Overview

What is Veritico?

Veritico is the supply chain software platform of Logio s.r.o., a Czech company registered on 20 July 2004 and formed by the merger of Logitec CZ, a logistics technology firm, and Economic Wizard, a planning software house. The platform itself was launched in 2022 and grew out of Logio's own consulting practice: around 180 people, more than a thousand delivered projects and offices in Prague, Brno, Hradec Kralove and Barcelona. That history explains the product's shape. Logio is not a pure software vendor; it sells strategy, implementation and software in one engagement, and Veritico is the part that keeps running after the consultants leave.

The platform is deliberately modular. STOCK forecasts demand at SKU, store and day level, sets service targets, safety stock and expiry rules, and generates replenishment orders that respect minimum order quantities, lead times and capacity, leaving final approval to a planner. PROMO manages the whole promotional cycle, from calendar and depth planning through what-if simulation to post-event evaluation, and its uplift models account for cannibalization, halo and post-promotion dips. PRICE handles everyday pricing, optimization and markdowns; its elasticity engine is supplied by the third-party vendor Yieldigo. RANGE builds store-specific assortments and shelf layouts from demand, local shopper behaviour and space constraints, using clustering and recommendation engines across dry, fresh and non-food categories. Each module can be bought alone or run as a suite.

Underneath sits a One Truth data foundation that unifies sales, inventory, planning and distribution data. The platform runs on Microsoft Azure, integrates with SAP, Helios and K2, and exposes a full REST API for custom connections, although no public API documentation is published. Logio holds an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate and a TISAX assessment in its own name, both downloadable. Named customers include Albert, Dr. Max, METRO, Mondelez, Kofola, Skoda Auto and DHL, and Gartner listed the company as a Representative Vendor in its 2022 Market Guide for Retail Forecasting and Replenishment Solutions.

What it does

  • Forecast demand down to SKU, store and day, then adapt as the demand signal shifts
  • Generate replenishment orders under minimum order quantities, lead times and capacity limits, for human approval
  • Plan, run and evaluate promotions with uplift forecasting that accounts for cannibalization, halo and post-promo effects
  • Optimize regular prices and markdowns using elasticity models, with immediate profit-and-loss simulation
  • Design a store-specific assortment and shelf layout instead of applying one template everywhere
  • Cluster stores by shopping behaviour and manage ranges by cluster
  • Unify sales, inventory, planning and distribution data on a single foundation and push results back into the ERP

When to use Veritico / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if Veritico is the right fit.

When to use Veritico

  • Grocery and pharmacy chains running hundreds of outlets, where a one-point gain in on-shelf availability is worth more than the software
  • FMCG manufacturers whose forecasts are distorted by heavy promotional activity and need cannibalization and halo effects modelled
  • Retail category and pricing teams that want elasticity-based price and markdown decisions rather than spreadsheet rules
  • Companies already running SAP, Helios or K2 that need planning intelligence layered on top of an existing ERP rather than a replacement
  • Organizations in Central Europe or Iberia that want strategy, implementation and software from a single vendor instead of three

When not to use Veritico

  • Small businesses looking for a self-service tool: there is no sign-up, no published price and no online trial
  • Buyers who need to compare costs before talking to anyone, since every path leads to a contact form
  • Teams wanting a mobile app, as no iOS or Android application exists for the platform
  • Developers hoping to evaluate the API first: an API is offered commercially but no public documentation is published
  • Procurement functions that require published contractual terms up front, because no terms and conditions page exists on the site

How to use Veritico

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Identify which bottleneck you are trying to fix, using the industry sections of the site as a starting grid
  2. Decide which module answers it first: STOCK for forecasting and replenishment, PROMO for campaigns, PRICE for margin, RANGE for assortment
  3. Contact Logio through the 'Talk to an Expert' or 'Book a demo' form, selecting your country and area of interest
  4. Go through the consulting discovery phase, in which Logio analyses your data to confirm the root cause before proposing a design
  5. Agree the scope and the expected outcome, which Logio models before implementation rather than after
  6. Connect Veritico to your existing landscape through the standard ERP connectors or the REST API
  7. Run the pilot on a defined perimeter, such as one category or one region, and validate the forecasts against reality
  8. Roll out to the full network with Logio's consultants, data scientists and engineers on the same project team
  9. Hand over to your own planners, who keep approval rights over the orders and prices the system proposes
  10. Track the agreed indicators after go-live, since Logio positions measurement after implementation as part of the method

