Overview

What is StuAI?

StuAI is the AI product line of StuAsistent, obrt za poslovne usluge, a single-owner business consultancy based in Zagreb and founded in 2018 by Valentina Hari (mag. oec.), who claims more than twenty years of experience. It is made of three separate agents, sold separately, all running in a browser and all conversing in Croatian. StuAI Planer poslovanja is the free one, presented as an intelligent digital adviser and activated by simply typing in an email address. It covers the business model, financial projections, operational steps, the structure of a business plan, public support schemes and EU funds, developing the initial idea, and guidance on digitalising processes. StuAI Marketing is the digital marketing agent: social posts, slogans, product descriptions, sales copy, weekly and monthly content plans, newsletters, promotional campaigns, SEO website texts, and Google and Meta ads. It costs 9.99 EUR per 30 days after a five-day free trial, with unlimited queries and email support. StuAI Branding supports brand building: name, slogan, visual direction and colour palette, several logo variants, and communication and tone-of-voice guidelines. It is a single payment of 30 EUR with no subscription, and it includes seven bonus days of StuAI Marketing. The repeated selling point is reaching a usable result without an agency, without a designer and without prior technical skill. The publisher also distances the agents from general-purpose AI: Za razliku od generičkih AI alata, unlike generic AI tools, claiming they are calibrated on real business situations and on the Croatian market. In practice, Marketing and Branding are chatbots behind a login, and their public pages show only a message saying you must be logged in to view this content, so nothing can be inspected before buying. Sales run through a WooCommerce shop on the same WordPress site, and each subscription has to be bought separately. A fourth assistant, simply called StuAI, sits publicly on every page and answers from the site's own content; it is not sold as a product. Part of the processing goes through external AI systems, the privacy policy naming the OpenAI API as an example. The homepage advertises 120+ satisfied clients, 8h+ saved per week and three agents active 24/7, figures that carry no source and cannot be verified independently.

What it does

  • Point Croatian obrtnici and micro-businesses towards the public support schemes and EU funds relevant to them
  • Generate Instagram and Facebook posts matched to the business and its target audience
  • Produce ready-to-run Google and Meta advertising copy
  • Write newsletters and email campaigns with a clear call to action
  • Build weekly and monthly content plans and write SEO texts for a website
  • Create a brand name, a slogan, a colour palette, several logo variants and a tone-of-voice guide

When to use StuAI / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if StuAI is the right fit.

When to use StuAI

  • Croatian obrtnici and micro-entrepreneurs who run everything themselves and have no in-house marketing or design
  • First-time founders preparing a business plan, including applicants to the HZZ self-employment grant scheme
  • Small businesses with no agency budget that still need weekly social posts, newsletters and ads
  • Freelancers and solo consultants who write their own product descriptions, sales copy and SEO texts
  • Founders building a brand from scratch and needing a name, a slogan and a first visual direction

When not to use StuAI

  • Non-Croatian speakers: the site, the agents and their answers are entirely in Croatian, with no English version
  • Businesses outside Croatia, since the advice is calibrated on Croatian rules such as HZZ grants and the paušalni obrt regime
  • Developers and product teams looking for an API, an SDK or a mobile application, none of which exists
  • Teams needing shared workspaces or multiple seats, as each subscription must be bought separately
  • Anyone needing binding legal, tax or financial advice, which the terms and the privacy policy explicitly exclude

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • One agent, StuAI Planer poslovanja, is genuinely free and has no time limit
  • Very low paid entry point at 9.99 EUR per 30 days, cancellable at any time
  • Five-day free trial on the Marketing agent, with an unlimited number of queries once subscribed
  • Advice calibrated on the Croatian context, from HZZ grants to the paušalni obrt regime and EU funds, which few AI tools offer
  • No technical knowledge or prior experience with AI tools is required, and free PDF usage guides are published for all three agents
  • StuAI Branding is a one-off purchase with no subscription, and it includes seven days of StuAI Marketing
  • Fully identifiable publisher, with company name, OIB, address, IBAN, phone and email in the footer, and human consulting available from the same team

Cons

  • Interface and answers in Croatian only, with no English mirror in the sitemap or in llms.txt
  • No API, no mobile application and no browser extension: probes on /api, /api/v1 and on the api., app. and docs. subdomains all came back empty
  • The Marketing and Branding agents cannot be seen before purchase, their public pages returning only a login wall
  • No data processing agreement is published or even mentioned, and no hosting country or region is declared while the privacy policy admits possible processing outside the EU
  • No documented way to exclude what you type from the training of the models
  • The privacy policy asks users not to enter personal, confidential or sensitive data into the agents, a real constraint for a business advisory tool
  • The site's TLS certificate expired on 25/08/2026, so browsers warn before access as of 02/09/2026, and an internal editorial note is still visible in article 4 of the terms

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how StuAI handles your data.

