The claimed sequence is three steps and under an hour, against the six to twelve weeks the site attributes to the classic route. The outputs are deliberately standard rather than proprietary: BPMN 2.0, XML export on every plan, plus SOPs and a project plan on the paid tiers.

GDPR overview
AILEAN publishes one legal document, dated January 2026, and it is built directly on Article 28(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The publisher signs it as data processor and the customer as data controller, and it covers documented instructions, confidentiality, Article 32 security, assistance to the controller, erasure on termination and duration. Six appendices, A to F, are declared to form an integral part of the agreement, including Appendix B for approved subprocessors and Appendix F for an FAQ about AI; none of the six is published. There is no named data protection officer, no GDPR contact address, no stated hosting location and no statement on model training. The publisher is established in Denmark, so no Article 27 representative is required. The page is reachable only from the download form, never from the site navigation.
Who owns the data?
AILEAN publishes no ordinary privacy policy. Its only legal page is a data processing agreement in which the publisher acts as data processor and the customer as data controller. Ownership therefore stays with the customer: the controller decides the purposes and the means of processing, is responsible for the legal basis, and instructs the processor, who may act only on documented instructions. Inside AILEAN, access is limited to people bound by a duty of confidentiality and only as far as necessary. The appendices that would describe the data categories and the approved subprocessors are referenced but never published. The public Voice-to-Launch application, for its part, states that nothing is stored on any server.
Reuse rights
The agreement is written entirely from the processor's side and says nothing about what customers may do with what they generate. No licence, no restriction and no ownership clause covering the BPMN diagrams, standard operating procedures or project plans produced by the tool appears anywhere on the site, for the simple reason that AILEAN publishes no terms of service at all. What the document does fix is the opposite direction: AILEAN may process personal data only on the customer's documented instructions, must warn the customer immediately if an instruction appears to breach the GDPR, and must apply Article 32 security measures while assisting the customer with its own obligations. Appendices A, C and D, which would set out purposes, data types and delivery terms, are announced as an integral part of the agreement but are not online. Nothing on the site says whether customer data is used to train models.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
AILEAN publishes no hosting information at all. Its legal page contains no country, no region and no data centre reference, and the appendix that would list approved subprocessors is announced but not published. The references to the EU and the EEA in that document describe the applicable legal framework, not a storage location. What can be observed technically, and what the publisher never claims, is that ailean.dk resolves to an anycast address on Vercel's front, geolocated in the United States, and that both product applications are served from vercel.app subdomains. The in-app help of the public Voice-to-Launch application states that the user's API key is never written to local storage and is never sent to any server other than api.anthropic.com, and that nothing is stored on any server. The case study page adds that solutions can be hosted and maintained by the publisher, without saying where. Buyers with a data residency requirement should ask for this in writing.
