AIOProductOS
AIOProductOS is a product-management platform that joins revenue, customer feedback, work and code onto one record per customer, so every task carries the account that asked for it and the revenue at stake. Flat pricing, no per-seat billing.
What is AIOProductOS?
AIOProductOS calls itself the operating system for product companies: a single platform meant to replace the four to six point tools a product team usually assembles. Its organising idea is the spine — one record per customer on which revenue, feedback, meetings, contacts, work and code signals all land, stitched together automatically by email domain and traceable through an audit trail. The pitch is aimed squarely at conventional project tools: a task tracker shows the what, this shows the why, because every task carries the account that requested it and the money that account pays.
The platform declares eleven product surfaces and 103 shipped capabilities, which the vendor says are verified against the codebase rather than the roadmap. Project management adapts to Scrum, Kanban, Shape Up, Waterfall or experiment boards. Insights gathers every piece of feedback into one feed ranked by demand and revenue at stake, scored with five prioritisation frameworks. Outcome attribution closes the loop that most tools leave open: each shipped feature receives adoption across active accounts, the MRR sitting behind the accounts that adopted, and retention lift against those that did not, refreshed on view and again nightly. Analytics, session replay, feature flags, in-app guides, support chat, video meetings with built-in transcription, booking pages and a codebase graph round out the set.
The AI layer is unusual in its restraint. Deterministic reads compute the numbers first and a model narrates second; a published 202-case evaluation, fifty of them adversarial, guards that boundary in continuous integration. Named AI teammates with Backend, Frontend, Mobile and QA roles sit in the same assignee picker as humans, claim tasks over MCP from Claude Code or Cursor, and return work for mandatory human review. A hosted MCP server exposes 71 read and write tools on one endpoint. Third-party models do the generation — Anthropic Claude and Deepgram — and the vendor states it trains on no customer data. Two regions, EU and US, are chosen once at signup. The publisher is AIOProductOS Inc., a Delaware corporation founded by Bogdan Ciric and, in its own words, engineered in Europe.
What it does
- Join revenue, customer feedback, work and code onto a single 360 record for each customer account
- Rank features by the revenue behind each request, using RICE, WSJF, Value-Effort, MoSCoW or Kano
- Return a verdict on every shipped feature: adoption across active accounts, the MRR that adopted, and retention lift
- Connect an existing stack through 116 live connectors, from Stripe and GitHub to Intercom, Sentry and the app stores
- Assign work to named AI teammates that claim tasks over MCP and hand back a pull request for human review
- Expose the whole customer record to any MCP client through 71 tools on a single OAuth endpoint
- Transcribe meetings and turn the recap into drafted tasks on the board
When to use AIOProductOS / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if AIOProductOS is the right fit.
When to use AIOProductOS
- Product teams of five to seventy-five people whose stack is split across a task tracker, a feedback portal, an analytics tool and a CRM that never agree on the same customer
- Product managers who need to rank features by the revenue behind each request rather than by vote count or by whoever asked loudest
- SaaS founders and heads of product who want a verdict on whether a shipped feature actually moved adoption, revenue and retention
- Engineering and delivery leads already working from Claude Code or Cursor who want their AI assistant to read and act on the product record over MCP
- Buyers who must satisfy a procurement question about EU or US data residency without being pushed into an enterprise contract to get it
When not to use AIOProductOS
- Teams looking for a free tool: there is no free tier at all, the entry plan is 199 US dollars a month, and a card is captured at signup
- Organisations that need an independently audited security posture today, since neither SOC 2 nor ISO 27001 certification is claimed anywhere on the site
- Solo users and small teams whose only real need is a task board, for whom the revenue-to-feedback join adds cost without adding an answer
- Buyers who require an established vendor with a track record: the domain was registered in June 2026 and full product terms are still announced for general availability
- Companies outside software publishing, where there is no subscription revenue and no product feedback to join onto a customer record in the first place
How to use AIOProductOS
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Open the public demo workspace first: it is the real application in read-only mode, with no signup, no card and no email required
- Pick a plan and choose the data region, EU or US, once at signup; the choice is enforced where data enters the system and is invisible afterwards