GDPR overview

Implementation is declared but thin. Section 1 of the privacy policy commits explicitly to the GDPR by name, citing Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and section 8 lists the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, all exercised through a single address, valentina@stuasistent.hr. Section 2 discloses cookies and Google Analytics with an anonymised IP, described as non-identifying. Section 3 states that no automated decision producing legal effects is taken, and warns users not to type personal, confidential or sensitive data into the agents. Section 7 admits processing outside the EU with appropriate safeguards but names no mechanism: no standard contractual clauses, no adequacy decision, no binding corporate rules. No data protection officer is named and no processing agreement is published. No article 27 representative exists, which is expected for a publisher established in Croatia.

Who owns the data?

Under article 14 of the terms, all materials, methodologies and tools remain the property of StuAsistent, and the client may use them only for their own needs; distributing, reselling or using them to serve third parties is forbidden. Article 12 makes the client responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything submitted, and article 15 treats the information exchanged as a business secret that outlives the contract. The privacy policy adds that personal data is collected only when the user supplies it, is never sold, and is shared solely where the law requires it or where a hosting, payment or AI provider needs it to deliver the service.

Reuse rights

Article 14 limits reuse to the client's own needs: what the agents produce can be used inside the client's own business without asking further permission, but distribution, resale and any use to deliver services to third parties are prohibited, and no explicit commercial licence over generated content such as brand names, slogans or marketing copy is published anywhere on the site. Article 11 frames the output as recommendations rather than final decisions and states that its quality depends on the data the user entered. Article 13 caps the publisher's total liability at the amount actually paid, and section 10 of the privacy policy places sole responsibility for the use of the information, and for the decisions it leads to, on the user. Section 11 forbids illegal activity, the generation of harmful content and any attempt to abuse the system.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Retention is stated only in principle. Section 6 of the privacy policy says personal data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, with no figure and no maximum duration. No anonymisation policy is described, and no retention period is published for the conversations held with the agents. Users can exercise the right to erasure and to restriction of processing by writing to valentina@stuasistent.hr, under section 8. Browsing data is collected through cookies and Google Analytics, presented as anonymous, and is controlled through the browser's own settings, under section 2. The site's assistant widget offers an option to export the chat log, which lets a user keep a copy of a conversation, but no deletion control is documented alongside it.

Hosting summary

No hosting country or region is declared anywhere on the site. Section 7 of the privacy policy states that in certain cases data may be processed outside the European Union, for instance through AI systems, with appropriate protective measures applied, but names no mechanism: no standard contractual clauses, no adequacy decision, no binding corporate rules. Section 3 confirms that processing may run through external AI systems and cites the OpenAI API as an example. Section 5 allows sharing with a hosting provider, a payment provider and an AI provider where necessary for the service; these are categories only, with no named subprocessor and no published subprocessor list. Section 6 mentions appropriate technical and organisational measures without detail. Article 19 of the terms makes Croatian law applicable and the Zagreb court competent. One network fact should not be confused with application processing: the public website resolves to 185.58.73.248, in Zagreb, Croatia, on AS201563 (cyber_Folks d.o.o., host zeljezo.avalon.hr), with no anycast signature. That describes where the website is hosted, not where the AI platform processes conversations.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting StuAI.

