Convalytrix
Italian web analytics and digital intelligence suite that captures 100% of a site's visits, events and conversions without tracking cookies, then weighs every acquisition channel through proprietary machine-learning attribution models. Built for advertisers, agencies and e-commerce teams.
What is Convalytrix?
Convalytrix is a web analytics and digital intelligence suite published by the Italian agency Analytrix Srl, based in Cremona. It presents itself as the first Italian digital analytics platform, and the first suite to capture 100% of your data.
The problem it addresses is data loss. Refused cookie banners, AdBlockers and Safari's Intelligent Tracking Prevention open invisible holes in a site's measurement, so every analysis downstream rests on a partial sample. Convalytrix answers with storage technologies for navigations, events, channels and conversions that do not depend on tracking cookies being accepted. No identifiable personal data is used; the vendor calls the mechanism an advanced counter and presents GDPR compliance as an architectural choice rather than a setting.
On top of that measurement layer sits Attributiontrix, sold as a premium add-on from +EUR 75 per month. Its Data-Driven model is built on Markov chains, optimised for the digital performance context. Each visitor leaves an ordered sequence of touchpoints; every chain begins in a Start state - the arrival on the site - and ends either in Conversione or in Null, an abandonment. The model then computes a removal effect: a channel is taken out of the transition matrix, the total conversion probability is recalculated, and the gap reveals how many conversions actually depend on that channel. Removal effects are normalised to sum to 100%, then applied both to the conversion count and to its monetary value. First Click, Last Click and Linear models are supplied alongside for comparison - unlike traditional models that look only at the first or the last touch, the site says, it analyses the entire sequence.
What comes back is a set of per-channel metrics: conversions, revenue, AOV, cost, ROAS, CPO, efficiency and share of total, plus a customer journey view counting interactions and days to conversion. Conversion windows can be set to 90, 30 or 7 days, models are retrained automatically once a week, and advanced time filters isolate specific weeks, including past ones. Non-advertising channels such as SEO and email can be valued by entering tool, content and management costs. A separate add-on, Offline Conv Uploader, from +EUR 55 per month, pushes offline conversions - phone sales, in-store purchases, offline qualified leads - into Google Ads hourly. Six client logos are displayed - Edilizia Acrobatica, La Cinzia, Faan Fruit, Bowlpros, Utensileria Online, Italia in Miniatura - alongside a Loom presentation video.
What it does
- Records 100% of a site's visits, events and conversions, including from visitors who refuse tracking cookies.
- Bypasses AdBlockers and Safari/iOS Intelligent Tracking Prevention so that traffic is not lost from the measurement.
- Calculates the real weight of each acquisition channel with proprietary machine-learning attribution models.
- Maps and customises acquisition channels through tailor-made assignment rules.
- Reconstructs the customer journey end to end, counting interactions and days to conversion.
- Uploads offline conversions automatically to Google Ads, synchronised every hour.
- Reports ROAS, AOV, revenue, CPO, cost and efficiency per channel on filterable dashboards.

A quick filter to help you decide if Convalytrix is the right fit.
When to use Convalytrix
- Advertisers whose agency reporting no longer matches the sales recorded in their e-commerce platform or their CRM, and who need one independent source of truth.
- Companies working with several agencies at once, each reporting different figures for the same period, who need to arbitrate between advertising platforms that all self-attribute the same conversions.
- Marketing agency staff - web analysts, advertisers, automation specialists - who have to bring clarity to the data of one or several clients.
- In-house marketing and e-commerce teams running their own performance without an agency or an external consultant, typically Ecommerce Managers and Marketing Managers.
- Freelance marketers and independent consultants who need to show a client where conversions actually come from, especially on sites losing data to cookie refusals, AdBlockers or Safari ITP.
When not to use Convalytrix
- Non-Italian-speaking teams: the site, the forms, the demo videos and the dashboard labels are exclusively in Italian, and no English version is published.
- Developers and data teams expecting to pipe results elsewhere: there is no public API, no technical documentation and no iOS or Android application.
- Buyers looking for a permanently free tool: the only free access is a 30-day trial on the Start plan, and every tier adds a mandatory one-off implementation fee of EUR 240 to EUR 340 on top of the subscription.
- Advertisers spending mainly outside Google Ads: the offline conversion add-on uploads to Google Ads only, and no other platform or integration is named.
- Organisations shopping for a CRM, a media buying platform or an A/B testing tool - Convalytrix is a web analytics and attribution suite and replaces none of them.
How to use Convalytrix
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Watch the three Loom demonstration videos published on the site - Convalytrix, Attributiontrix and Conversioni Offline - to see the product before any contact.
- Read your monthly event volume in GA4 or another analytics tool, in the Events section, since the pricing tier depends on it.
- Pick your volume tier (Small up to 80,000 events per month, Medium up to 250,000, Large up to 1,000,000, Extra Large beyond) and your plan (Start, Attribution or Advisory).
