GDPR overview
GDPR implementation is documented and explicit. The privacy notice is drafted under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 together with Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by 101/2018, and was last updated on 25 March 2026. It sets out four legal bases, the Articles 15-22 rights plus withdrawal of consent, a thirty-day response time, and names the Italian supervisory authority. Article 32 measures are listed: TLS/SSL encryption, a server firewall, authenticated access, periodic backups and servers in the EU. No Article 27 representative is designated, which is consistent with a controller established in Italy. No data protection officer is named for CE4U itself, although the company sells outsourced DPO services. No customer data processing agreement is published, and model training is never mentioned.
Who owns the data?
The privacy notice for raveng.it names CE4U S.r.l., trading as RAVENG, as the data controller, at Via G. Rossini 29/2, Bussolengo. The company states that personal data are never disseminated to unidentified parties.
