ExpertPitch
An AI PR assistant for experts, founders and brands chasing media authority. It scans journalist requests daily, writes and sends pitches for you, and advertises a refund if fewer than 4 DR30+ backlinks land monthly.
What is ExpertPitch?
ExpertPitch is an AI public-relations assistant published by Site Pixel Media Inc. Its promise is straightforward: press mentions and high-authority backlinks every month on autopilot, described on the homepage as completely hands-free.
The problem it targets is familiar to anyone who has tried digital PR by hand. Journalists post source requests constantly, the good ones expire within hours, and answering them well takes research, writing and follow-up that most founders never get to. ExpertPitch automates that loop in three advertised steps. First, you build a profile in around two minutes from your LinkedIn page and your website. Second, the system scans journalist requests daily, matches them to your expertise, drafts a personalized pitch and sends it directly. Third, the backlinks arrive and are tracked for you.
The numbers on display are the company's own claims rather than independently verified results: 200+ personalized pitches per month, 99.2% matching accuracy, 85% higher success than manual outreach and 50+ hours saved monthly. The same caution applies to the published timeline — 15 to 50 pitches sent and 5 to 10 replies in week one, 4+ backlinks live in weeks two to four, 10 to 15 links from DR40+ sites in months two and three, then 20+ backlinks from month three onward. The publication logos used as social proof, among them Forbes, Business Insider, TechCrunch, The Verge and Inc., illustrate the ambition, not a guaranteed placement.
The commercial hook is a written guarantee: a minimum of 4 DR30+ backlinks per month or your money back, with no ceiling on how many links you can earn. Domain Rating is measured through Ahrefs at the moment a link is reported.
Six features are listed: Real-Time Monitoring, Expert Pitches, Easy Submission, Backlink Tracking, Brand Voice Protection and a Global Media Database. Sending runs through a Gmail integration built on Google's API, which replies to journalists on your behalf.
The scope is deliberately narrow. This is a web product only — a dashboard at app.expertpitch.com, with no mobile app and no public API. The homepage also carries a live feed of journalist requests, loaded dynamically and ranked by Domain Authority.
What it does
- Continuously scan journalist requests and match them against your expert profile
- Write a personalized pitch in your own tone for every match found
- Send the pitch straight to the journalist, manually or automatically
- Track secured placements and earned backlinks in a reporting dashboard
- Notify you in real time each time a placement goes live
When to use ExpertPitch / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if ExpertPitch is the right fit.
When to use ExpertPitch
- Founders and executives with genuine, quotable expertise who simply lack the time to pitch journalists themselves
- B2B SaaS leaders and e-commerce operators building domain authority through editorial coverage rather than paid links
- Teams looking to replace or shrink a PR agency retainer — one published testimonial claims a 90% cut in agency costs
- Owners of a single main website who can commit to at least three months of consistent outreach, the horizon the site itself recommends
- Anyone whose time is worth more than the $300 monthly price, which is exactly the trade-off the homepage's 'Great fit if...' section spells out
When not to use ExpertPitch
- Anyone who needs links live this week — ExpertPitch itself schedules the first backlinks for weeks 2 to 4
- Buyers unsure whether they can stay subscribed for three months or more, since the site frames results as cumulative
- Operators in a niche with little to say publicly, as the whole model depends on having quotable expertise to offer journalists
- Anyone on a strictly fixed budget: there is no free plan and the price returns to $300 per month after the promotional first month
- Mobile-first users and developers wanting to automate around the product — there is no mobile app, no public API and no browser extension
How to use ExpertPitch
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account on the ExpertPitch sign-up page
- Complete your profile in under two minutes with your LinkedIn page and your website, from which the AI infers your expertise and the publications to target; the Pro plan covers one active profile or website
- Connect an email account: the refund policy requires it, because a significant share of journalist requests can only be answered by email
- Let the AI scan the day's journalist requests and draft a matching pitch for each opportunity
- Review and edit each pitch before sending it, or let the dashboard send them automatically
- Follow the backlinks you earn in the dashboard and read the monthly progress reports
Pros & Cons
Pros
- A quantified, written guarantee: 4+ DR30+ backlinks in the first month or your money back, with conditions set out in a dedicated refund policy
- No cap on backlinks on the Pro plan, advertised as 'No Max Limit on Backlinks (unlimited)'
- You keep editorial control, since pitches can be reviewed and edited before they go out
- Setup is advertised at two minutes and requires no outreach work on your side
- AI sub-processors are named (OpenAI, Anthropic) and the Google scope is explicitly walled off from training and advertising
- No commitment: 'Cancel anytime. No contracts', with cancellation handled from the dashboard
- A single public price, with no tiered grid to decode
Cons
- No free plan and no free trial of the product — only a free match check before payment — and the price returns to $300 per month after the promotional first month
- The guarantee is narrow: first month of a first subscription, new customers only, conditional on a complete profile, a connected email account and an account in good standing
- Recurring payments are non-refundable outside the guarantee, and there are no pro-rata refunds
- No postal address and no team identity are published, and no public trace of the publishing company, Site Pixel Media Inc., could be found
- No GDPR compliance statement, no DPA, no documented opt-out from AI training and no data hosting country disclosed
- Results depend on third parties — editorial placements remain journalists' decisions — while the performance figures are published without sources and the testimonials are anonymized to a first name and an initial
- Web only: no mobile app, no API and no browser extension
Pricing & Plans
There is no free plan and no free trial of the service. Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how ExpertPitch handles your data.
