Overview

What is SalesTarget.ai?

SalesTarget.ai is a business-to-business go-to-market platform published by Salestarget.ai, LLC, a company registered in Wilmington, Delaware. It brings together six modules that are normally bought separately: Lead Explorer, Email Outreach, LinkedIn Automation, an AI Copilot, a CRM Manager with a built-in dialer, and Lead Validation. The database is the anchor. The vendor advertises 840M+ professional profiles, 146M+ company entities (the Lead Explorer page says 96M+), 4,000+ data signals, 90M+ geospatial points and 50+ sources. Records can be searched in plain language or filtered by industry, role, headcount, revenue, location, technology stack and Bombora intent topics, the latter with a 30 to 90 day look-back window. Enrichment is described as verified at the point a contact is unlocked rather than at collection time, an argument the site sets against waterfall enrichment. Execution sits on top of that. Email Outreach offers unlimited mailboxes, automatic warm-up, inbox rotation, SPF, DKIM and DMARC validation, A/Z testing, AI-written sequences, a spintax generator and a unified Unibox that sorts replies. LinkedIn Automation covers connection requests, direct messages, follow-ups and conditional branches, with rate limits, human-like delays, auto-pause and time-zone scheduling. The AI Copilot is a chat layer that builds sequences, finds leads matching an ideal customer profile, personalises by persona and audits campaign performance, including a feature the vendor calls WARP Mode. The CRM handles leads, deal pipelines, tasks, activity tracking and reporting, with click-to-call, recording and automatic logging. A Chrome extension surfaces verified email and phone details on LinkedIn profiles and company sites. Named integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Calendly, Slack and Zapier, while the CRM page marks Zoom and Pipedrive as coming soon. The terms allow up to 100 connected accounts per workspace. The performance figures on display are the vendor's own claims, published without methodology: 3.2X more replies, 68% less research time, 14 days to a first deal, 127+ teams onboarded, 90% of emails validated before sending. The site also shows a Product Hunt #3 Product of the Day badge and a claimed G2 rating of 4.9/5. The company publishes no founding date and the domain was registered on 17/11/2024; the site and its help centre exist in English only.

Audience

When to use SalesTarget.ai / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if SalesTarget.ai is the right fit.

When to use SalesTarget.ai

  • Startup founders who run outbound themselves, with no dedicated sales team behind them
  • SDRs and BDRs who need email and LinkedIn touches inside one coordinated sequence
  • SMB revenue teams currently paying for three or four separate prospecting tools
  • Lead generation agencies running outbound campaigns for several client accounts at once
  • GTM leaders who want prospecting, sequencing, calling and pipeline reporting in a single dashboard

When not to use SalesTarget.ai

  • Teams whose only priority is very high cold email volume: the vendor itself concedes a gap against Instantly on community size, shared sequence templates and infrastructure tested over time
  • Engineering teams planning a custom integration: API access is advertised but no public API documentation exists, so the integration surface cannot be assessed before signing up
  • Organisations that require an EU hosting region, a subprocessor list or a named Article 27 EU representative, none of which is published
  • Buyers looking for a permanently free tool: beyond the 7-day trial, a paid plan is required for full functionality
  • Sales reps who work mainly from a phone, and anyone under 18: no mobile application is listed in any app store, and the privacy policy sets a minimum age of 18
Get started

How to use SalesTarget.ai

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Create an account and start the 7-day trial, which the vendor offers without a credit card and with 100 email credits plus 50 Lead Explorer credits
  2. In Lead Explorer, describe the target in plain language or set filters: industry, role, headcount, revenue, location, technology stack and intent topics
  3. Select the companies and people worth pursuing, then spend credits to unlock enrichment, at one credit per business entity and one credit per prospect
  4. Export the resulting list, push it to the CRM, or send it straight into a sequence
  5. Connect the sending mailboxes and Google Calendar; the platform checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC and runs warm-up and inbox rotation
  6. Clean the list before sending: paste a single address into the Email Verifier, find one from a name and a domain, or upload a CSV for bulk verification
  7. Build the email sequence by hand, or describe the buyer to the AI Copilot, review what it writes and approve it
  8. Set up the LinkedIn campaign in five steps: add or import leads, create the campaign, define actions and follow-ups, set the execution limits, then launch
  9. Install the Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store and sign in with a Google account to prospect directly from LinkedIn and company websites
  10. Follow replies in the Unibox, let the CRM log activity and raise follow-up tasks, and query the results in plain language through the Copilot

