What is B.O.R.I.S?

B.O.R.I.S is an infrastructure context layer built by Sirob Technologies, an Estonian company, for engineering teams that run cloud estates and AI agents side by side. The premise stated on the homepage is that AI agents lose the environment the moment a session ends: they reason from the repository and miss everything the code does not say.