GDPR overview
There is no GDPR mention anywhere on the pages ExpertPitch publishes. The privacy policy, updated 12 March 2026, includes a 'Data Protection Rights' section granting access, rectification and erasure rights depending on your location, exercised by contacting the company at support@expertpitch.com — the only privacy contact offered. Beyond that the documentation is silent: no reference to the GDPR or the CCPA, no EU representative under Article 27, no named DPO, no DPA published or announced, and no certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. Sub-processors are named in prose (OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe) but there is no dedicated, versioned list. Profile data is used to train the AI to speak in your voice — Google data is expressly excluded — yet no opt-out from that training is documented. The terms of service and refund policy are dated 28 February 2026.
Who owns the data?
ExpertPitch's terms of service are explicit on ownership: 'You retain ownership of all Profile Data you provide to the Service.' By submitting that data, you grant Site Pixel Media Inc. a license to use it solely to provide and improve the service — a narrow, purpose-bound grant rather than a general commercial one. Responsibility runs the other way for output: the terms state that you are ultimately responsible for all Generated Content created on your behalf. The pitches the AI writes and sends under your name are therefore yours to answer for, including whatever a journalist eventually publishes from them.
Reuse rights
ExpertPitch collects your name, email address, payment information, professional credentials and company details. The privacy policy states that your professional expertise, previous work and communication style are collected to train its AI systems to represent you accurately when responding to media opportunities — training aimed at reproducing your own voice for your own pitches, not at improving a general-purpose model. Signing up also authorizes the company to share your name, credentials and expertise with journalists, and to pass on your contact details so they can follow up. Content generation runs through named sub-processors, OpenAI and Anthropic, while Stripe handles payments. Google data is carved out explicitly: information obtained through the Gmail integration is never shared with the AI providers, never used for model training, and never used for advertising or market research. Gmail access is limited to sending messages — the inbox is not read, scanned, stored or analyzed.

Hosting summary
ExpertPitch does not disclose where its data is stored. Neither the privacy policy, nor the terms of service, nor any other page names a hosting country, a region or a cloud provider. The site is served behind Cloudflare (IP 188.114.96.12, an anycast address whose node geolocates to the United States), but that describes content delivery, not the location of stored data, and should not be read as evidence of a storage jurisdiction. What the company does describe is security rather than geography: TLS/SSL encryption in transit, encryption at rest for authentication tokens, access controls and regular monitoring. Google OAuth tokens are said to be logically isolated from other data, with no manual access by staff. Anyone with a data residency requirement, such as a European buyer needing storage inside the EU, will have to ask the company directly, since nothing published answers the question.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting ExpertPitch.
- The guarantee covers the first month of a first subscription and new customers only — it never applies to renewals — and its eligibility conditions are cumulative: a complete profile, a connected email account and an account in good standing with no unpaid balance
- Opportunities left unpitched because no email account was connected do not count towards the guarantee, and a 30-day grace period runs after the guarantee window before the final backlink count is settled
- Domain Rating is measured on Ahrefs at the moment a link is reported; the company accepts no responsibility if the DR drops afterwards or the publisher removes the link
- The subscription renews automatically, no refund is prorated, and a chargeback triggers immediate suspension of the account
- Your professional profile is used to train the AI systems with no documented opt-out, while the terms make you ultimately responsible for all content generated and sent in your name
- The performance figures on display — 99.2% matching accuracy, 85% higher success, 50+ hours saved — are published without any source
- Testimonials are anonymized to a first name and an initial, which makes them impossible to verify
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Very low. ExpertPitch advertises a two-minute setup: create your account, then add your LinkedIn page and your website so the AI can infer your expertise. Nothing is installed, no code is written and no server is configured — the product is entirely web-based. One genuinely technical step remains: connecting an email account through Google OAuth for Gmail. Skip it and you lose the share of opportunities that require an email reply, and those opportunities do not count towards the backlink guarantee. Gmail can be disconnected at any time from the profile settings.

Should you pick ExpertPitch?
ExpertPitch makes a promise that is rare in this market: a written, quantified result guarantee. Four or more DR30+ backlinks in your first month, or your money back. That alone separates it from the digital PR tools that sell access to journalist requests and leave the outcome entirely to you.
The counterweight is the price and the fine print. Three hundred dollars a month is a real commitment once the $99 promotional month ends, and the guarantee is narrower than the headline suggests: first month of a first subscription, new customers only, conditional on a complete profile, a connected email account and an account in good standing. Read the refund policy in full before subscribing, not after.
Product transparency is decent. One public price with no tiers, AI sub-processors named, and a Gmail scope genuinely walled off from training and advertising. Company transparency is weaker. No postal address, no team page, and no public trace of Site Pixel Media Inc. anywhere. The legal documents are recent and internally consistent, dated February and March 2026, but say nothing about the GDPR, offer no DPA, name no hosting country and set no retention period.
So it earns its price if you have real expertise to offer journalists, a horizon of at least three months, and some tolerance for a supplier you cannot look up. It is the wrong tool if you want links this week, a free trial, or a vendor whose compliance posture you need to document for a procurement team. Before paying, check the cumulative conditions in the refund policy, ask what happens to your profile data if you leave, and treat the 99.2% and 85% figures as marketing until you can see your own numbers.