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Six modules under one subscription instead of the three or four separate tools a comparable stack usually needs
  • Email and LinkedIn steps run inside the same coordinated sequence, with both channels handled in the platform
  • The proprietary contact database is included, with no separate enrichment product to buy on top
  • No feature is locked behind a higher tier: the pricing page states that every plan unlocks all features and all APIs from day one, and only the credit volume changes
  • The AI Copilot and the integrated dialer are available from the entry plan, which the vendor presents as its main advantage over Instantly
  • Enrichment is described as verified at the moment a contact is unlocked rather than at collection time, an argument the vendor sets against waterfall enrichment
  • A 7-day trial with no credit card and free credits, cancellation at any time from the dashboard with no contract and no cancellation fee, and unlimited uploaded contacts on every plan

Cons

  • Pricing is only partly readable: of the six tabs on the pricing page, only Lead Explorer renders in static HTML, so the amounts for Email Outreach, LinkedIn, CRM & Dialer, Super Saver All In One and Customize Yourself cannot be read without JavaScript
  • The two comparison pages contradict each other on price: 29 USD per LinkedIn account against 49 USD per account per month, and an all-in-one offer from 149 USD against 169 USD per month
  • The published terms are explicitly a summary, directing readers to contact legal@salestarget.ai for the complete text, and clause 12.6 still carries an unfilled placeholder: 'Opt out within 30 days by mail to [Your Address]'
  • No subprocessor list, no declared hosting country or region, and no published position on whether customer data trains AI models, while clause 6.3 grants a broad licence over Subscriber Data
  • No Article 27 EU representative is designated, even though the privacy policy carries a notice addressed to EEA and UK residents
  • API access is a selling point on the home page, the pricing page and a comparison page, yet no public API documentation exists: neither the 543-URL sitemap nor the 81-article help centre contains one
  • The company is young and thinly documented: no founding date is published anywhere, the domain was registered on 17/11/2024, and every performance figure quoted on the site (3.2X, 68%, 91%, 2.4X, 35%, 127+ teams) is a vendor claim with no published methodology
Pricing

Pricing & Plans

There is no permanently free plan. The vendor offers a 7-day free trial without a credit card, including 100 email credits and 50 Lead Explorer credits. The lowest price actually displayed on the pricing page is 49 USD per month, for the Lead Explorer Launch Credit tier and its 2,000 credits, on a monthly subscription with a 5% saving announced for annual billing. That figure must be read with a caveat: only the Lead Explorer tab is rendered in the static page, so the amounts for the Email Outreach, LinkedIn, CRM & Dialer, Super Saver All In One and Customize Yourself tabs are not published in readable form. The comparison pages quote lower amounts, from 30 USD per month for Email Outreach and 29 or 49 USD per LinkedIn account depending on which page is read, but they contradict one another and none of them is confirmed by the pricing page. Credits are consumed at one credit per business entity and one credit per prospect. Payment is taken in USD through Stripe, by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Overages are billed at the prevailing rate, late payment carries 1.5% monthly interest, and started periods are not refunded.

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how SalesTarget.ai handles your data.

GDPR overview

The site never writes the words 'GDPR compliant'. Section 14 of the privacy policy, 'Notice to European Users', covers EEA and UK residents and aligns 'Personal Information' with the GDPR notion of personal data. It cites legal bases for service delivery, research and development, marketing and compliance, lists rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent, and states that transfers to non-adequate countries rest on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or on consent. Clause 6.6 of the terms makes a Data Processing Addendum applicable. On the other side: no Article 27 EU representative is designated, no data protection officer is named (the privacy contact is a support address), and the terms define 'Applicable Data Protection Laws' as the CCPA and other US statutes, without naming the GDPR.

Who owns the data?

The published terms split ownership three ways. Clause 6.1 keeps all intellectual property in the platform itself with the publisher. Clause 6.2 leaves the subscriber responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of its own Subscriber Data, and clause 6.3 grants the publisher a royalty-free licence to use that data, whose scope and duration the summarised terms do not detail. Clause 6.4 gives the publisher outright ownership of Aggregated Data once anonymised, and clause 6.5 gives it ownership of the Performance Data the service generates, such as logs and email validity statuses. A Data Processing Addendum applies under clause 6.6, but its text is not published on the site.