- Submit the demo request form at /demo: email, professional role from a closed list, and organisation type - Agenzia Marketing, Azienda (non marketing) or Freelance - then click Richiedi Accesso alla Demo. The form states no commitment and no credit card required.
- Or use the contact form at /contatti: name, company (optional), email, a radio choice describing your work and a message. Both forms post to a publisher-side webhook: there is no self-service sign-up and no instant trial.
- Go through the implementation with the publisher. A one-off implementation fee of EUR 240 to EUR 340 applies to every tier, and no installation procedure is published on the site.
- Use the 30-day free trial if you subscribed to the Start plan.
- Visualise and customise your acquisition channels, then read the attribution views: Panoramica Canali, Trend Settimanale, Efficienza (ROAS against cost), CPO per Canale and Filtri Avanzati.
- If you add the offline conversions module, follow its four documented steps: Configurazione (choose which conversions Convalytrix uploads to Google Ads), Mappatura (define which Google Ads conversion is fed), Automazione (the system uploads automatically every hour), Ottimizzazione (Google Ads optimises campaigns on complete data).
- On the Advisory plan, review the monthly interpretations in a meeting with your dedicated Advisor.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Claimed 100% data coverage, including visitors who refuse tracking cookies, where standard analytics tools lose part of the traffic to consent refusals, AdBlockers and Safari ITP.
- The attribution method is explained publicly and in detail - Markov chains, removal effect, normalisation to 100% - rather than sold as a black box, with First Click, Last Click and Linear compared natively on the same project.
- Public, itemised pricing for three of the four volume tiers, which is uncommon in this category.
- A 30-day free trial with no commitment on the Start plan, demo access without a credit card, and cancellation at any time.
- GDPR compliance without identifiable personal data is presented as an architectural choice rather than an option to switch on.
- An identifiable publisher: a registered Italian company with published address, VAT number, telephone and share capital, and Google Premier Partner status.
- Non-advertising channels such as SEO and email can be valued, which most attribution tools ignore; six clients are named with logos and three demonstration videos are accessible before any commitment.
Cons
- The site, the product and the support are entirely in Italian, with no English version.
- No terms and conditions are published, so the contractual commitment cannot be read before subscribing, and no legal notice page exists.
- The only reachable privacy policy covers the publisher's website rather than the Convalytrix service; the announced Cookie Policy does not exist, no DPA is published or offered, and subprocessors are named only by category.
- No data hosting country or region is published, and no security certification (SOC 2, ISO 27001) is available.
- No public API, no technical documentation and no mobile application.
- No permanently free plan, and a mandatory one-off implementation fee of EUR 240 to EUR 340 depending on the tier, on top of the subscription.
- The two differentiating capabilities - machine-learning attribution and offline conversions - are paid add-ons not included in the Start plan, and pricing is quote-only beyond 1,000,000 events per month.
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanently free plan. Convalytrix offers a 30-day free trial, with no commitment, on the Start plan only. The lowest paid entry point is EUR 39 per month for the Start plan on the Small tier, covering up to 80,000 events per month, to which a one-off implementation fee of EUR 240 must be added. All amounts are quoted exclusive of VAT and the subscription may be cancelled at any time. Two add-ons are billed on top of the subscription: Attributiontrix from +EUR 75 per month and Offline Conv Uploader from +EUR 55 per month. Beyond 1,000,000 events per month, the Extra Large tier is quote-only and no amount is published. The applicable tier is set by the site's monthly event volume, which the buyer is asked to read from GA4 or an equivalent analytics tool.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Convalytrix handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR is a central selling argument: the homepage carries a dedicated GDPR Compliance section and a #gdpr navigation anchor, and the product claims compliance is achieved without identifiable personal data, measuring traffic and conversions even where tracking cookies are refused. Documented commitments come only from the publisher's website privacy policy (analytrix.it, effective 10/06/2026), which does not cover the Convalytrix service. It grants the Articles 15-22 rights - access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent - exercisable at hello@analytrix.it, with a right to complain to the Italian Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali. It states that some suppliers may transfer data outside the EEA under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and it announces a Cookie Policy that does not exist. The publisher is established in Italy, so no Article 27 representative is required or named. No security certification (SOC 2, ISO 27001) is published.
Who owns the data?
The only reachable privacy policy, last updated on 10/06/2026, governs the publisher's own website (analytrix.it) rather than the Convalytrix service. It names Analytrix Srl, Via Novati 12, 26100 Cremona (CR), Italy, VAT 01769270198, as data controller, and directs every data-related request to hello@analytrix.it. It states that data may be passed to third parties working on the controller's behalf - IT, hosting, email marketing and consulting providers, appointed as processors - and that data are never disseminated. No clause addresses ownership of the navigation data Convalytrix collects on its customers' sites; no DPO is named, and no data processing agreement is published or offered.