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Customer results are published with figures and named accounts, not as generic claims: 490 pharmacies at Dr. Max, 300 stores at Albert, forecast accuracy raised from 50 to 70 percent at Mondelez
  • Security certificates are nominative and downloadable: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 number 42018956 and a TISAX assessment, both issued to Logio s.r.o. at its registered address
  • Genuinely modular: you can start with a single component and add the others later, and RANGE works independently of STOCK
  • The vendor is long established and stable, registered in 2004, with around 180 staff and more than a thousand delivered projects
  • Consulting and engineering sit in the same team, so the analysis and the implementation are not handed between suppliers
  • Integration is concrete rather than vague: named ERP connectors, an Azure foundation and two listings verifiable on Microsoft's marketplace
  • The published llms.txt file documents the product in unusual detail, which makes the vendor's own claims easy to trace

Cons

  • No price is published anywhere: the pricing page does not exist, and the Azure Marketplace listing shows 'Contact me' with no starting price
  • No terms and conditions page exists on the site, so the contractual relationship cannot be assessed before contact
  • The privacy policy explicitly excludes the SaaS products from its scope, leaving data ownership, retention and subprocessors undocumented for the platform itself
  • A full API is advertised but no public documentation is available, so technical evaluation requires a sales conversation
  • No hosting country or region is disclosed beyond the statement that the platform is built on Azure
  • Nothing on the site addresses whether customer data trains the models, and no opt-out is described
  • References are concentrated in Central Europe and Iberia, with no evidence of deployments beyond Europe and Latin America
Pricing

Pricing & Plans

Veritico is sold on quotation. No price is published on the site: there is no pricing page, no plan comparison and no amount anywhere in the product pages, and the two Microsoft Azure Marketplace listings for VERITICO STOCK and VERITICO PRICE both display 'Contact me' with no starting price. No free plan and no free trial are mentioned, and the site does not state that either is unavailable. The only figures the site publishes are customer-side, such as the revenue threshold of its typical client profile, and they do not describe the cost of the software. A budget can only be obtained through the 'Talk to an Expert' form.

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how Veritico handles your data.

GDPR overview

The privacy policy, effective 19 August 2026, states that Logio processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable Czech law. It names the controller, lists every purpose with its Article 6 legal basis and its retention period, discloses named recipients such as Google Analytics 4, Mailchimp, Saleskit and Recruitis, and covers transfers outside the EEA through adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. All eight data subject rights are set out, with the Czech supervisory authority named and a one-month response commitment. Requests go to gdpr@logio.cz. Two limits matter: no data protection officer or Article 27 representative is designated, and the document explicitly excludes users of the SaaS products from its scope, so it says nothing about how Veritico itself handles customer data.

Who owns the data?

The site does not answer this question for the platform. Logio publishes no terms and conditions, and its privacy policy states in its own scope section that it does not govern the processing of personal data for users of any separate SaaS or software products, which may be subject to a separate notice. What is documented concerns website visitors, prospects, job applicants and Supply Chain Masters members only: for those, the controller is Logio s.r.o., company ID 27161871, Evropska 2588/33a, Prague 6. Ownership of the sales, inventory and pricing data a customer feeds into Veritico is therefore governed by a contract that is not visible before you sign it.

Reuse rights

No reuse rights are published for platform data, because no terms and conditions page exists. For the website, the privacy policy names each purpose and its Article 6 legal basis: operating and securing the site, answering business enquiries, B2B direct marketing, recruitment and community management. It also states that Logio carries out no automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Nothing on the site says whether customer data may be used to improve or train the forecasting and pricing models, and no opt-out mechanism is described anywhere. A prospective customer should treat data reuse as a point to settle in the contract.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
No retention period is published for data processed by the platform, because the privacy policy states that it does not cover users of the SaaS products. The periods that are published apply to the website only, and they are precise: server and security logs are kept for up to twelve months; business contacts and enquiries for up to three years from the last meaningful contact; unsuccessful job applications for up to six months after the process ends; accounting and other legally mandated records for five to ten years; Supply Chain Masters membership data for as long as the membership is active, with deletion usually within thirty days of a request. The policy has been in force since 19 August 2026 and carries no draft or work-in-progress marking.

Hosting summary

Hosting is largely undisclosed. The only statement about the platform is on the partners page, where Logio says the Veritico platform is built on Microsoft Azure for enterprise-grade security and scalability. No Azure region, no data centre location and no country of storage for customer data is named anywhere on the site. The privacy policy does discuss hosting and third-country transfers, including transfers to the United States covered by an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, but it concerns the website's analytics and marketing tools and explicitly excludes users of the SaaS products from its scope. The one geographic anchor that is documented is the scope of the ISO/IEC 27001 certificate, which covers Logio's establishments in Prague, Brno and Hradec Kralove. The vendor is established in the Czech Republic and therefore inside the European Union, but jurisdiction over stored customer data should be confirmed contractually rather than inferred.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Veritico.