- Enter a card, knowing nothing is charged during the 14-day onboarding runway and that cancelling before day 14 costs nothing
- Connect Stripe and GitHub first, since the vendor says customers, revenue and repositories land on one record within minutes
- Add the rest of the stack from the 116-connector catalogue, watching each connection report a connected, error or stale health state
- Where no connector exists, drop in a first-party capture script for web analytics, product analytics, support chat or scheduling
- Import history in one click from Notion pages, Linear issues, a CSV or PostHog events, already joined to accounts and features
- Arrange the home dashboard by dragging and resizing widgets, then question the record with the AIOInsights copilot using its keyboard shortcut
- Connect an AI assistant over MCP: run the published npx command, add a personal token for a real workspace, or use the hosted OAuth endpoint
- Hire AI teammates, assign them tasks from the same picker as human colleagues, and approve their work in review before anything ships
Pros & Cons
Pros
- The revenue-to-feedback-to-work join is a genuine differentiator, and it can be checked in a public read-only demo without an account, a card or an email address
- Flat published pricing by tier, with no per-seat meter, no per-connector fee, no per-module upsell and no 'call us' entry plan
- AI teammates are included from the first tier and never metered in credits, unlike several competitors the pricing page names directly
- EU or US data residency from 199 US dollars a month, where ClickUp, Monday, Notion and Asana are said to reserve it for enterprise contracts
- Full organisation export in JSON and CSV on every tier, with one-way import that never writes back to the source tools
- An explicit commitment to no training and no fine-tuning on customer data, with roles enforced by row-level security in the database rather than hidden in the interface
- A published 202-case evaluation, fifty of them adversarial, run in continuous integration and dated to its last live run
Cons
- No free tier of any kind, a 199 US dollar monthly entry point, and a card captured at signup that converts automatically on day 14
- A very young service: the domain was registered on 7 June 2026, there is no web archive history, and full product terms are still promised for general availability
- No independent security certification — neither SOC 2 nor ISO 27001; the PCI DSS SAQ-A cited belongs to Stripe and the ISO/IEC 42001 alignment is self-declared
- SSO/SAML and the audit log begin only at the 899 US dollar Business tier, well above the entry plan
- AI agents run on the customer's own model credits, so the cost of AI usage sits outside the flat plan and is not capped by the vendor
- Almost every screenshot on the site is labelled 'Example data' and comes from a fictional Brightline workspace rather than a named customer
- One public email address covers legal, GDPR, security and support, and no funding, headcount or customer-base figures are published anywhere
Pricing & Plans
There is no free plan; the vendor states explicitly that no free tier exists. The lowest paid entry point is the Start plan at USD 199 per month, or USD 1,990 per year, all prices excluding VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable. Every plan opens with a 14-day onboarding runway on the customer's own data, during which no charge is made although a card is captured at signup, and each first payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how AIOProductOS handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR implementation is documented in detail rather than merely asserted. The privacy notice, updated 22 June 2026, maps each processing activity to an Article 6 lawful basis and a retention period, and lists seven data-subject rights by article: access (15), rectification (16), erasure (17), portability (20), restriction (18), objection (21) and withdrawal of consent (7). Requests go to office@aioproductos.com or to in-product settings, with a 30-day response commitment. An Article 28 Data Processing Addendum is published, subprocessors are listed publicly with 30 days' notice before any addition, and transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. Two gaps are stated openly: no Data Protection Officer is designated, the company saying it falls below the Article 37 threshold, and no Article 27 EU representative is named even though the controller is established in Serbia, outside the EEA.
Who owns the data?
Ownership stays with the customer. AIOProductOS Inc. describes itself as controller only for its own users' account, billing, support, marketing and error-monitoring data. For the business data and end-user analytics it processes on behalf of client organisations it acts as processor, the client being the controller, with its duties fixed by an Article 28 Data Processing Addendum published in self-serve form. Customers can export an entire organisation as JSON and CSV on every tier, not only at enterprise level, and import is one-way so the source tools are never written to. At the end of the contract the vendor deletes or returns the data at the customer's choice, subject to legal retention.
