A market dashboard shows day-ahead prices, generation mix and cross-border flows; a frequency dashboard tracks deviation from 50.000 Hz with SOGL-aligned stress detection. Every Monday a free weekly grid stability summary is published with no registration at all. Grid Pulse adds a twelve-page PDF per zone, covering frequency distribution, event root causes, weather correlation and battery dispatch windows, and it now lands in a free public archive alongside the weekly and monthly market reports.
Signing in unlocks Grid Compass, an operator terminal with balancing activation analytics, imbalance spread decomposition, a battery arbitrage optimiser, a seven-day stress forecast and a congestion dashboard unifying Dutch, German and Belgian data. New verified accounts receive fifty welcome credits for one-off Intelligence Hub analyses. The conversational AI Grid Analyst sits on top, answering questions against live TSO data, citing source and timestamp on every answer and saying so plainly when a figure cannot be retrieved. It is not sold: access is a community grant of fifty questions per calendar month, approved by hand.

Nothing is currently sold: AI Grid Analyst subscriptions, intelligence credit packs and paid on-demand report ordering have all been withdrawn, and no free trial is offered because there is no paid product to trial. Consequently there is no lowest paid price point to quote, in any currency. The only monetary flow is a voluntary TON Connect donation on the support page, with suggested amounts of 1, 5 or 10 TON or a free amount; the site states that such a gift buys nothing, is generally not tax-deductible, and never purchases the AI Grid Analyst grant.

Data subject rights are listed article by article, with a 30-day response commitment extendable to 90 days. Ten named subprocessors are published with their role, country and safeguard, and all United States transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. The Dutch supervisory authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, is named with its postal address and phone number. The site claims GDPR-compliant processing throughout. No data protection officer is appointed and no DPA is published.
Who owns the data?
Quasar Energy, a Dutch sole trader, is the data controller and keeps ownership of its software, dashboards and AI engines. Educational pages, blog posts and archived reports may be republished by anyone with clear attribution and a link back to the original URL, but must not be passed off as your own analysis. AI Grid Analyst answers and Intelligence Hub insights are licensed to the account holder for personal or internal business use only, and may not be resold, systematically redistributed or used to power paid analytics services without prior written consent. The website runs on Cloudflare Pages, with Cloudflare processing IP addresses and request metadata as a processor for delivery and abuse protection. The application backend behind the AI Grid Analyst, the grid data services and the Grafana dashboards is hosted by Railway in the United States; the support chat backend is a serverless proxy on Vercel, also in the United States, with no chat storage. Account usage data, the credit ledger and order records live in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon in the United States, while authentication and user management run on Clerk, again in the United States. AI processing goes to Anthropic's Claude API in the United States, transactional email to Resend and SendGrid, and analytics to Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4. Stripe holds historical invoices in the United States and Ireland as an independent controller. All United States transfers are declared as covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by Standard Contractual Clauses under Commission Decision 2021/914. No European hosting region is claimed.