Reuse rights

Section 4 of the privacy policy lists the declared purposes: service delivery and operations, including inbox warm-up and lead enrichment; service personalisation; research and development; marketing and advertising, including interest-based advertising; service improvement and analytics through Google Analytics; compliance and protection; corporate events such as a merger; and further uses with consent. Section 3 sets out the categories collected: contact, demographic, account, communications, transactional, marketing, financial and user-generated content, the last covering imported leads, campaign content and metadata including timestamps and location. Section 5 names the recipients: affiliates, providers for hosting, support and analytics, Stripe for payments, advertising partners, data providers, professional advisers, authorities, an acquirer, and other subscribers or private parties, described as customers purchasing leads or participants in the warm-up network. Marketing use can be refused by unsubscribing and cookies can be managed, but the publisher states it does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. On the customer side, clause 6.2 places responsibility for the lawfulness and accuracy of uploaded and exported data on the subscriber, so any reuse of enriched contact data is the customer's own compliance question. Nothing in the terms or the privacy policy states whether customer data is used to train AI models: clause 4.3 only points to third-party models, used at the subscriber's own risk.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
No retention period is published in figures. Section 4 of the privacy policy, effective 25 January 2025, states that data is kept 'as needed for these purposes, legal requirements, or fraud prevention', and then deleted, anonymised or isolated; the notice to European users in section 14 repeats the same formula, 'as needed, then deleted/anonymized'. Deletion rights exist but must be exercised: EEA and UK residents may request erasure and portability, Californian residents may request deletion under the CCPA, and data belonging to someone under 18 is deleted once reported. Requests go to the support address. Note that clause 8.2 of the terms, last updated 24 March 2025, keeps sections 1, 4.4 and 6 to 13 in force after termination, so the data clauses survive the subscription; outstanding fees fall due immediately.

Hosting summary

No hosting country or region is announced on the site. Section 9 of the privacy policy states only that the company is 'Based in the U.S.' and that it and its providers 'may process data globally, where privacy laws differ', which describes the company's seat and the reach of processing, not a hosting commitment. Section 5 refers to providers for hosting, support and analytics without naming them, and no subprocessor list is published: only Stripe, for payments, and Google Analytics appear by name. Section 8 mentions technical, organisational and physical safeguards without detail, and no hosting certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is claimed anywhere. One technical observation from the review, outside anything the site declares: the domain resolves to 76.76.21.21, an address located in the United States and announced by AS16509, Amazon.com Inc., flagged as anycast. That indicates the edge serving the website, not necessarily where customer data is stored. An EEA or UK buyer therefore has no documented answer on where its prospect data sits, and should obtain one in writing alongside the Data Processing Addendum referenced in the terms.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting SalesTarget.ai.

