Overview

What is Neuratio?

Neuratio is an AI-powered ticketing platform aimed at one industry: industrial machinery manufacturers and their after-sales customer service. It sits between a manufacturer's customers and its technical support team, and the site sums up the job in three verbs, saying it knows your machines, intercepts customer requests, and suggests what to respond.

Four functions form the core. Intelligent request routing analyzes each incoming message and sends it to the appropriate specialist or automated system, with the information needed already attached. Management of simple or incomplete requests lets the platform reply on its own to routine cases and ask the customer for what is missing, typically the serial number of the machine or a description of the problem. Generative answer suggestions produce a draft solution built from the machine's technical manuals and from similar tickets already resolved, ready to be sent with a click. Intelligent knowledge storage archives problems and solutions so that a technician's experience accumulates in a centralized knowledge base instead of remaining in individual inboxes.

Three additional functions complete the set: ticket prioritization, which crosses urgency, customer type, warranty status and business impact; customer identification, which recognizes both the customer and the machines they own and surfaces warranties and previous interactions; and automatic real-time translation of technical support exchanges. Email and WhatsApp are the channels the privacy policy describes.

The site frames all of this against six problems it says manufacturers face: endless email chains, time zones, expert bottlenecks, manuals nobody reads, high operating costs and fragmented knowledge. Its Results That Matter section displays 50% less time spent on assistance, a ~65% reduction in response time and 24/7 availability, while the contact block promises up to 65% faster responses and 95% of repetitive requests automated. No method, scope or case study accompanies those figures.

The publisher is Neuratio S.r.l., an Italian limited company registered at Piazza Beppe Manfredi 9, 12045 Fossano (CN), in Piedmont, incorporated on 10 June 2025 and run by its two co-founders, Luca Dadone (CEO & AI Engineer) and Andrea Bioddo (CTO & AI Engineer), the only people named on the site. Delivery is a hosted web application; no mobile app is published, and no price appears anywhere. Eleven customer logos are displayed under Trusted by, and the interface exists in Italian and English.

What it does

  • Route every incoming request automatically to the right specialist or to the right automated system
  • Answer routine requests on its own, and ask for the missing information when a request is incomplete
  • Generate draft replies from the machine's technical manuals and from tickets already resolved
  • Turn every resolved ticket into a centralized knowledge base that enriches itself
  • Prioritize tickets by urgency, customer type, warranty status and business impact
  • Identify the customer and the machine concerned, with warranty status and interaction history
  • Translate exchanges in real time to remove the language barrier from technical support

When to use Neuratio / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if Neuratio is the right fit.

When to use Neuratio

  • Industrial machinery manufacturers whose after-sales desk is buried under repetitive technical requests
  • Small support teams that have to cover a customer base spread across several time zones
  • Organizations where one or two expert technicians are the bottleneck for every resolution
  • Machine builders whose know-how is scattered across emails, documents and individuals, and who want it centralized
  • After-sales departments serving customers in several languages without multilingual staff on the payroll

When not to use Neuratio

  • Teams that want to sign up and test on their own: there is no self-service, no online trial, and the demo is the only entry point
  • Buyers who need a budget figure before speaking to a salesperson: no price, no tier and no range is published
  • General-purpose customer support outside industrial machinery: the whole product is built around the machine, its serial number, its manuals and its warranty
  • Organizations that require a formal security certification: the site claims neither ISO 27001, nor SOC 2, nor any audit
  • Teams that want to integrate the tool themselves: no publicly accessible API documentation and no catalogue of integrations

How to use Neuratio

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Read the two public pages, the home page and Challenges & AI Solutions, to check that the product really matches your after-sales workflow
  2. Book the personalized 30-minute demo through the HubSpot scheduler embedded in the contact section of the home page; the site presents it as free and with no obligation
  3. Alternatively, fill in the contact form in the same section with your full name, company name, email address and message
  4. Write to info@neuratio.ai for a general enquiry: it is the only general address published in the footer, and the site has no dedicated support page
  5. Expect to discuss scope and commercial terms during that call: there is no self-service sign-up and no online trial, so access is negotiated
  6. Prepare the material the platform needs in order to work: the machines' technical manuals, tickets already resolved, the criteria used to identify customers and machines, and warranty status
  7. Plan the connection of the two channels the platform handles, email and the WhatsApp Business API
  8. Use the product through the hosted web application at app.neuratio.ai, which is protected by Firebase authentication; nothing is installed on your side
  9. Send any GDPR request to privacy@neuratio.ai, which the policy says is handled within 30 days