Reuse rights
Customers keep full reuse rights over their own data and need no permission to exercise them. An owner or admin can export the whole organisation as JSON and CSV at any time, on any tier, which the vendor frames as a deliberate stance against lock-in and describes as leaving with no exit tax. Connectors read from source systems only, so nothing is written back into the tools the data came from. On the vendor's own side, permitted use is narrower than ownership: the privacy notice states that personal data is not sold, that no third-party advertising trackers run, and that Global Privacy Control signals are honoured automatically. Customer content feeds no model training and no fine-tuning, serving only to produce the immediate response, and where the vendor acts as processor it processes solely on the customer's documented instructions.

Hosting summary
AIOProductOS runs two separate regions on the same schema: an EU project on eu-central-1 and a US project on us-east-1. The customer picks one at signup, based on where the company is, and the choice is enforced where data enters the system; afterwards it is invisible, appearing in no URL, key or screen. Residency is included on every plan from 199 US dollars a month, and the Enterprise tier adds contractual region pinning. Infrastructure resolves to Amazon (AS16509), with the marketing domain answering from an anycast address geolocated in the United States. Some subprocessors are US-based or process data outside the EEA; the safeguard invoked is the Standard Contractual Clauses, and Serbia, where the controller is established, is itself treated as a third country for transfers out of the EEA. The current subprocessor list, with name, purpose, country and safeguards, is published on the vendor's status subdomain and changes are announced 30 days in advance. Tenants are isolated by an organisation identifier and row-level security, with encryption in transit and at rest.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting AIOProductOS.
- Automatic conversion: a card is captured at signup and billing starts on day 14 without any further action, so forgetting to cancel triggers the first charge
- The 30-day money-back guarantee covers only the first payment; renewals are explicitly non-refundable, so the safety net exists once and never again
- Full product terms are not published before signup — the public terms cover the marketing site alone, so the binding agreement is only seen once you are committing
- The controller is established in Serbia, outside the EEA, with no Article 27 EU representative designated, which lengthens the practical route for a European complaint
- The marketing site captures an email address typed into a form as soon as you leave the field, even if the form is never submitted
- Ranking features by the revenue behind them can quietly bury small, new and non-paying users, turning a helpful score into a structural bias if it is followed without judgement
- AI teammates draft work and open pull requests that look finished; accepting that polish as a substitute for review dissolves the human check the vendor itself calls mandatory
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low on the standard path. The public demo needs no account at all, and a working setup means picking a plan, choosing a region and authorising connectors with standard keys or OAuth; accounts stitch themselves by email domain, with no identify() call to write. Two routes do need a developer: installing the first-party SDKs for web, iOS, React Native or Node, and adding capture script tags. Connecting an AI assistant takes one npx command or a hosted OAuth endpoint. The 14-day runway exists for exactly this setup work, and a 30-minute guided walkthrough is available on request.

Should you pick AIOProductOS?
AIOProductOS makes an unusually specific promise: stop reconciling four or five product tools, and put revenue, customer feedback, work and code on one record per customer so that prioritisation stops being a matter of who shouted loudest. The execution matches the pitch more closely than most. Outcome attribution actually closes the loop by returning adoption, revenue and retention lift on the very task card that shipped the feature. Pricing is published, flat by tier and free of per-seat, per-connector and per-module meters. EU or US data residency arrives at the entry plan rather than behind an enterprise contract, which is a real advantage over the incumbents the site names. Best of all, almost every claim can be checked cheaply: the demo is the production application in read-only mode, open without a login, and the MCP server runs against a seeded workspace from a single command.
The reservations are mostly about age and proof rather than design. The domain was registered in June 2026, no archive history exists, and the binding product terms are still promised for general availability, so a buyer signs before seeing the full contract. No independent security certification is claimed; the compliance figures and the ISO/IEC 42001 alignment are self-declared, and the PCI attestation belongs to Stripe. There is no free tier, the entry point is 199 US dollars a month with a card captured up front, and AI usage runs on the customer's own model credits, outside the flat plan. For a fragmented product team of five to seventy-five people, the demo costs nothing and answers the only question that matters. For anyone who needs an audited vendor with a track record, it is worth waiting a few releases.