  • Price opacity before purchase: only the three Lead Explorer tiers are readable without JavaScript, and the two comparison pages give different amounts for LinkedIn seats and for the all-in-one offer, so the real cost of anything beyond Lead Explorer cannot be established from the site
  • The published terms are an explicitly summarised version, and the arbitration opt-out in clause 12.6 still points to an unfilled '[Your Address]' placeholder: nobody outside the company has read the binding text in full
  • Clause 12 imposes mandatory arbitration and waives jury trial and class actions, clause 11.2 caps liability at the fees of the previous twelve months, and clause 9.2 supplies the service 'as is', with no uptime or deliverability guarantee
  • Clause 6.3 grants a broad royalty-free licence over Subscriber Data and clause 6.4 gives the publisher ownership of anonymised aggregated data, while nothing states whether that data trains AI models, no subprocessor is listed, no hosting country is declared and no Article 27 EU representative is designated despite a notice addressed to EEA and UK residents
  • Cold email compliance is contractually pushed onto the customer: clauses 4.4 and 4.5 prohibit CAN-SPAM violations and place legal responsibility for campaigns on the subscriber, not on the platform
  • LinkedIn automation depends on LinkedIn's terms of use, which this vendor cannot guarantee: restriction or loss of the LinkedIn account is a risk the user carries alone
  • Volume automation invites volume thinking. With 840M+ profiles, AI-written sequences and spintax, it becomes easy to send far more than one can genuinely follow up, and easy to stop reading the person behind the record; every reassurance on offer (a claimed 4.9/5 on G2, an aggregate rating of 4.9 over 34 reviews in the page's structured data, 127+ teams onboarded) comes from the vendor, for a company whose domain was only registered on 17/11/2024
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low for the standard path. The vendor states that the CRM goes live in under a day with no developer, no IT team and no training session, that email outreach needs no developer or IT support, that campaigns run within ten minutes of opening the Copilot, and that the Chrome extension takes 30 seconds to install. Getting started amounts to connecting a mailbox and Google Calendar. The one genuine technical point is deliverability: SPF, DKIM and DMARC must be correctly set on the sending domains, though the platform validates them automatically. Up to 100 accounts can be connected per workspace.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does SalesTarget.ai actually do?
It combines verified B2B lead generation, automated cold email, LinkedIn automation, an AI Copilot, a CRM with a built-in dialer and email validation in a single system, so an outbound team does not have to stitch several tools together. The six products are Lead Explorer, Cold Email Outreach, LinkedIn Automation, AI Copilot, CRM and Lead Validation.
Is there a free trial, and is a card required?
Yes. The trial runs for 7 days, no credit card is required, and it comes with 100 email credits and 50 Lead Explorer credits. There is no permanently free plan: once the trial ends, a paid plan is needed for full functionality.
How much does SalesTarget.ai cost?
The only amounts published in readable form are the three Lead Explorer tiers: 49 USD per month for 2,000 credits, 99 USD for 4,000 and 169 USD for 6,000. The five other pricing tabs render client-side and their amounts are not readable, while the comparison pages quote figures that contradict each other. Ask for a written quote before committing.
How does the pricing model work, and can I cancel?
Billing runs on monthly credit allowances, at one credit per business entity and one credit per prospect, and the vendor states that every feature and every API is available from the first tier. Cancellation is possible at any time from the dashboard, with no contract and no cancellation fee, but the current cycle is not refunded. Payment is taken in USD through Stripe, by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Can email and LinkedIn run in the same campaign?
Yes, both channels can be combined in a single multichannel sequence. To protect domain reputation, the platform relies on mailbox warm-up, inbox rotation and lead validation, and it checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC on the sending domains. LinkedIn automation remains subject to LinkedIn's own terms of use.
How accurate is the contact data?
The vendor states that all leads are verified before use and that verification happens at the moment a contact is unlocked rather than at collection time. It also claims 99% verified data and 90% of emails validated before sending. Those figures are the vendor's own, published without methodology.
Which tools does it integrate with?
The named integrations are HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Calendly, Slack and Zapier, with Zoom and Pipedrive marked as coming soon on the CRM page. A separate CRM or LinkedIn tool is not required, since both are included. The terms allow up to 100 connected accounts per workspace.
Is there an API and a mobile app?
API access is advertised on every plan, but no public API documentation exists on the site: neither the sitemap nor the help centre contains one. No mobile application is listed in any app store either; the terms mention 'mobile apps' without giving a link.
Where is the data hosted, and who may use the service?
No hosting country or region is specified. The privacy policy states only that the company is based in the United States and that it and its providers may process data globally, where privacy laws differ. Use of the service is reserved for people aged 18 or over.
Conclusion

Should you pick SalesTarget.ai?

SalesTarget.ai makes one legible promise: consolidate the lead database, cold email, LinkedIn automation, the CRM and the dialer under a single subscription, instead of paying for three or four tools that do not talk to each other. On the verifiable side, the functional scope is genuinely wide, the contact database is included rather than sold as a separate enrichment product, the AI Copilot and the dialer are available from the entry tier, and the trial runs without a credit card. That combination suits a specific buyer: an SMB outbound team or a lead generation agency tired of stitching a stack together, with no developer on hand. The reservations are just as concrete, and they concern documentation rather than function. Only one of the six pricing tabs is readable without JavaScript, and the two comparison pages quote prices that contradict each other, so the real cost of anything beyond Lead Explorer cannot be established from the site. The published terms are explicitly a summary, and clause 12.6 still contains an unfilled placeholder. There is no subprocessor list, no hosting country, no Article 27 EU representative and no stated position on whether customer data trains AI models, that last silence sitting awkwardly next to a broad licence over Subscriber Data. API access is sold on three pages and documented on none. The company is young: no founding date is published anywhere, and the domain dates from 17/11/2024. One point deserves attention before buying: LinkedIn automation runs against LinkedIn's terms of use, not the vendor's, and the account risk stays with the user. Every performance figure on the site is a vendor statement without methodology. Worth a trial, and worth a written question to the legal address first.