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • A very sharp vertical scope: the machine, its serial number, its manuals and its warranty are first-class objects of the product, not free-text fields
  • Answer generation rests on two first-party sources named explicitly: the machine's technical manuals and tickets already resolved
  • Escalation is not a bare hand-off; the site specifies that the ticket reaches the specialist with all the information needed
  • The knowledge base is fed by the technicians' daily work rather than by a separate documentation project
  • Automatic translation is built in, so multilingual coverage does not require hiring
  • A detailed and well-structured privacy policy, which names its sub-processors and gives numbered retention periods
  • The publisher is anchored in the Piedmont innovation ecosystem, as a startup incubated at I3P, the incubator of the Politecnico di Torino, and a member of the Polo Innovazione ICT: institutional ties, not certifications held by Neuratio

Cons

  • No price is published: no pricing page, no tier, no range, and no mention of a free plan or a trial
  • No terms and conditions page: the only public contractual material is the privacy policy and the cookie policy
  • The site is rendered entirely in JavaScript, its four routes returning the same 2,298-byte shell, with no real robots.txt and no sitemap
  • The performance figures (50%, ~65%, 95%) are displayed with no method, no scope and no named case study
  • A very young publisher, incorporated on 10 June 2025, and a very small one: two founders, and no other person named on the site
  • The llms-full.md file published by the site contradicts the site itself on several points: the documentation aimed at AI systems is out of date
  • No security certification claimed, no DPA published or offered, and no position expressed on the use of customer data to train models
Pricing

Pricing & Plans

There is no free plan and no free trial, and no price is published. Neuratio displays no amount, no currency and no billing unit anywhere on its site: there is no pricing page, no link to one, and no pricing route in the site's own routing table. The only entry point announced is commercial, a personalized 30-minute demo presented as free and with no obligation, booked through the scheduler in the contact section; that demo is a sales appointment, not a trial of the product. Pricing is therefore established through contact with the publisher.

Prices and plans listed above may evolve. Always check the official pricing page before subscribing.

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how Neuratio handles your data.

GDPR overview

GDPR implementation is explicit and documented. The privacy policy, last updated 30 September 2025, runs to about a dozen sections, cites its legal bases article by article and states that Neuratio acts as a Data Processor under article 28 when handling customer communications. Data subjects (visitors, customers and customers' end users) are granted access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent; requests go to privacy@neuratio.ai and are handled within 30 days, with a right to complain to the data protection authority (the Italian Garante in the Italian version). A separate cookie policy of the same date declares Google Fonts (Google LLC) as the only third-party tracking tool, presented as technical, alongside a privacy preferences panel. Established in Italy, the publisher designates no article 27 representative and needs none. No DPO is named, no DPA is published, and no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification is claimed.

Who owns the data?

The privacy policy sets out two distinct regimes. For data collected through the website and through direct dealings with the publisher, Neuratio S.r.l. is the Data Controller. When customers use the platform to manage their own communications and documentation, those customers are the Data Controllers and Neuratio acts as a Data Processor under article 28 GDPR, processing data only on their behalf and according to their instructions. The manuals, tickets and content a manufacturer uploads therefore stay under its own control. Neuratio states that it establishes no direct relationship with the end customers of its customers, and that message data is processed exclusively on behalf of the customer controller.

Reuse rights

There is no terms and conditions page, so the only published rules on data use are those of the privacy policy. The purposes listed are: running the platform (ticket and message handling); sending and receiving messages on behalf of customers through the WhatsApp Business API operated by Meta Platforms; meeting contractual and legal obligations such as administration and invoicing; answering demo requests; statistical analysis and service improvement; IT security and abuse prevention; and technical or operational communications. The legal bases cited are performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b), legal obligations (art. 6.1.c), legitimate interest for security and service improvement (art. 6.1.f), and explicit consent for marketing communications (art. 6.1.a). Three categories of data are described: website visitors (form data, messages, technical and usage data including IP address, browser, operating system, pages visited and cookies); customers (named contacts, contractual and billing data, access and usage logs, uploaded content); and the messages handled through the platform (the content of emails and WhatsApp messages sent by end users, phone numbers, email addresses and technical attachments such as manuals, images and documents). System logs are collected for operation and security. Neuratio states that it does not sell or transfer data to third parties for commercial purposes, and a customer using the platform remains the controller of the material it uploads, which it may reuse for its own purposes without asking permission. One point deserves attention for what it does not say: the site takes no position at all, in either direction, on whether customer data is used to train AI models, and documents no opt-out mechanism. That silence should not be read as a guarantee.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
The privacy policy gives three retention rules. Messaging and ticket data is kept for the whole duration of the contractual relationship with the customer acting as controller, then deleted within 60 days of the end of the contract, unless a different legal obligation applies or the customer asks otherwise. Contractual and billing data is kept for 10 years, under tax obligations. Marketing and contact data is kept until consent is withdrawn. Once a period expires, the data is deleted or anonymized. For a buyer, the operational figure is that 60-day window after termination: it is what the site commits to for the tickets and messages it handles on a customer's behalf.

