limits itself to the website, its glossary stating that other services are subject to dedicated policies. Nothing public therefore describes how client treasury data is processed, where it is hosted or how long it is kept. No data processing agreement, no subprocessor list and no security certification are offered. To the publisher's credit, none is falsely claimed either: the site asserts nothing it cannot support.

The performance figures on the homepage — a treasury day in 1.5 hours, deals executed in 10 minutes, payments in 2 minutes and a 7-9% reduction in treasury errors — are the vendor's own claims, with no source or audit attached. The single Deloitte logo under Partners carries no explanation of the relationship.

The company was registered in Turin on 13 June 2024 and employs a handful of people, with four positions open. TO-ca$h deserves a demonstration from a finance team that already knows what it wants from a treasury system, provided the security, hosting and data processing questions are put in writing early.