Reuse rights
No terms and conditions are published, so no document states what a customer may do with the data the platform produces for them. The publisher's website privacy policy (effective 10/06/2026) covers analytrix.it only. It lists the purposes for which the publisher processes visitor data: answering enquiries sent through the site forms, delivering requested services and managing contractual relationships, meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations, statistical analysis and site improvement subject to consent, and marketing communications subject to explicit consent - under Articles 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR. The categories collected are form fields (first name, surname, email, telephone, company, message), navigation data (IP address, browser, operating system, pages viewed, time on page), technical cookies and, subject to consent, analytics and third-party profiling cookies. On the product side, Convalytrix claims to measure without identifiable personal data, describing itself as an advanced counter, and builds machine-learning attribution models on 100% of the data collected, tailored to each project and retrained weekly. Nothing published commits the publisher either way on reusing customer data to train models used elsewhere.

Hosting summary
No data hosting country or region is published, neither for the Convalytrix service nor for the publisher's own site. The data controller is established in Italy - Analytrix Srl, Cremona - which places the processing under Italian and EU jurisdiction, and the publisher's website privacy policy, effective 10/06/2026, is the only document that addresses the subject at all. It states that some of the suppliers used may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, in which case the transfer relies on adequate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Those suppliers are described by category only - IT service providers, hosting, email marketing, consultants - appointed as processors, with no named list published. No certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is claimed. For completeness, convalytrix.it itself resolves to 185.158.133.1, an anycast Cloudflare node (AS13335, hostname lovable-app-cd-1-4.p.l5e.io); that describes the hosting of the marketing website only and says nothing about where customer data are stored.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Convalytrix.
- No terms and conditions are published anywhere on the site, so the contractual commitment cannot be read before subscribing.
- The only reachable privacy policy covers the publisher's website, www.analytrix.it, and not the Convalytrix service: the processing of the navigation data the product collects on its customers' sites is documented nowhere. A Cookie Policy is announced in that policy and in the publisher's footer, but it does not exist - the link points to a bare anchor.
- No data processing agreement is published or offered, although the tool processes navigation data on behalf of its customers, and subprocessors are described only as categories - IT services, hosting, email marketing, consultants - with no named list.
- No data hosting country is stated, while the privacy policy explicitly contemplates transfers outside the European Economic Area.
- Two links on the site are broken. The footer Privacy Policy URL (https://analytrix.it/privacy-policy-di-analytrix-it/) returns the publisher's empty SPA shell and a 404, the real page being https://analytrix.it/privacy-policy; and the pricing section link Se hai dubbi, contattaci points to /contact, a route that does not exist, the correct one being /contatti. The sitemap.xml also omits two real pages, /attribuzione and /scenari-domande.
- The dashboards and figures shown on the site are demonstration mock-ups: the removal effect simulation carries an explicit dati di test label. They illustrate the interface, not results obtained by a named customer.
- The footer copyright still reads 2024, two years before this review, and the one-off implementation fees of EUR 240 to EUR 340 only become visible once a volume tier has been selected.
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Difficult to assess from the outside: no installation procedure, no code snippet and no technical documentation is published, and there is no API. The setup is not left to the customer, though - a one-off implementation fee applies to every tier (EUR 240 Small, EUR 280 Medium, EUR 340 Large), indicating an installation carried out or supervised by the publisher. The buyer's own preparation is limited to reading their monthly event volume from GA4 or an equivalent tool. Only the offline conversions add-on has a documented four-step path: Configurazione, Mappatura, Automazione, Ottimizzazione. Measurement does not depend on cookie consent.

Should you pick Convalytrix?
Convalytrix is a niche product, and an unusually well-documented one where its method is concerned. The measurement layer answers a real problem - cookie refusals, AdBlockers and Safari ITP quietly removing part of the traffic from every report - and the attribution engine is explained publicly, down to the Markov chain and the removal effect, rather than sold as a black box. Publishing an itemised price grid up to 1,000,000 events per month is rare in this category, and valuing SEO and email alongside paid channels rarer still.
The reservations sit on the contractual side. No terms and conditions are published, so nothing describes what a customer commits to before subscribing. The only reachable privacy policy covers the publisher's own site, analytrix.it, and not the Convalytrix service: the processing of the navigation data the product collects on its customers' sites is documented nowhere. A Cookie Policy is announced but does not exist, no DPA is offered, and two links are broken - the footer's Privacy Policy URL and the pricing section's contact link.
Secondary reservations are practical: the product is Italian-only, the two differentiating capabilities are paid add-ons rather than part of the entry plan, an implementation fee applies to every tier, and there is no self-service sign-up.
The natural audience is advertisers and agencies on the Italian market, e-commerce in particular, who need to arbitrate between advertising platforms that each claim the same conversions. For them the trade-off looks favourable, provided they are comfortable committing without a published contract.