Hosting summary

The privacy policy states that data is processed in the EU and, where necessary, transferred outside the EU in compliance with the GDPR, for example under standard contractual clauses. No hosting country is named, and no data centre or cloud region is identified: the commitment is to a region, not to a jurisdiction. Access is described as limited to authorized internal staff, external processors such as cloud providers and legal advisers, and Meta Platforms for the use of the WhatsApp Business API. The sub-processors named in the policy are Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business API), Google Cloud / Firebase for hosting and storage, and authorized IT providers and consultants, all acting as processors or sub-processors. The declared security measures are access controls, backup systems and secure channels supplied by those providers. One distinction matters when reading this listing: the marketing website itself is served from a content delivery node located in the United States, which says nothing about where platform data lives. The EU commitment above concerns the platform, and the two should never be confused.

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Neuratio.

  • The percentages displayed (50%, ~65%, 95%) come with no method, no scope, no period and no named case study: they are claims, not measurements you can audit
  • Eleven company logos appear under Trusted by and Leading Companies Choose Neuratio with no testimonial, no contact name and no description of the deployment behind them
  • There is no terms and conditions page, so a buyer cannot read a single contractual commitment before entering the sales phase
  • The site says nothing about whether customer data may be used to train models, and documents no exclusion mechanism; a support archive is sensitive material to hand over on silence
  • The llms-full.md file published by the site carries figures and facts that the site itself does not support: it should not be taken as a source
  • A host at api.neuratio.ai publicly exposes an index describing itself as Neuratio External B2B API version 2.0.0, but the documentation address it announces returns a 404 and the marketing site never mentions an API: there is no publicly accessible API documentation to build against
  • The publisher was incorporated on 10 June 2025, has two founders and no visible salaried staff: the risk of depending on a very small team is real, and delegating first-line customer contact to it deserves a continuity clause
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Light on the technical side, demanding on the documentary side. The product is a hosted web application behind Firebase authentication, so nothing is installed locally. The effort lies in feeding it: the site says the platform works from the machines' technical manuals, resolved tickets, the criteria identifying customers and machines, and warranty status, and the privacy policy confirms that customers upload their documents and content. Email and the WhatsApp Business API must be connected. No installation procedure, prerequisite, onboarding guide or connector to an existing CRM, ERP or ticketing tool is published, and everything starts with a demo.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who is Neuratio for?
For industrial machinery manufacturers, and specifically for their after-sales customer service.
What does the platform actually do?
It routes incoming requests, answers simple or incomplete ones on its own, suggests AI-generated replies for complex cases, and feeds a centralized knowledge base.
Where do the suggested answers come from?
From the technical manuals of the machine concerned and from similar tickets already resolved in the past.
How much does Neuratio cost?
No price is published. Access goes through a 30-minute demo, free and with no obligation, booked via the HubSpot scheduler on the site.
Is there a free trial or a free plan?
Nothing of the kind is announced on the site.
Which languages does it work in?
The site itself exists in Italian and English. The product claims 24/7 multilingual support and real-time automatic translation, without listing the languages it covers.
Is there a mobile app?
No. No iOS or Android application is published; the product is used through its web application.
Is there an API?
No API documentation is publicly accessible from the site, which is also why this listing marks the API as unavailable (see the watch-outs).
Where is the data processed?
In the European Union, with any transfer outside the EU framed, where necessary, by standard contractual clauses.
How long is data kept?
Messaging and ticket data for the whole duration of the contract, then deleted within 60 days; contractual and billing data for 10 years; marketing data until consent is withdrawn.
Conclusion

Should you pick Neuratio?

Neuratio is an unusually coherent vertical tool: everything in the product is organized around the industrial machine and its after-sales service. The promise is clear, the seven functions are described precisely, and the mechanism behind the headline feature is plausible, since reply drafts are built from the machine's technical manuals and from tickets already resolved. For a manufacturer whose support desk is drowning in repetitive requests, and whose expertise sits with one or two technicians, the fit is easy to picture.

The publisher is young and small. Neuratio S.r.l. was incorporated on 10 June 2025 in Fossano, Piedmont, and the site names exactly two people, its co-founders. It is attached to the regional innovation ecosystem, incubated at I3P, the incubator of the Politecnico di Torino, a member of the Polo Innovazione ICT and associated with AI4I, though these are institutional ties rather than certifications held by Neuratio itself. The founders say they conducted more than 75 interviews with machinery manufacturers, a claim the site makes for itself and does not evidence. Eleven customer logos are displayed, without a single testimonial. The product itself was live and answering on 5 September 2026.

The grey areas are commercial and contractual rather than technical. No price is published, in any form. There is no terms and conditions page, so nothing binding can be read before the sales conversation. No security certification is claimed and no DPA is offered. The percentages on the home page come with no method and no named case study.

The buying profile follows from that: an evaluation by demo, suited to a machinery manufacturer ready to open a commercial discussion and to hand over its manuals and its ticket history.