  • No contractual document is published: with no terms and conditions page, and a privacy policy that excludes the SaaS products from its own scope, nothing about data ownership, retention or subprocessors can be verified before signing
  • Every published outcome is first-party and unaudited; the percentage counters on the platform page are rendered in JavaScript and are not readable as static text, so figures should be taken from the individual case studies rather than the headline numbers
  • The pricing module runs on a third-party engine supplied by Yieldigo, so part of the value of Veritico PRICE depends on a vendor relationship the buyer does not control
  • Automated replenishment and price recommendation invite over-trust: the site is explicit that a planner approves the plan, and that control should be kept rather than quietly dropped once forecasts look reliable
  • Only STOCK and PRICE appear on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace; PROMO and RANGE are not listed there, so procurement through that channel does not cover the whole suite
  • Gartner's 'Representative Vendor' mention in a 2022 Market Guide is a coverage listing, not a ranking or an endorsement, and it is now several years old
  • The company dates from 2004 but the platform only from 2022, and the domain carries Wayback captures from 1999 that belong to a previous, unrelated owner; company age should not be read as product maturity
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

High, and project-based rather than self-service. There is no sign-up: deployment starts with a consulting engagement and requires connecting Veritico to the existing landscape, typically an ERP such as SAP, Helios or K2, or a custom connection through the REST API. Logio claims standardized integration frameworks that shorten implementation and provides consultants, data scientists and engineers on the same project through to go-live. The scale of the published references, such as a platform co-built with Albert since 2017 across more than 300 stores, indicates a programme measured in months, not an installation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who is behind Veritico?
Logio s.r.o., a Czech company registered on 20 July 2004 and based at Evropska 2588/33a in Prague 6. The company was formed by the merger of Logitec CZ and Economic Wizard, and it launched the Veritico platform in 2022.
How much does Veritico cost?
No price is published. There is no pricing page on the site, and the Microsoft Azure Marketplace listings for VERITICO STOCK and VERITICO PRICE show 'Contact me' with no starting price. Pricing is obtained by contacting the vendor.
Is there a free trial or a free plan?
Neither is mentioned anywhere on the site, and the site does not state that they are unavailable either. Every route to the product goes through the 'Talk to an Expert' or 'Book a demo' contact form.
What are the modules, and can I buy just one?
There are four: STOCK for forecasting and replenishment, PROMO for promotions, PRICE for pricing and markdowns, and RANGE for assortment and shelf layout. Logio states that you can start with one component and add the others later.
Does Veritico have an API?
Yes. The platform page advertises full API support for custom connections, and the company's own llms.txt file states that Veritico integrates via REST APIs. However, no public API documentation page is published, so the interface can only be reviewed after contact.
What systems does it connect to?
The site names SAP, Helios and K2 as enterprise resource planning systems Veritico integrates with. The platform itself is built on Microsoft Azure, and the pricing engine inside Veritico PRICE is supplied by Yieldigo.
Is there a mobile app?
No. The site displays no App Store or Google Play badge, and no iOS or Android application published under the Logio or Veritico name could be found in either store.
What security certifications does the vendor hold?
Two, both issued in the name of Logio s.r.o. and downloadable from the site: an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate, number 42018956, valid from 5 September 2025 to 4 September 2028, and a TISAX assessment under scope S31K07, valid until 27 November 2027.
Where is customer data hosted, and how long is it kept?
Neither is published for the platform. The site says only that Veritico is built on Azure, without naming a region, and the privacy policy explicitly excludes users of the SaaS products from its scope, so its retention periods apply to the website only.
Conclusion

Should you pick Veritico?

Veritico is a serious piece of enterprise software with an unusually verifiable track record. The vendor has existed since 2004, employs around 180 people, publishes named customer outcomes with figures, and backs its security claims with two certificates issued in its own name rather than its host's. The modular structure is real, the ERP integrations are named, and the Azure Marketplace listings can be checked independently. For a grocery, pharmacy or FMCG operation in Central Europe or Iberia that already knows it has a forecasting or promotion problem, this is a credible shortlist candidate.

The reservations are all about what the site does not publish. There is no price, no plan structure and no trial, so no buyer can size the investment without a sales conversation. More importantly, there is no terms and conditions page at all, and the privacy policy states in writing that it does not cover users of the SaaS products. That leaves the questions a data-sensitive buyer cares about entirely unanswered: who owns the sales and inventory data fed into the platform, how long it is retained, which subprocessors touch it, in which Azure region it sits, and whether it contributes to model training. None of these has a published answer.

That gap is not evidence of bad practice; a company holding ISO/IEC 27001 and TISAX has clearly been audited on its handling of client data. It simply means the assessment cannot be done from the website. Treat the public pages as a capability brochure, and plan to obtain the contract, the data processing terms and the hosting details in writing before committing.