  • The privacy policy explicitly asks users not to enter personal, confidential or sensitive data into the agents, which sits awkwardly with describing your own business in detail
  • Inputs may be processed by external AI systems, the OpenAI API being named as an example, and possibly outside the EU, with no transfer mechanism named and no way to opt out of model training
  • The answers are not legal, tax or financial advice; the publisher declines responsibility for the decisions taken and caps its liability at the amount paid
  • Leaning on a generated business plan is risky where an HZZ grant is judged by a third party, since no approval is guaranteed
  • A business plan or a brand identity produced in a few clicks can turn out generic if the user does not rework it, and the terms themselves admit the output depends on the data entered
  • As of 02/09/2026 the expired TLS certificate makes the browser warn before access, including on the checkout flow, and an unfinished editorial note left in article 4 of the terms suggests the contract was not fully proofread
  • Ownership stays with the publisher: materials and tools remain its property, use is limited to your own needs, and resale or serving third parties with them is forbidden
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Very low. Nothing is installed, coded or configured: everything happens in the browser. The free Planer poslovanja needs an email address and a click on an activation button, then the link received by email. Marketing and Branding are bought in the site's WooCommerce shop and opened after login. The product pages state that no technical knowledge or prior AI experience is required, and free PDF guides exist for all three agents. Two frictions: the instructions may land in Promotions or Spam, and on 02/09/2026 the expired TLS certificate forces the user past a browser security warning.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. StuAI Marketing comes with a five-day free trial, and StuAI Planer poslovanja is free permanently rather than on trial. Buying StuAI Branding also unlocks seven bonus days of StuAI Marketing.
Which language do the StuAI agents work in?
Croatian. The whole site, the product pages and the agents themselves are in Croatian, and no English version is published; there is no English mirror in the sitemap or in llms.txt.
Do I need technical skills or prior experience with AI tools?
No. The product pages state that no technical knowledge or previous experience with AI tools is needed. Everything runs in the browser, with nothing to install or configure, and free PDF usage guides are published for the three agents.
How do I activate the free StuAI Planer poslovanja?
Type your email address in the field on the Planer poslovanja page and click the activation button. The instructions arrive automatically by email, so check the Promotions and Spam folders as well. Reopen the link received at each session and log in with the same credentials.
Who is behind StuAI?
StuAsistent, obrt za poslovne usluge, a single-owner business consultancy in Zagreb, Croatia, owned by Valentina Hari. Its OIB is 45447686215 and it was registered on 23/05/2018.
Is there an API or a mobile application?
No. No API documentation exists, the api., app. and docs. subdomains do not resolve, and no App Store or Google Play link appears anywhere on the site. StuAI is a browser-based web application only.
Can I cancel the StuAI Marketing subscription?
Yes. The Marketing product page states that the subscription can be cancelled at any time. StuAI Branding is not a subscription at all, but a one-off payment.
Do the agents' answers count as legal, tax or financial advice?
No. Article 11 of the terms and section 9 of the privacy policy state that the agents give informative recommendations, not final decisions and not official legal, tax or financial advice. Article 13 caps the publisher's liability at the amount paid.
Are my inputs used to train AI models, and where is my data stored?
The privacy policy says inputs serve to generate answers and to improve the functionality of the service, without settling the question of model training, and no opt-out is documented. No hosting country or region is declared, and section 7 admits that data may be processed outside the EU with appropriate safeguards that are not named. No data processing agreement is published.
Conclusion

Should you pick StuAI?

StuAI is a small, plainly presented and unusually affordable offer. One of its three agents, StuAI Planer poslovanja, is genuinely free with no time limit, the cheapest paid entry point is 9.99 EUR for 30 days and can be cancelled at any time, and StuAI Branding is sold once for 30 EUR, displayed at a promotional 15.00 EUR on 02/09/2026. Its real differentiator is national specialisation: the content is written for the Croatian framework, from HZZ self-employment grants to the paušalni obrt regime and Croatian EU-fund calls. That is at once its strongest advantage and its hardest limit, because outside Croatia and outside the Croatian language very little of it survives. The publisher is tiny, a single-owner obrt registered on 23/05/2018, yet unusually well identified: company name, OIB, address, IBAN, phone and email are all published in the footer, and human consulting is available from the same person. Technical maturity is modest. The agents are WordPress chatbots behind a login, there is no API and no mobile application, and the site's TLS certificate expired on 25/08/2026, so a browser security warning now stands between the visitor and the checkout page. Compliance documentation is light rather than missing. The GDPR is named and the data subject rights are listed, but no processing agreement is published, no hosting country is declared, no transfer mechanism is named for the processing outside the EU that the policy admits, and no training opt-out is offered. The headline figures of 120+ satisfied clients and 8h+ saved per week carry no source. The publisher is still investing, with Poduzetnički radar Zagreb (bizradar.hr) funded by the City of Zagreb and announced for June 2026 as a separate product. For a Croatian micro-entrepreneur with no agency budget, the free agent alone justifies the visit.
