GDPR overview

Implementation is concrete and explicitly documented. Provizio names both the GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, and states that its compliance is intended to be clear and demonstrable at all times. A Data Protection Officer is designated and reachable at dpo@provizio.ai. Seven data subject rights are listed with response times: one month for information, access, rectification and portability; on receipt for objection; without undue delay for restriction and withdrawal of consent. Breaches likely to create risk are notified to the supervisory authority within 72 hours under a named incident response procedure. Who owns the data?

Provizio Ltd names itself the data controller for the personal data described in its privacy policy, and that policy deliberately covers the whole business rather than the website alone.
